    My husband has hired Power Electric for several jobs around our home and theyve done a great job every time. Theyve moved outlets, installed outlets, and installed several light fixtures for us. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They do great work at a great price.

    Powers was great. They were easy to schedule and reschedule as needed, very timely on arrival, and the technicians that quoted and did the work were very friendly and super knowledgeable. One thing I would suggest is to make it clear that the initial person that comes out is there to review the request and quote it and that if you need the work done that same day, you have to schedule a specific “quote and perform” type of appointment. I was expecting the person that came on Tuesday to perform the work after quoting it but ended up having to schedule a different appointment to get the work done once I approved of the cost estimate. They were able to schedule that easily though.

    In July, during one of the exceptionally hot spells, I had an AC failure which was traced to a faulty disconnect/breaker problem. Andy H. demonstrated exceptional customer service and concern to resolve the issue. He even called after hours to check on how we were coping without AC. He then rearranged his schedule to replace the faulty electrical components. He is a very competent professional in the electrical field and even more important a truly kind and caring person.     The best there is. They corrected mistakes a previous electrician had made. Powers came out for an emergency. They answered all of my questions so that I could understand what they were doing. Paul told me up front what needed to be done when it would be done and how. They also became good friends with the dog. They are now the electricians on the refrigerator. Good job guys!

I was able to get someone to my house within a day of callingto schedule, and they actually were able to come ahead of my scheduled time. Charlette was the electrician who came to replace a bad breaker outside my home. She quickly confirmed the issue, found a replacement part, and installed a new breaker box for us in just over an hour.

    Michael was able to come up with a good solution to add a combination of smoke detectors and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors to bring my house up to code. Originally the 3 story house only had 3 smoke detectors and no carbon monoxide detectors.We needed a total of 8 to meet current codes.In addition, he solved some two way and three way switching issues and a few other electrical items - replacing a sealing light fixture and adding a wall outlet.

    Everything about our experience with today’s service was great. I called and spoke directly to Paul, the owner, and told him about our job – changing two fixtures that were hanging from 19 feet. I had received a quote in the past for this service and it was astronomical, so I braved myself for another high price. Paul quoted it over the phone and it was exactly in line with where I thought it should be.We were able to schedule convienently and they arrived when they said they would. The team, Paul and Brandon, couldn’t have been nicer. They took good care of our floors and furniture during the job and everything was done perfectly. They even brought in a vacuum to clean up and also hauled away our HUGE and ugly old fixtures. Will recommend without hesitation.

    Andy Holmes came to service our issue. It turned out to be an outlet that tripped. He just had to push the reset. I had tried it before I called but could not get it to reset. He was extremely nice and did not charge us for the visit. I was embarrassed and apologetic but he was cool about it.     I called to get an estimate on getting more power ran to part of my home. Brandon came out the very next day. He was very nice. He answered my questions and didnt make me feel dumb for asking them. I was wearing a mask and he put one on without me asking.     Powers has done two jobs in my home now: grounding work and a new outlet in December, and recessed lighting and general repairs today (thanks Nate!). Brandon was great to work with to put together a plan and estimate for each project (and answer ALL of my new homeowner questions), and both times Ive been really pleased with the quality of the work. Powers is also super professional and responsive to work with, and the communication from setting up the appointment all the way through completion of the work is excellent. The texted photo of the technician coming to the home is also a nice touch from a safety perspective.

    Greg was so nice to work with. He had another electrician “Scott” who was just as nice. They appeared to have been working with one another for quite sometime and later learned Scott had only been on board for a short time. Either way they were great!     Over the weekend, we had a power surge that caused some damage to our oven. We werent sure if the problem was only with the oven or with the electrical panel as well. Scott from Power Electrical Solutions came out and quickly identified the source of our problem. He also gave us a full diagnostic on our panel and answered all the questions we had as new home owners. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He also went above and beyond by giving us some good tips on how to keep our power equipment healthy and running smoothly. He also shared some tips on how we could repair our oven (he owns the same one and had a very similar issue). Lastly, he was able to quickly install an outdoor motion sensor light for us. He did a great job and was very efficient. We highly recommend Scott!

