Extremely pleased! From scheduling through the work itself, all went very well. The technician, Carlos, arrived on time and double checked some specs with the office before opening our walls to run new wiring, just in case. While he did have to make holes in the drywall, he did so very neatly and carefully so the drywall can be reused making the repairs easier. He even took the time to clean up after he finished. It wasn’t easy to schedule an electrician for my project but was very pleased that Sure Line came through. Will definitely use them again!

We had a very small project in our new home. I contacted someone through Home Advisors, but they never got back to me. I then went to google and found Shure Line. They made it very simple to get a technician out here. Our project was completed in about 1/2 hour, and the rate was what was quoted. From the Bonnie and Kim in the office, to Marcus who scheduled our appointment without a long wait period...and finally our electrician who came out at the scheduled time...it was a pleasurable experience which is a rare feeling when you build a house with many problems. Thank you for your great I service.

I had an emergency where my (extremely heavy) dining room light fixture fell and was hanging by a live wire, during dinner. They had someone at my house in under an hour, and it took less than an hour to fix. Great service, friendly and professional, and helped me right away when I needed it.

The electrician that was yesterday afternoon in a house on dyke branch rd in Dover , I can’t remember his name but he did an excellent job and he was very professional, within minutes he found the electrical problem and fixed it. I will recommended Sure line to everyone.

The lady answering the phone is amazing. She got someone here same day. Charlie came out and he was SUPER nice and got the job done. I tried calling Thorn 2x and no answer. First time using ShoreLine and I couldnt be happier. 5 STARS!

I had a very good experience with Sureline Electrical. The service technician Dexter was courteous and efficient. He was patient with my particular attention to detail and installed by project on time and at the agreed upon price.
