    Hi, I was having concerns re: my furnace on of all nights, Christmas Eve. I called and spoke with Brandon at Suter. He graciously listened to my issues and concerns and stated that he would send Leon over in awhile. Leon showed up, listened to my concerns and checked everything over very thoroughly. He cleaned a couple things, and he gave me some recommendations. Then he was on his way. He was very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. He told me I could sleep well that night cause there was no issue with the furnace. And I did thanks to Brandon and Leon. Highly recommend these men and Suter. Thank you once again.

    Well, end of July my AC unceremoniously died. Called CW Suter, as they have an excellent reputation. Spoke with Dylan, very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came out, discussed some options. Dylan emailed two options and the quotes for each. i ended up replacing both furnace and the central air. Dylan scheduled the day and time for the service men to be here for the installation. They were here promptly at 8:00. Very nice guys. i came home from work to a nice cool house. Great install. No mess. Extremely satisfied. i wouldn’t call any other company.

    The service technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We had the furnace and ac replaced on December 23, 2022 when it was below 0. Dillon come out the evening before with a technician and had the new furnace installed the next morning. They even brought out space heaters to get us through the night! Completely satisfied with service from CW Suter. Thx to all who helped give us a warm Christmas!

    Our furnace broke down on Christmas night. We called the after hours line and right away he picked up and was willing to come out to see if he could fix, as it was one of those cold nights. He drove from his rural area home 40 minutes away and discovered right away that the flint burned out. He went to the shop and couldnt find the exact part but had something to get temporary running . We were leaving for family vacation in two days . He was back the next day with the part and fixed in time for us not to worry while we were gone. It was above and beyond our expectations.     Customer service and the technician were very nice. The part that stopped working on my furnace needed to be ordered. It was VERY expensive:(I was without heat for 5 days but the Suter tech brought two space heaters and customer service called to check to see if we needed more.

We purchased a new heating system. We had a few challenges with our installation that required relocation of water heater and plumbing changes. The team worked through the challenges as experts.     Needed to replace ignitor in furnace. Called on Monday and repair man came out that afternoon. Overall service was a little spendy but technician was knowledgeable and went through things to make sure no other issues. Was not overly impressed with their 1 year service plan.

    Had the unfortunate situation of our house getting struck by lightning and our entire HVAC system was fried. Worked with Dylan and Drew to get a competitive quote and parts ordered. Installation took around 8 hrs and I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism. Great team to work with.

    I received a call the day before from the dispatcher to set up an appointment for heating maintenance. She said the repairman will call me before he comes out So I would be prepared to let him in. The repairman showed up within the time frame he said he would appear. He was very nice and personable.

    My A/C took a dive during a week of 100°+ weather. I thought for sure I was going to need a whole new furnace and A/C, as they are both 40+ years old. I suppose a less-than-honest company could or would try to take advantage of the age of my system and try to scare/trick me into putting in a whole new system. Turns out it was just a bad capacitor. Just $200, instead of 12k. Great job, Aaron!

    CW Suter and Corey (technician) were fantastic! They were fully booked for the day I called them, but Corey was able to squeeze me in.Corey was here very soon after I got the call back from CW. He worked very quickly, did not rush, and explained what he was doing/checking step by step. He was very knowledgable and double or triple checked against his charts. He also allowed the system to run a while after the repairs were made to ensure it was still operating as it should. He was also very friendly to my dog who was roaming around my house.The service was completed quickly, and it did not cost near as much as I anticipated.Great service, great communication, and a friendly technician - Ill definitely be going back here for my future HVAC issues!

    Our air conditioner was having issues and we called CW Suter. They were awesome from start to finish. From the original call, to the service tech, sales, and installation, every Suter representative went above and beyond. Their service is well above todays standards for customer service. They were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. There was no effort to sell products you didnt need but they were excellent and explaining the pros and cons of different equipment. They went way above and beyond on the installation as well. They ended up having a bunch of different team members pitch in to get the job done despite some unforeseen difficulties that were encountered. They also took the time to correct some preexisting issues to make the system run more efficiently. We couldnt be more satisfied.

