BWM recently ran some additional power to a pool heater at my home. I had seen their trucks around town, and inquired about getting the work done.Their team was easy to work with. Very responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. We had a minor delay on the day of install (Tuesday). The owner said he would come back Friday to wrap things up. Ive worked with other companies before, and they always say Friday, but really mean the following week.BWM was at my house first thing Friday morning. Completed the work that day, and it looked great. All the wiring was tight and neat, and they did a great job at limiting the amount of drywall repairs needed.I also had them service my generator while they were there, and will be hiring them again for some work inside the house. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

First, calling and scheduling was a great experience with the receptionist lady. She was nice and understanding my situation. Since I never had to call a electrical company she explained everything to me.Second, Alex came out to give me a consultation on adding 2 light fixtures to my dual vanity. He was nice, helpful, knowledgeable and explained the price an process.Third, Milo(I believe) and Alex came out to complete the installation. Milo is an asset to your company he’s very knowledgeable, nice, respectful, detail oriented and helpful. A BWM team installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage. They arrived at 3 pm and stayed until they were complete. It only took them about 4 hours. The office staff and the field crew were very professional and polite, and the installation looks and operates perfectly! I highly recommend BWM Electrical and will not hesitate to use them again.

Jay Alex and I think his name was Brent if I remember correctly did an excellent job on a house we bought that was in need of some major electrical up grades. We had to have a weather head moved due to some other construction repairs to the house and two panels that needed replacing, in doing so we had to upgrade the wiring. All of the guys were real solid guys that were on time and worked diligently to get the job done right and correctly. Could I have gotten the job done a little cheaper, maybe then again maybe not I’ll never know half of the electrical companies I called I couldn’t get them on the phone and if I did they needed to call me back and never did. So I think the price was pretty good and competitive. If you’re in need of some electrical work I would definitely give these guys a call I will be using them again in the future for some smaller jobs, also I meet the owner a couple times for the deposit and when he stopped by to check on the guys nice dude, can’t say enough about the company.Terrell

The BWM team came out on time, did the work quoted under time and adjusted the total cost to be under the original quote. They also handled all of the wiring from the main box, installing the fuses needed, and handled all communication with the county inspectors to make sure everything was up to code. Very easy to work with and very professional in the process.July 2023:Had a second ask from BWM to install an extra 240 socket in my garage. Alex was very professional and an overall good, young man. Everything about the process was easy to understand and Alex went out of his way to explain his process and to show the product of his work, making sure that it was functional to the specifications I asked for.

Ive dealt with several electricians in the area and this group is simply top notch. I submitted a request and they were out here the next day. Jay quoted me and did my wall charger install a few weeks later. He was great-very clear about the process, what was included, and other considerations. Everyone I know with an EV has asked me for recommendations on which electrician I used and I just keep telling them not to bother looking anywhere else.In the past Ive had other electricians come in that did questionable work or left my house smelling like an ash tray. Not these guys. Ill definitely be working with BWM for any electrical work I have in the future.

Joe & Alec did an awesome job replacing our dawn / dusk security light. BWN was quick to respond and customer focused from office team communications to electricians on site. About month back I had a dawn/dusk light fail located 25ft above ground and needed replaced quickly for safety. I called previous electrical company who did install several times and never got a return call.I found BMW doing internet search for local electrical work and very satisfied and will be using them for future electrical projects (home generator). I highly recommend these folks.

Allen, on the other hand, was so accommodating with his time! He sent Gary out the very day of the call...after 5:00. Gary was friendly and very knowledgeable! He took care of everything I needed...I was expecting him to just assess the situation and schedule a time later to complete it. Had them install an NEMA 14/50 outlet in my garage to charge my EV. Friendly people all around, really competitive rate (~$1100, my box is right behind the garage so minimal materials needed so your situation may be more), and they got it inspected same day so they didn’t have to charge me for them to come out twice! If you don’t know how to do the job yourself, I would certainly recommend giving them a call to see if what they offer works for you.

