    Eddie did an amazing job of clean the tree roots out of our mainline. We had to call for an emergency appointment with standing water in our laundry room. He arrived quickly and ran our line 3 times to make sure he got as much out as possible. I would definitely recommend Eddie!!!

    Sioux City Roto-Rooter did an amazing job for me. The city backfilled a bunch of broken concrete on my sewer pipes after a resent water main break which ended up breaking and dislodging around 17 of pipe. TJ Giese and Andy Burrell and the rest of the excavator crew did a great job figuring out the problem, showing it to me which allowed me to bring it to the city’s attention. The City claimed responsibility after showing them the facts and took financial responsibility. After that, they installed brand new piping and put everything back together how it should be. These guys are hard workers and know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

    Eddie was amazing! We live in a house that’s 25 years old and never had issues…. So there was 25 years of build up that he had to clear. So patient, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the excellent work.

    Eddie spent the extra time needed to clear my kitchen drain. It turned out to be difficult to locate the clog, but Eddie was eventually able to find the problem by using a camera to locate it and then quickly clear it. I appreciate his good work!

    TJ Giese, Andy Burrell, and Michael Hagland did an amazing job with hydrojetting our cast iron pipes under our front yard. From start to finish, the process was super easy going. The three made it super easy to understand what all was going on and what our options were. There was no stress involved at all during the process. Barbara, the nice sweet lady who took the initial phone calls from us was super helpful, too. TJ and his crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and left out pipes and hosue cleaner and safer than ever! Would absolutely recommend TJ and his crew and Roto Rooter in Iowa to everyone!

    BEYOND EXCELLENT service! We needed our septic tank pumped as soon as possible, and they were here within 2 hours of my call. The receptionist, Barb, was very friendly and kind. The service technician that came out (Marcus) was professional, knowledgeable, very nice and took a lot of time to explain what was happening and how to correct it for a better working septic tank. I will definitely use this company again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. THANK YOU!

    We had a pipe burst in our daughter’s room due to the freezing cold temps causing us to shut off our main water. Which by the way, is a nightmare having no water with 4 kids! We called Roto Rooter right away in the morning and Barb was able to squeeze us in the schedule that day! TJ came and saved the day! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and talked us through everything. Service was fantastic with the whole team!     Absolutely appreciate Andrew making time to get to us in hours, we had nastiness coming up in our basement drain. We couldnt get local plumber in same day for sure but he gave a time and showed up 10 minutes before, cleared the blockage and made sure we were good way past that.
