All the people we interacted with were awesome! Gina, Steven, and Lorin! We got a new panel installed and one of the wires became loose so we lost power to half of our home. Gina got back to me pretty quickly considering they were closed! Steven wasn’t available but called to check in and see if we could trouble shoot over the phone. Even before it was determined we couldn’t resolve the issue ourselves, they went ahead and sent Lorin over around 9:30-10pm. He found the problem and fixed it quickly! Steven called the following day again to check in and make sure everything was still going well. I really appreciate this team and their commitment to their customers. Definitely recommend!

Im pretty savvy with electrical and can troubleshoot the basics. So when I call the electrician I have a bunch of insight to share ( all with the caveat that Im an amateur). Steven and his guys listen to me and work with me to get the problem solved. Thats important to me because I hate seeing my own time spent go to waste.Robinson has done low voltage and high voltage work for me. The recent high voltage work helped me find a circuit that was being shorted out by a nail running through the wire, tucked away in a junction box between floors (existing wiring thats been that way for 30 yrs). Not an easy job, but they resolved the issue properly.Its nice to have a dependable electrician. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know how quickly most have to wait, but I’m rating 5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1) they were so fast coming out when I called 2) Lorin was so kind and professional and didn’t treat me like the moron I am for not recognizing a tripped breaker. I will definitely use them in the future when I can save up a bit because I think it’ll be a bigger job than just a tripped breaker! Again, so grateful for the speedy response and professionalism!

Lorin, Got here faster than I thought was was terrific very nice guy he replaced three of my pool lights which you know you have to get in the pool which is freezing and he did a great job Im so happy Im actually going to call him out to do some lights that are out on top near my roof. Oh and a plus you dont have to be home when he did my pool lights he didnt even have to come into my electric board so it was like he was never here and a walla my lights are new. The technician, Lorin, was actually 5 minutes early, completed the task in less than 45 minutes, cleaned up and organized the old ceiling fan and parts for my disposal. I was very pleased! Prior to his arrival, I received a notification text that he was on his way, along with a photo image of him. This is practically unheard of in the home service industry. I cant recommend Robinson Electric more highly!

Willie is the man! He was professional, prompt, laid back, and most importantly does good work. I wanted power put into my shed in the backyard and it took less than two days to get the job done. What really impressed me wasn’t the electrical job (even though it was done well) it was the trench work that Willie performed. It’s hot in GA and not only did he dig a deep enough trench appropriate (he could have slacked off If he wanted to) he also place the dirt and grass back on top of the trench and it’s barely noticeable any work was done there! That type of work takes professionalism as I’ve worked with plenty of contractors who cut corners. Not Willie though; thanks for the awesome work!!