    We were having issue with our AC not working. It was in the mid 90s with high humidity when I had called them thinking it would be at least a couple of days before they could get to us.     My family was out of town on vacation and our house sitter called to let us know that our thermostat was totally dead and they maybe smelled a small fire. Of course the heat has to go out at -10 degrees when we were 1500 miles away from home. I called and promptly got an appointment. They were in contact with me and my house sitter, efficiently got everything repaired. What could have been an absolute nightmare was handled quickly and professionally. I will call these guys every single time from here on in.

    They came out the same day I called them. It was a somewhat difficult diagnosis so the technician called his boss to come out and confirm his findings. Even though they dont make my brand of fan motor any more, they were able to find one and install it that day. Trevor very professional and very nice. I would recommend C.W. Suter to anyone.

    Tech(Ben) was prompt, courteous, and very quickly diagnosed my furnace issue. We use a ultra-sonic cool mist water humidifier. Our tech let us know that using one of these with regular tap water often results in furnace filters getting clogged due to small mineral dust particles being put in air. Replaced filter and furnace was running again.

    I decided to upgrade my old HVAC System. I had several companies bid my project. Sutter did an amazing job from the bid process to the installation. Installation technicians Dave and Ross were professional and took the extra time to ensure I understood the new system and its capabilities. They were respectful of the home and made sure flooring was protected and remained clean as the installation progressed. I am a very satisfied customer and feel I am in good hands going forward.

    Extremely impressed with Suter. Sales staff didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. In fact, quite the opposite: I inquired as to replacing some ducting, and he pointed out that it didnt need to be replaced, just a small repair job, which the technician ended up doing for free. Installation was quick and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and when we asked questions, they went above and beyond in making sure we understood what they were doing and why. When they were finished, they left my home as clean as when they found it. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to the people in the office (incredibly friendly, well-informed group). All of the warranty and rebate paperwork was taken care of by Suter - we didnt have to do a thing. Its refreshing to see a company who clearly values internal communication: each individual department works to support eachother, which is a major benefit to me, as a customer.

    I called the emergency number at 7:15 AM and talked with the person on duty. And an appointment was made and they arrived at 8:30 to see why the furnace was not starting when the thermostat was turned up. They identified the problem and needed to replace a part. They picked up the new part and the furnace runs like a new one. And they left the premises at about 9:45 in the morning. I was very happy with their service.

When you call the office, the service staff really make me feel my call and business is important. Theyre very upbeat, polite. They call to remind me of an appointment and then follow up to make sure that we are satisfied. Theyre the reason I started to do business in the first place. They, and the technicians, are the reason that theyll keep our business.

    I had them replace the heat pump in my home and it’s amazing. I had them come back a few months later and replace my air handler with new emergency electric heat strips as well, they put a bigger 2” filter in so I didn’t have to replace it as often. I got put on the maintenance program as well and they sent me a card telling me it was time for the 6 month check. They came out and the guy was absolutely awesome, he explained to me some of the things the heat pump did that I wasn’t sure before why it did it or would make the noise it would make, and he showed me and explained every noise I asked about and it’s function. The noises I would hear was it going into different cycles and functions, nothing was wrong with it. A heat pump if some don’t know provides the air conditioning in the summer but it also provides the heat in the winter as my house is all electric is way more efficient that using an electric furnace. I do have emergency electric heat backup in the air handler if something goes wrong with the heat pump though, but both have been some of the best investments into the house I’ve made. I can’t thank Drew and his dad, as well as the employees enough for everything they’ve done, their customer service is hands down some of the best I’ve ever seen.

    AC went out late in the afternoon this week. Called in to service and they had Jose out at my house by 6pm. Found out it was the blower motor. Called me back first thing the next morning and told me they had it in stock and Jose would be back out at my house by 9am which he was. Worked non stop until he left around 1pm. Excellent service, professional, and would not even think about using another company other than CW Suter. Also did the AC Maintenance while there per dispatchers approval. Thank you!

    My furnace went down suddenly. Called Suter to repair a 41 year old unit. On thier recomendation, I opted to replace it. They brought me space heaters to get through the night and before 8 the next morning were here to install the new furnace. The guys did an awesome job and had heat for me by 4 pm the same day. They hauled the old stuff away, cleaned averything up and were done by 430. TOP OF THE LINE from beginning to end. I Highly recomend this company.
