Jeff and Jennifer are excellent! We had a wonderful experience with J & J Brautigam from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond while taking care of our I&I sewer repairs. They advised us throughout the entire process and made it very easy to navigate. They also used blue light lining so there was no need to dig up our yard! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Jeff and Jennifer Brautigam are an amazing plumbing company that is quick and efficient. They walked me and my wife through the whole process, step by step. They did our lateral and redid the piping for our sump pump, due to the old pipe being to small. They cleaned up everything and it was like no one was there. I am telling everyone I know about them. If you ever find yourself in the middle of the night during a downpour thunderstorm that produced three tornado warnings and your sewage backing up into your house the best thing you can do is call J & J. I tried calling every plumber in Piqua that claimed 24 hour emergency service. Every one of them had a recording asking me to leave a message. I did. Not a single one of them called me back. I called J & J and they answered their phone! No recording! Help was on the way! Jeff and Jase worked well into the night. It took a couple of days due to underground line clearances and digging permit from the city to dig in the street. But when Jeff & Jennifer came back to finish up not only are they very professional and knowledgeable plumbers they are just good people all around!Thank you Jeff and Jennifer! I dont know where wed be if you hadnt answered your phone that night!

Jennifer was very quick in helping me figure out what I needed to do and giving me a very reasonable quote. They were quick to get the job done. For years my wife and I have had plumbing issues with our home and we tried several plumbers and only got temporary fixes to the problem. J&J came to our home and used a camera to discover that we had significant damage from roots and that part of our pipes was completely broken. They installed a cleanout, cleaned out the roots, and installed a liner to prevent any further root damage in the future. They also repaired the broken portion of pipe. Simply put, they diagnosed the problem and came up with a real solution at an affordable price. They were on time, professional, and more than helpful in solving our problems. We will definitely use them in the future with any of our plumbing needs!

The first time J&J Brautigam LLC worked for me, 5/27/21, they replaced a broken sewer line and installed an inspection port at my daughter’s house in Sidney. Excellent work at a good price.The second time J&J Brautigam worked for me was 8/2/22 to run a camera inspection for water in ac ducts and also check the main sewer line because Alexander Sewer and Drain Service said we had tile broken at the foundation and they couldn’t clear a plugged line, 6/24/22, but they charged me $396 for trying for approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes. My son in law and I cleared the plugged sewer line the next day in approximately 1 hour. The sewer camera inspection revealed no broken tile in the sewer line. Excellent work at a good price.The third time I called J&J Brautigam was my sisters in laws sewer line was plugged. When they arrived, they did a camera inspection, found pluggage and cleared it with a high pressure jetter then found a second pluggage that wouldn’t clear. Camera inspection revealed an electrical line bored through the sewer tile. J&J contacted appropriate people to get this problem resolved. City is fixing it. Again excellent work at a good price. I’ve used their services three times and will continue to call them. They are good at what they do.

I came home to a failed sump pump and 2-3 inches of water throughout my basement. Jeff was the only one who had an after-hours number listed and answered on the first attempt; I called at least 8 other plumbers/plumbing services. Jeff was at my home within the hour, diagnosed the problem, walked me through additional solutions down the road, and fixed what was broken. I would gladly use Jeff again, he was honest, professional, and competent.

Outstanding service from the quote all the way to the completed project! Picked up on details that other companies missed when quoting. They know their stuff! Cleaned & lined the sewer pipes, installed a chamber, clean outs and a sump pump. We highly recommend their work!

We dealt with another service contractor to get the required camera inspection for almost 5 months. They turned it over to Brautigam with the intention of digging up my front yard. Brautigam worked really hard and managed to go through the crawl space determined not to have to dig. They are amazing to work with and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again and again!!

They are awesome! I called one company who came out and did what they could to fix our sewer issue, however it didn’t fix the problem. I was directed to call another company to come out but they couldn’t get here until the next day. As time went on the problem got worse. I googled plumbers in the area and found J&J Brautigam made a call and they were out in an hour had the problem fixed in no time! I know I will be calling them in the future if needed. Listen everyone. Weve had a sh×@#y couple days with plumbing issues. Called a company in, and $300 later, no resolution. THAT place called the city, because it was probably their problem. Of course the city said no way. Great. Im out $$ and still cant use our water! Called J and J in an UTTER PANIC at this point. (Had been a few days for ANYONE to even get here to look at this root clog!) Same day service, uber professional, and FIXED OUR ISSUE!!!!!!! Some might call what we paid expensive, ( I dont think so based on what they did and actually showed me!) BUT, j and j DID. IT. RIGHT. THE. FIRST. TIME!!!!!!!!! Incredibly grateful for them and they will be doing more work for us as there was just too much to fix all today. (Yay for the sewer line repairs. ) Thanks so much guys! Was great having you today!
