Repaired burst in water pipe due to winter weather. Very happy with the response time since this instance took place on a Saturday afternoon. The tech (James) was very professional, knowledgeable and performed the repair efficiently in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Answered all my questions and also provided insights to preventative measures. We have used D.R. Plumbing once before and that service call also exceeded our expectations as well. I’m very happy with the customer service provided by my tech Kliff. He answered all my questions and even gave me good advice on how to take care of my winterization come fall. I called a bunch of handymen to install my new swamp cooler for my 87 yr old father and myself and no one came thru.I called DR Plumbing and Don came over at night after dinner with his family..took measurements..Fabricated a base the next day and installed everything the following day.Along with figuring out a short in the wiring that no one else could figure out.His price was more than fair.I highly recommend this company.My dad (Korean War Vet) was ecstatic with their workI cant say enough good things about DR Plumbing!Give them a call!!!!

Don works on tankless hot water/furnaces. He knows how the calibration along with hot water flowing. NO ONE other than DR know how to fix them. Oh, most Plumbers know how to install them but not the technical issues. Well only use DR.

From the time I called for a water leak I had someone out here in 45 minutes. David inspected the leak and told me what what he needed to do to fix my plumbing. He was done in no time he also inspected the the rest of the plumbing in crawlspace under the house. David educated me so this wont happen again. I cant thank him enough, he did a great job and was very professional. Diffentley five stars you have a new customer for life.

Don not only worked them into his schedule, but he also plowed the road so they could leave early Monday morning To head home. I would give them ten stars if possible!

I have been working with D R Plumbing Heating and Cooling for a little over a year now. In all that time they have been nothing but professional, promt and knowlegable. I run a restaurant and we used to use another hvac vendor who made 5 attempts over the course of 10 months to fix our reach in cooler. After looking for a new vendor Don showed up with his business card and we gave him a try. What the other company could not fix in 10 months Don fixed in one visit less than one hour. After that we use them exclusively and to this day have no issues with this wonderful company.
