    Leon from C & H came to our house yesterday to fix our septic backing up. He was on time and got to work finding the problem right away. He seems very knowledgeable and professional in his line of work and had it working properly very quickly. Leon even went above and beyond double checking our actual septic tank to make sure we didn’t have a secondary issue going on. This is the second time we have used C & H plumbing and still will use and recommend them in the future.

    Our hot water heater died while I was in the valley. I came home distraught with two little kids who needed showers and clean dishes! I was not made for the old way of life and did not want to boil water on my stove forever. I called C&H who put me on the schedule immediately! They sent superhero Cody out who managed to take out our old 50 gal one and install the new 50 gal one BY HIMSELF. He was extremely courteous, got the thing lit in no time, and we are all so thankful to have hot water again!! 10/10 recommend and will be calling C&H in the future if need arises!     Thank you David for saving us! We are so grateful for you cleaning up our mess! Usually we are able to get things figured out, but not this time. How thankful we are that David was able to use our water reducer, clean up the soldering and get our connections to quit leaking.     I was very happy with the service. They came out the very next day. They scheduled an 8 to 10 AM appointment and we’re there at 8:15 and we’re gone by 9:15. I could’ve been more pleased with the service tech. Alec answered all of my questions and made me feel real comfortable with what he was doing and what I did not know about septic service. I will definitely be calling them again five star review.

    Review for Taft & Dave:Please, get these 2 a raise. Im serious. Feel free to call me ANY time and I will give you a formal review to praise these 2. They are literally plumbing super stars.I just bought a house in Holbrook and Ive had a plumber over to our house fixing our problems for close to if not more than 100 hours over the past 4 weeks. Sadly, this other plumber, as nice as he is, created new problems along the way and took a very long time to actually fix the issues.It has been a nightmare. It has been worse than a nightmare.... We have had SO many issues and our old plumber did not instill confidence in us and kept breaking lines and causing new leaks in our house. (He did fix a few things.)Dave and Taft came yesterday and fixed one set of issues in 1 hour and 23 minutes.Today, they both came over and fixed our main sewage line in the yard from leaking and installed the new access openings within a total time of 50 minutes.I have so many good things I could say about Dave and Taft. They are professional, extremely fast, and the work they do is solid. They operate with integrity and work efficiently. Absolutely incredible.Dave and Taft are studs and C&H should feel privileged and lucky to have such talented people working on their team.Ive already committed to having Dave & Taft come out later this summer to continue to further improve the plumbing at our home.Those 2 have made us loyal customers of C&H.     Our water heater sprung a leak on Sunday. On the slim chance it was repairable easily, we called C&H, not expecting a response until Monday AM. But you guys called us right back and had someone (dont recall his name) to look at it within 2 hours - on a Sunday, no less! He verified a failure of the tank and took photos and serial number - likely a warranty replacement - but the mfgr couldnt be called until Monday AM to approve a warranty replacement. He also told me how I could run it manually to have hot water for a short period of time - then shut it down for the night so it wouldnt leak all over the garage. Monday AM - another guy from C&H (David) was here to install the new water heater, under warranty, for a very reasonable cost of installation. This was our third engagement with C&H, and I can verify - you guys at C&H are the BEST.

    Ive used C&H Plumbing a few times recently for my home in Holbrook. Today resulted in ANOTHER 5 star review for C&H Plumbing.Leon was my plumbing tech today and he went absolutely above and beyond for the repairs needed today.Leon is the definition of a man who exceeds expectations. Hes very knowledgable about plumbing, his work is extremely accurate and clean, and he also happens to be a very nice and genuine guy.I cant say enough good things about Leon. If Leon shows up to your home for plumbing work, rest assured... the work will be done very professionally. 5 stars!

You dont get a voicemail and have to leave a message hoping to get a call back. This is a plus in my book.     Had a leak in my water main going into my place. C&H was able to schedule me the same day and Technician David showed up and went right to work in the crawl space digging down and finding the leak, getting the rest of the tools and materials out of the truck he went back under to complete the repair. After letting it set up, he checked for leaks, closed up, loaded up the truck and returned with a reasonable bill. Job Well Done!

