    We had an electrical issue at our home and called Masten’s Electric. We were so surprised when an electrician arrived within 2 hours, accessed the issue, and had it fixed in no time. He also explained what caused the issue and what he did to fix it. I can’t say enough about the prompt, professional service we received from Masten’s Electric and their awesome Team. Highly recommend Masten’s Electric for your electrical needs.

    Masten Electric has come through for us again! This time they completed a turn key installation for our Electric vehicle Charging stations. Masten Electric handled every phase of this project for us, including installing the underground service to supply the distribution center in our parking lot, and installing the curbing, bollards and EV stations. They also installed provisions for additional stations in the future. The project was completed in record time with 60 days from design to finished installation.While they subcontracted the underground directional bore to one of their trusted partners, Tri State Underground, the rest of the job including concrete islands and installation of the charging stations was handled by the Masten team. It was reassuring to know that Masten Electric had undergone prior training on the installation and care of Charge Point charging stations. It is a great looking and successful job, as the photos depict.As Facilities Manger for Eagle Group, a Foodservice, Material Handling, and Clean Room Equipment manufacturer occupying a 400,000 square foot facility in Clayton Delaware, Masten Electric services our needs in a highly capable and professional manner. The owner, William Masten, and his team, are all extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Starting with an office manager, Sonya, that is constantly working to maintain their promise dates to customers and making sure all the proper communications and documentation are taking place, to the team that executes the work on your site. William and his team have performed many large projects for us as they have installed multiple large service runs within the facility, and provided new electrical services for new CNC lasers. All of these projects were complete in a timely fashion and on the pre arranged schedule. Williams team are dedicated workers who will give you a full days work and then some. Our facility, as a large manufacturing facility, undergoes many regulatory and internal safety inspections, and the work performed by Masten Electric keeps us in compliance for all of these audits in regard to electrical equipment.I would highly recommend Masten Electric for any electrical work you might need.

    As always Masten Electric never disappoints! They performed a large amount of work at my father’s residence, William arrived on time and was very professional during the estimate process and explained all the work that was to be performed, at the time of the appointment his crew arrived on time as always, work was performed as described. His crew was extremely professional and worked very clean and thorough, and the work was completed in the estimated time!My family can’t recommend Masten Electric enough! You will not be disappointed. Thankyou William and all your guys!!!NOTE: at the time of this review one of his crews are actively working on my personal residence as well!!!!!

    From the Owner personally coming out and doing the estimates, then showing up at completion to the professional office staff and knowledgeable working crew. Masten Electric is a one-stop for all of your residential and commercial needs. They rewired and added new lighting fixtures to our homes new kitchen remodel and they also did our complete electric in our companys new office building.     Masten Electric is the absolute best electrician in our area. The owner (William), Sonya in the office, and the whole crew are polite, professional, and get right down to business. William has always come right out whenever I have a new job I want to discuss, and delivers a very clear, written quote over email. For our complete master suite renovation last year, they worked in our attic, inside the bathroom and bedroom, crawlspace, and garage. Every bit of the work was completed in an extremely neat manner, and the job site was left spotless. They ran a new sub-panel, and added and moved circuits for lights and receptacles, but they also did the finished installation of some expensive fixtures, including our touch screen thermostat for the heated bathroom floor, and wifi switches. We were 100% satisfied. This year, we had them back to work on our new pole barn. William made recommendations on every piece of the entire setup, and stayed in touch with me while I coordinated getting a new power Company connection, and scheduled around the contractors building the barn. His guys were always right on time and did another fantastic job. Everything that he recommended for the barn turned out fantastic.I highly recommend Masten Electric for any electrical work you need.

    My father had his electric service ripped from the house by a tractor trailer which damaged the meter pan along with the breaker box. William and his staffed dropped what they were doing at the end of their day and went to work replacing the meter pan and the breaker box. Two of the staff stayed until almost 9:30 at night to ensure that the breakers were properly labeled and to ensure everything was in good working order. The staff was very professional and cleaned up all debris as well as took the time to repair some minor damage that occurred were the service was connected to the house.

    I called Masten Electric because of all the good reviews that they received. I’m glad that I did. I needed some extra circuits run in my basement. Vinnie and Hunter came out to do the job. Absolutely outstanding work. Professional, courteous and hard working. I was an HVAC/Air Compressor mechanic for 46 years and I’ve seen a lot of electrical jobs. Some good some pretty bad. Vinnie and Hunter are in the top three of great work. If You need electrical work done you will not be disappointed hiring Masten Electric. Also their pricing is extremely fair. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the work they did.
