    I have a home warranty for my home in the Pinetop Country Club. My Bradford White water heater went out after 27 years -- yes, you heard that right, 27 years. I wanted another Bradford White. Besides the old one lasting 27 years, I wanted a water heater that I wouldnt have to worry about since the home is a vacation home without anyone there. Most water heaters last between 5 and 7 years. For some reason everyone puts up with that. I wont. I cant have a water heater that is upstairs in my vacation home leaking and destroying the house with no one there. The home warranty would not replace the Bradford White with a Bradford White. I cashed out with the home warranty and had Action Plumbing install a new Bradford White. This kind of flexibility means I will be using them again.

    Working with this company is an absolute delight. They seem to be the favorite of my home warranty company, and I fully endorse that choice. My experiences with them, on numerous occasions, have been nothing short of excellent.Tina, in the office, goes above and beyond to meet your needs with utmost respect and efficiency. You never need to wait long for a call back from Tina. Moreover, navigating home warranty issues can be daunting, but Tinas willingness to assist makes all the difference. Her kindness is truly appreciated.Paul, the technician, is exceptional .Our interactions with him have been recurrent, each time reinforcing the high regard we hold for his work. When our leak required us to take invasive measures, Paul explored every alternative, showing great respect for our property by avoiding unnecessary damage to our hardwood panels. Beyond his technical skills, Pauls genuine and warm interactions with my family—particularly with my wife and daughter—instill a comforting sense of familiarity and trust. Over the years, Paul has become a familiar face in our home. From his first visit when my daughter was just a sleeping newborn, to his recent visit where he patiently listened to her incoherent babbling about a toy pig, his friendly demeanor is a welcome addition to his professional service.While I may sever ties with my home warranty company, Action Plumbing will remain my go to team on the mountain.

    We are indeed pleased with the job Action Plumbing did for us. We were scheduled for service right away and the technician Paul was prompt and very professional in the job he did for us. Tina, in the office, followed up with us to assure we were happy with their service and we definitely were. We would absolutely recommend Action Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

    Once my home warranty approved Action Plumbing Inc, to fix my hot water heater. I had someone at my house within a couple of hours. This company went the extra mile to take care of my issue.     It is so nice to know you can count on someone to help with plumbing issues. We have used Action Plumbing on numerous occasions for our own home and our rental properties and have always been satisfied with the results. The technicians go well above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. On this last call out, to our new home, we had a number of questions about whether we could add a new sink and also about routing a gas line and Brock, our tech, crawled around, not once but three different times to figure things out for us - and we are talking a small and uncomfortable access to under the house.We definitely recommend Action Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues.

    Action Plumbing saved us! We must have called half a dozen local plumbing companies but none of them answered their phone nor returned a call. Action Plumbing answered their phone the first time we called and actually travelled 40 minutes to help us with a mainline blockage. Very efficient and their communication is excellent too!

    This is a wonderful company, they say a business is just as good as its employees and Action Plumbing has great employees. From Margie and Tina who answer the phone to Nathaniel that stopped on his way home to clear a plugged drain and did not leave until it was clear. I would recommend Action Plumbing to anyone that wants a honest, professional and excellent plumbing service.

    We woke up on a Saturday morning to both toilets and tub/shower drains clogged. Was told by my home warranty that it would probably be Monday before anyone could come out. They did say Action Plumbing was 24 hrs. I called and the lady answered the phone ( didn’t have to leave a message) and said they had someone who could come out today. Brock got here in a little over an hour later and the clog in the line is all fixed! He explained exactly what he was doing and was very personable Such a great experience and peace of mind

    Called action plumbing when my water heater started leaking in my house. They got someone out to my house within a couple hours to find out what was wrong. Jeremy was very nice and explained to me that the unit was so old we would need to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to get it replaced as I was worried we would be without hot water for a while. The customer service was phenomenal and the whole process was super smooth. I’m glad I found a company that took my urgency seriously and were happy to help.

    I had just bought this house and it’s been less than a year when I realize that my main sewer pipe under the house was crushed. Not only was the price reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do but everyone who came to my home made me feel comfortable and confident about the work they were doing.. I feel very fortunate to move to a new area and have such great people working on my house not knowing anything about the area and where I live.. I just wanna say thanks to Jeremy and action plumbing for doing such a great job! I definitely know who to call when I need help.

    This was 2nd time we have used them and still as impressed as the 1st. Very friendly, professional, prompt, helpfull and Honest. Grinder pump the 1st time and a outside frost hose bibb this time. Even giving me info on the phones. From the owner Don, to Nathaniel this time, their service is #1. In todays service business they really stand out above the rest. Thank you guys.

    This is going to be a strange review. We woke one morning to a waterfall running off the roof. Assuming it was a plumbing problem, we called and called, but no one could help us. Until we reached Margie of Action Plumbing, who said that maybe it was an HVAC problem, but if it wasnt, shed see about getting someone out to us. **It was.** That level of kindness and concern is regrettably rare these days. Next time we have an actual plumbing problem, guess who were calling?