He trenchsed and ran electrical all the way around my backyard to give us electrical for a pool, and set it up for future electrical to other areas of the yard. We bought a 120 year old building in downtown smithfield which was condemned, we bought it and brought it back to l,, ife.. BWM came in after our first electrician was not doing what was on the plans and also price gouging us last year when covid rolled through, the men at BWM were very professional ,,and very efficient..the other electrician was still working on electric for our store for 3 months plus, BWM fixed what he was doing wrong and also had the whole project finished in 2 weeks! I will definatly work with them again for phase 2 of our back part of our building, and for anything with our residential electric as well.

So it is the day before a holiday weekend and my smoke alarm decides to start chirping! My husband has neuropathy in his feet and can not get on a ladder and I know nothing about alarms or electrical stuff. However, I was able to replace batteries (that didn’t work), then disconnected and unplugged the alarm and took it off ceiling. It’s still chirping!! I called both Selma Fire Depts and they were no help! After calling 5 electrical companies (3 did not answer and 2 could not come out for 1-2 weeks) I got ahold of BWM electrical. By this time my animals are freeking out and frankly so am I!!! Thank God for Brad!!!!! He came within a half hour, and fixed everything within a half hour for a VERY reasonable service call that was definitely worth every penny!!!! He was soooo awesome. Very professional, friendly, courteous and to me, an absolute hero!!!!! He will be back to replace my alarms with new ones next week but most importantly, I don’t have to hear chirping anymore. I HIGHLY recommend this company... they will be my go to electrical service from now on! They truly cared about the situation and made me feel like family!💖

This project required some outlets (electrical, internet, cable, and phone) to be relocated and added. I called BWM yesterday and they had a cancellation so they came today to give me a quote. Joe (electrician) and Alex came into a middle of my built in installation like champs today. They listened to what I needed, communicated with my built in installers, and reviewed their schedule for today, and folks, they got to work. Very happy with the work and service provided by BWM Electrical Services. With a very good mix of electronic as well as in-person communication, everything was very efficient from scheduling appointment for estimate, receiving quote, follow-up communication, subsequent quote adjustment, deposit and scheduling to completing the work, as well as helping to fix an operator error a few days after work was completed. Joe was on-site for the estimate and reviewed all the details of the projects on my list, answering questions and explaining how the work would be done. He provided an immediate quote and also itemized the quote so that I could review and select which project to complete now, and which to save for later. During follow-up, once decision was made to proceed, he immediately adjusted and resubmitted the new quote for me to review and submit deposit. I was contacted by office staff and work was scheduled in a very short time period - a lot faster than I was expecting! Joe & Brad came out to complete the work I needed (new garage circuit and outlets, new RV outlet), did an excellent job (clean-up included!) and even helped arrange some of my heavier garage items where they needed to be to utilize the new outlets. I just moved into a house that we wanted to make changes to which included replacing a ceiling light in the MBR with a fan/light combo and relocating it, adding a generator receptacle outdoors to the electrical pane and installing an additional light switch in a work shed. I was given a quote and a price was agreed to. The work was scheduled and done on time. An item included in the quote was deemed unnecessary and the final price reduced. The installation of the outdoor generator receptacle required the replacement of the exsisting electrical box that had a main power cutoff switch in it with an electrical box that had circuit breakers and the main cutoff switch arranged so a safe transfer switch could be employed....a pretty complex project. The fan/light installation ran into a problem when a steel beam was discoverd in the path of the rerouting of the power line from the ceiling light fixture that was being replaced to the new location of the fan/light...it required some very innovative thinking and skill to do it. The addition of the light switch was done very neatly with the additional wiring nicely trimmed and wrapped. It should be noted that after the job was done, we noticed the fan at high speed wobbled. We contacted BMW and a tech came out and corrected it promptly without charge.I have hired BWM to do some additional work and expect it will be done on time and as quoted.Highly recommend this company.