    Charlotte was very knowledgeable and professional. She came and look at some outlets that were not working and come to find they actually did work and explain to us the process of how these to outlets worked. She also change a outlet that had been burned in the master bedroom. She also did a safety inspection and let us know what we need to do in the future to keep our home safe and she also uninstalled a security system that was left from the previous owner of the house.     This is truly a company that you should use. Im amazed at the fact that this company truly cares. Ive been using this company for years. They have fair pricing and not afraid to tell you what is truly needed for your project. I know you would be extremely unwise to use any other company. Some companys Ive tried before for estimates the ones have come in have asked for my first born child. Cant believe people still pay this for the same upscale quality of work. I would rather have a company for life then to have a company that only wants that one big sale then out of business in 10 years or so high the next 5 years when I need them again. They follow all georgia codes which I love so never a problem with getting work permitted. Powers Electrical Solutions just replaced my Electrical meter removing it from the back of the house to the side of the house. Other companys wanted to change my whole circuit breaker panel. I was told it was required found out that wasnt true. Also wanted to charge me $11,000 for the work. After those kinda companys came in with that price not being the most expensive I said heck no.Go with a company and owner that cares.

    We have had multiple pinhole water leaks on the hot water side of our residential water system. This is apparently not unusual in East Cobb due to what appears to be improper grounding. After seven leaks, pipe replacement, and all the repairs associated with water damage, the leaks continued. It took Powers about 10 minutes to realize that grounding was the issue. I called them at 9 AM. They were here before noon to evaluate. I had a reasonable quote within an hour of their visit. By 9 AM the next morning, Charlette was here to correct my grounding issues. Charlette was respectful, courteous and polite, calm and professional, and qualified. The installation wasn’t the easiest. She had to fish at least 30 feet of wire over a concealed gyp board ceiling to jump around recently installed pex pipe. She completed the work in less than three hours, explained the grounding work she installed, and cleaned up after herself. I can’t say enough good things about Powers and about Charlette. I am planning a fairly major residential renovation soon, and Powers will be at the top of my bid list for the electrical scope. If you are seeking quality work at a fair price completed in an expeditious manner, Powers is your solution.

    Paul is awesome, he is honest, trustworthy, and does what is right. His work is awesome and he does a great job. When he comes out to your house you get a notification of who is coming out to do the work. He sends you a picture of your electrician and that way you know who is going to work for you. Your not left wondering if the stranger knocking on your door is your electrician or not. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician.

    I had a tree knock out all power to my house and my tenants had no place to stay. Powers came over and gave me a quote that was substantially lower than my 2 other quotes. They got right to work and had power restored in less than 48 hours. The other 2 electrical companies were going to take from 6-8 days to finish the job. The owner, Paul, kept me updated through the entire process of getting new electrical for my home. I was extremely impressed how they handled the entire process.

    We had a big job of un-installing a very heavy and large chandelier. Professional from start to finish! Also, each technician / electrician was very skilled / had many years experience too. On top of that, they were extra careful, kind / pleasant and even insisted on cleaning up the dust left on the floor from the job. I also like how well their communication is with the customer: contact you via texts when the job is booked, the day before reminder as well as and “on their way” with a photo of the electricians who are assigned to the job. Will for sure use this company from now on.

    Super nice people on the phone and great working with the tech that came out. I used them to complete repairs required by the home inspector for the sale of my house. They were easy to schedule with, arrived on time, and rather than try to upsell and drive up the price, they gave me suggestions for work I could easily do myself.     Ive used these guys twice now - and wow! First time, called 7/3 because my AC was out due to a bad breaker. The owner himself came out and had it fixed in an hour - OMG thank you!! And then worked with Scott today to install a new junction box rated for a ceiling fan and asked him to install new smoke detectors while he was here. I very much appreciated his patience with all my questions because these are the things I want to do myself. He answered all my questions and gave me some great tips as well. These guys are fantastic!!