    Called about drain spinning on itself in bathtub. David B. was the technician that was sent out to fix the problem. David called when he was on the way and arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. David noticed another issue that I wasnt aware of and took care of both issues promptly. Everything was tested before he left and he made sure I was completely satisfied with all work completed. I would recommend C and H and especially David B. To all my friends and family. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    We had an appointment to have C & H come out to fix our Septic System. The day before the scheduled appointment it snowed and we ended up with about 5 inches on the ground. It was 11 degrees when I woke up.Amazingly, Jace and his crew showed up and completed the scheduled 2 day repair in one day. They did an amazing job and answered everyone of my questions.     I highly recommend C&H plumbing!! They installed a new main water line from my city meter to my home replacing an old galvanized water pipe. They also installed the water line anti siphon valve and stop and waste valve for the sprinkler system I am installing. They were even kind enough to run the sprinkler wire for the sprinkler system why they had the trench opened. They were professional kind very knowledgeable and left my property looking good where they back filled the ditches. I will use C$H Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

    Skyler and Lyndel did a fantastic job on and extremely difficult plumbing problem. They were pleasant, cheerful, optimistic and never quit!     When we had an issue with a clogged sewer main, we turned to social media for suggestions for a reliable plumbing company with a good work ethic and C&H was the most suggested. We were not disappointed. We had an emergency with sewage backing up into the house and not being able to use the water, and with a wife and five year old, we needed the problem taken care of immediately. Within an hour of calling C&H, Chris was at our house to save the day, on a Saturday nonetheless! Chris was extremely friendly and professional, and was able to get everything fixed and back to normal in only 2 hours. He saved the day for my family and I, and we couldnt be happier with the prompt and speedy service we received from Chris and C&H.     I hit a copper pipe with my finish nailer during a remodel and the problem did not rear its ugly head until 2 weeks later. In an instant, when my wife started laundry, we had water all over our new flooring and laundry room. I called C&H Plumbing, after hours, and Jace showed up within 30 minutes with his son Noah. They found the leak, repaired the pipe and cleaned up the dust from cutting into the wall.     We had our main water line from the street break under the slab of our garage and laundry room. The pipes in the house were original and thin walled copper. C & H plumbing Identified the issue quickly, got together a quote to repair the leaking line and per my request gave us a quote for re-piping the entire house. All of the plumbers who worked on the project were excellent, polite, and hardworking. They managed to minimize ground disturbance on the exterior, kept everything clean, and even replaced a non functioning water hydrant in the backyard, fixed our irrigation piping, and installed two new shut-off valves for the house and irrigation supply, despite these items not even being on the original quote and estimate. Excellent work and excellent customer service. Thank you for doing a quality job and taking additional steps to make sure the job was done in the best manner possible.

    We love C and H Plumbing! They have such a knowledgable, reliable and super friendly staff! Not to mention their response time is awesome! Our water lines were freezing the first year we moved into our new house. We couldnt figure out what was going on, so we called C and H. They came right out and figured out our problem within 30 mins. and weve never had a problem since! Another time we were getting ready to winterize our sprinklers we found that our kids had filled our irrigation pipe with rocks, & we couldnt turn off the water. C and H saved the day!! They brought their pump truck out and cleared the pipe for us! Saved us so much time and work! Then our master bathroom toilet needed to be fixed but I told Jace (the owner) I was to cheap to pay someone to do it. Jace told me everything I needed to fix it and how to fix it! Real stand up guy!     EDIT/ADD: David and Leon returned promptly today and worked on digging down and replacing my galvanized pipe that was busted. They are super guys, so customer friendly and nice. I was very pleasantly surprised that the bill was so reasonable considering 2 plumbers, lots of hand digging as a mire of different lines in that area and multiple hours. I so appreciate this company, so responsive. ORIGINAL POST: C&H have been very responsive in the 2 times I have used them. We had some unknown creep run over our water meters at road and broke them all apart. Unfortunately, the damage was worse than expected and need replacement of the in ground galvanized pipe. Leon came out on the call and he was a great guy and very kind in my distressed state and was able to show me the damage. They are coming back tomorrow with a 2 man team to dig up the busted pipe and replace. They seem to have fair pricing and the fact that they answer phones immediately and are timely on their jobs is a big plus. Even though they are based in Snowflake, I am in Pinetop so dont hesitate to call them as they cover a large area.

    Let me tell you we have used C and H for quite some time at our cabin and have always received quality service.Our last trip up, we scheduled service to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Chris was responsive and had great communication. He made sure the replacement was what we were looking for and gave us options if we wanted to keep the old one and replace the parts. The new faucet was a nice upgrade from our dated model. He installed it quick and efficiently and made sure to clean up all areas when he was done.Appreciate his professionalism and communication.I had to call C and H out for an issue in the well house. I did leave a message with the main line but also sent a text to Chris who had helped 2 days before. he immediately replied at 7am and said he would send a message to the scheduler and walked me through making things were turned off properly.
