I was referred to united by Mazzone plumbing for my clogged main sewer line. I had someone at my door 2 hours after I called, and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half. Friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend!

So I went on Google Looking up plumbers in my Area Came Across a large company Let’s call the Dodo-Rooter booked a plumber who was very Blue in the Gills to say he was a novice is an understatement was very scared to do the job, luckily my carpenter recommended United drain 1 phone call with Sam and another with Shannon Sharp had me feeling relieved they actually had the right idea, it took Shannon about 30 minutes to fix a problem that the other guys had been working on for five hours!! I won hundred percent undoubtably trust these guys and their experience more than I would trust anyone else. Needless to say, these guys put anybody else in the dust.

Absolutely outstanding! Adrian came diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours on a holiday. No overtime holiday charge they are open till 11pm. A++++++++++++++++ Tough to find good quality fair priced work like them

I wanted to leave a review for this business. I called them in my search for a plumber and explained my issue. They told me exactly what I needed to do in order to not get screwed over by other plumbing companies. By following their helpful advice I was able to find someone to sort my problem without spending a ton of money I didnt have. If it wasnt for them I would have paid for a service I didnt need. They are awesome people with awesome customer service. Helping folks even when they arent clients. Thank you again for saving us money and helping us fix our home

I have a large pipe underneath my driveway to drain rain water. After a steady heavy rain that lasted throughout the night into the next day, the area right next to my driveway was like a small swimming pool. The drain was totally blocked and water was running over the end of my driveway that had just been redone this year. I had no idea who to call and by a stroke of luck another plumber I called highly recommended this business. The man who owns this business was so cordial......he actually was in the area and came right away. In about ten minutes he had assessed the problem and unplugged the drain......water came rushing like a small river.I would highly recommend this business!!!!!!!!!!!!! He refused my offer to pay him saying it was no big deal.....but he had the expertise to know exactly where the drain would be blocked and how to fix it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He definitely is a man of integrity!

This company is the best. All it took was one phone call and within one hour a technician, Sam, was out to help us with a clogged kitchen sink. They charge a flat rate exceptionally reasonable. They are local, located in Shrewsbury, are super friendly and hard working. Thank you so much!Not to be compared with Roto-Rooter which is in my opinion, are thieves and overercharge and try toto upsell you enzyme treatment...

Sean (or is it Shawn) came to our house to check the functionality of our drain since we had problem last January. Sam (also United Drain Cleaning) thought we had a freeze problem with our drain last January which resulted in our fieldstone foundation basement flooding. We live in Florida, so this was, for us, a big problem. Anyway, Sean came and checked things out. He also believed we had a freeze problem since everything seemed to work just fine. Sean gave me some suggestions to help in the future and basically was professional and courteous. So, would I recommend? Yes I would.

Called them Thursday evening. They made time for us Friday morning Cost was extremely reasonable. ALOT less than we expected. Nate the service tech was friendly and professional. Cleaned up the unfortunate and unavoidable mess Wish we didnt need them but since we did we Couldnt be happier with the experience.
