They are an amazing company. I was backing out of my garage this morning and noticed that my outdoor faucet sprung a leak and was frozen. They were able to come out almost immediately and install valves on all my outdoor faucets to allow me to shut them off at the end of the season each year. It will also prevent a pipe from bursting when the faucet does thaw.

Sergei worked on our garbage disposal today. It needed to be replaced. He was very proficient, cleaned up after his work and even asked to make sure we were happy with the color of the drain cap before installing it. He is always polite and puts up with our dogs while working at our house.

After receiving several estimates, it was clear that Lochard was the most competitive price. They installed 2 new systems in our duplex. The 4 gentleman that did the work showed up on time with all of the right equipment, and all of the right skills. They were courteous, efficient, professional, and detail oriented. The systems are performing flawlessly. The tenants are very happy also. I can’t say enough good things about the guys that came out. They made the whole process painless. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this company is. I called them Tuesday evening as we were experiencing issues with our furnace. They had someone there early Wednesday morning. Kyle who had been here before remembered where the furnace was. Got the issue fixed in an hour and we had heat again. I just cant say enough about how great a company they are. They have worked on my AC and Furnace. Excellent service and quality, very professional. If you arent getting the best service call Lochard. I have used other services in the past and Lochard is the only ones I will use ever again. They came out found the problem and fixed it right away. Checked rest of the unit after it was up and running. Explain what checks they ran and the results of the tests. I highly recommend them for HVAC. I also learned they have a group that does plumbing. Will definitely use them for that as well in the future.

I highly recommend Lochard to anyone in need of services for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. They responded quickly to my needs so that I would not be inconvenienced by lack of service. I feel he was very detailed and didnt just fix the symptom but dug in and addressed the root cause of our HVAC system problem. Thanks so much for your help today! I actually had a plumber scheduled for today, who had done some previous work for me. He was supposed to install faucets and fix our basement bathroom today.Additionally, I woke up to a clogged sink. The plumber didn’t show up and I had to contact him to see if he was still coming over. He quickly texted back that he wanted to reschedule. I asked if he could please at least come over to fix the sink. He never even texted back back about it.You guys saved the day for me and turned a bad day into a really great day! You responded to our issue within two hours which is wonderful. We expected it would take a lot longer since you were so busy today but you fit us in promptly.Your contractors were finished within 15 minutes. They were both very kind and professional. I buy parts in the Lochard store from time to time. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy doing DIY for small home repair projects. When my recent repair caused damage on my main water gate valve, I asked the store clerk to recommend a reliable plumber for me and found out they actually provided plumbing service.Compared with my experience from other plumbers, the service I received is excellent, beyond my expectations. They are very professional, fixed all my plumbing problems. I find a good plumber for my future problems.

I am very happy with Lochards service. I was given a quick appointment when I called, and the technician (Joe) was very prompt. He diagnosed a noise in my furnace that has been bothering me for 2 years, that other companies have failed to identify. He repaired it, did an exhaustive exam of my furnace, diagnosed another potential problem and explained my options (repair or replace) in dealing with that, and suggested a safety measure to take on my own. He was not at all pushy, was very polite about answering my questions without talking down to me, and in every way went above and beyond what I had expected. I will definitely have him do the repair, and wouldnt hesitate to call them again. My furnace is old, and I called Lochard because they sell Bryant furnaces and I was fearing a replacement would be necessary. When the time comes for replacement, theyre at the top of my list.

We had our furnace go out on Thursday night . Kyle came out to look at it after he did all his pre check he found out our igniter was not working. The igniter broke off lochard didnt have it in stock so on Friday lochard did a rush order for it. And we got our furnace up and running about 11am on Saturday Kyle was great the whole team of lochard was great a big thanks to your team. I would highly recommend lochard for anything.

What I thought was going to be just an eel job in my bathtub Jeff my service tech found it was leaking in my basement. Our pipes were the old galvanized pipes that obviously needed replaced! We tried to use 2 other plumbers before we found out that Lochards also handled plumbing. We only thought they handled heating and air conditioning, we were pleasantly surprised to find out they could help us with our plumbing issue. Lochards sent us Tim Browning (I hope I spelled it right) he was very professional, looked at the issue, seen what he needed mainly needing another person to help get the job done correctly, he then called and got an estimate before starting the work. They did exactly what we needed no more no less, he got the job done quickly and most importantly correctly. Very expensive. They charged me over 250 dollars for a 10min drain snake job. Service was fine and my issue resolved but that is a ridiculous amount of change for just a fine level of service. Try it yourself before getting your pockets emptied by these guys.Edit: The staff gave me a call regarding the amount charged and waived the additional applied fees. This shows that the company does care about the service they are providing and are willing to make sure their customer comes back satisfied.

Helped me out with a water heater issue after I failed to fix it myself. Tech worked on the unit even taking the gas regulator off of the machine and taking it back to Lochards to run further diagnostics. Even though they worked for well over two hours figuring out the issue with the heater they didnt charge me over the discussed 70 dollar diagnostic fee that was originally quoted! I was floored. For a company that is locally known to be good but pricey I found them to be excellent and economical.
