Mike did a great job for us replacing our 100 year old lead drain pipes and updating our copper to Pex when a leak caused water damage and our ceiling to crumble. It was a huge job over several days and he was quick, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

Tony and Mike are the very best!After 35 years my gas boiler heating system failed a week before Christmas and I needed to replace it as I was expecting family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.Tony came out the same day I contacted him, assessed the system and problem, and got me a quote same day. He replaced my unit with the same high quality brand and he did it the very next day I contacted him and the cost was almost half what I was quoted from another HVAC company in the area.I am very please with the service and quality and highly recommend Direda Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. I called for a problem with a basement toilet not flushing properly and a slow draining sink. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Mike came on time, diagnosed the problems, and suggested a new toilet and a new faucet with stopper hardware for the sink. He was able to purchase and install these without any wasted time. A day later, I noticed that the sink still had an intermittent problem. Mike came back, worked hard to dislodge a deep blockage, and now has the sink flowing perfectly. There was no charge for the second visit. I am a happy customer and will definitely use DiReda for my plumbing needs.

My water tank kicked the bucket on a Friday afternoon. I call DiReda Plumbing Monday morning. Got a call back quickly and one of the guys came by to look at the situation as it was stuffed in a small closet in the kitchen. He found one that would fit , called me and said he could have the guys out within 2 hrs. They promptly came and installed it.. wasnt easy as they are bigger now with all the insulation than decades ago. Very happy with their work and price ! Guys were very professional. I plan on using them again.

If I could give them ten stars I would! I called and left a message with someone who said Tony would call me as soon as he could. Received a call not even 30 minutes later. He said he’d be at my house within the hour and he truly was. He came, looked at the water tank, and said he’d call me within 15 to give me quotes and he did. Amazing value, extremely kind and even better service. Even took the old water tank away for me. They will be my first call whenever I need a plumber.

I used A. Direda Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning services to replace and install a new water heater system. Mike and his team were so professional and friendly during their visit. They came and gave me an estimate and explained what was wrong with my unit and what I would need to properly replace my hot water tank. I called on Monday they were at my home Monday afternoon and were back on Tuesday to install and hall away my old unit. The gentleman who installed my unit was extremely friendly and took the time to show me the new unit, swept and clean up the work area( it looked cleaner then when he arrived 😉) and even after he finished he took the time to go over the unit with me and answer all of my questions. If you need any repairs whether it be a new water heater, an AC unit, clogged dispose, or leaky dishwasher A.Direda Plumbing and Heating should be your first call.LJWorcester Resident

A. Direda Plumbing (Tony) came into fix a cracked pipe from our upstairs bathroom that was going into our basement and causing water issues. They also found other pipes that had holes in them which they all fixed. It was a big job but they did it in one and half days. All the guys who helped out were professional and hard working.
