    Matlock Rooter is excellent! I called in the evening and they came out the next day around noon. They had excellent communication before, during and after service. All the staff is very polite and made the whole process easy. The technician was knowledgable and told me exactly what went wrong and how to fix it! I wont hesitate to use them again!

    I had issues with the drainage on my washing machine. The technicians showed up well within the scheduled time and fixed the problem quickly. They were very courteous and took time answering questions I had regarding the issue. If any problems arise in the future, I wont hesitate calling them because I know they will truly be thorough and professional. Wonder job guys!

    We recently joined choice home warranty, and they sent us Matlock Rooter services to help us with our problems. They were here the next day and did a great job.     JOSHUA and Jared were both knowledgeable. Jared track down a tankless hot water heater for me. Jared explained the pros and cons of the tankless hot Water heaters. Gas and electric I decided to go with the electric and he recommended an awesome electrician for me as well. JOSHUA did an awesome job installing it and showed me how to use it. I appreciate both of them. They were kind knowledgeable, I would not have a problem having in my Home to do work again. Thank you so much, JOSHUA and Jared and their office .

    When I tell you these people are wonderful I mean they’re amazing!!!Everyone they’ve sent to home have done amazing work explaining what they did and why they think what could have happenedThe most important think I love I the ladies the staff if you call ain’t no 2-3 day call backs.     These professionals were assigned our problem by our leasehold, Century 21, but Drake and his associate proved to be extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Resolved the problem, explained that they would report a major outside source factor (optic fiber cable line installation in the neighborhood) to our leasing agency. With all this in mind, cannot speak as to their pricing but I feel they would be as reasonable as possible. Highly recommend them!!! They were called in a 2nd time for same problem, solved it, again cautioned about items being flushed that are no-nos, which are being reminded to other household members. This team is absolutely great and I dont hesitate at all to highly recommend them!!!

    The technician (Will) that came to our home was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even though it was a late Friday afternoon appointment, he didn’t rush and did a thorough job locating the leak and replacing the piping that needed to be replaced.     I had a mainline plumbing blockage. I attempted to use my home warranty, unfortunately First American is useless. The first company they sent me to, Service Solutions, was delayed and awful to communicate with. They did not fix the problem. I explained the problem to the gracious Matlock receptionist and she treated me like a priority and a person. They had someone out the same day and fixed the issue within 5 min while the other company did not in over an hour. Kind, well priced, timely - I cannot speak highly enough about Matlock Rooter.

    This the the second company that was assigned to service my problem after the first company< All Drains 70 LLC, was trying to overcharge me for out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $440 for alleged work that was not required. Matlock correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem timely in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them for all plumbing and rooter work for myself and anyone needing these services..

    We went through Home warranty and yes at first it was hard to get in touch. But at the end of the voicemail it says if you text youll get faster service. As a person who hates talking on the phone this was perfect for me. And yes service was much faster. Also, they conveniently rescheduled for me when I had to cancel an appointment. And then showed up on my new date 30 minutes early. All of our problems were completely fixed. I will use them again.
