Sterling is great. Hes the cleanest election Ive ever had do work for me and he does care about doing it right. He answers promptly and follows through.The only thing I would encourage others to do is make sure you have an agreed on quote before he starts any work. If you make a change, get an updated quote before he continues to do the work.I changed the scope halfway through the job and had a different expectation on cost than Sterling. He talked it through with me and explained where he was coming from. We agreed on a price and moved on. All was good.He also does stand behind his word with what he says, which is a rare trait. I paid him before MTE turned on the electric and there was an issue with the post caps. Sterling came back and fixed it like he said he would.Ill have him do work for me again. -

Great crew! On time, professional, and leave after cleaning up! Highly recommend! Did some trouble shooting for a breaker that kept tripping. Then replaced old fluorescent lights with more efficient LEDs.
