    This company is great! They were in contact with me the day of my appointment to make sure the address they had for me was correct. I dont remember the name of the tech that came to my house, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything he was doing & what he was doing. And he cleaned up after himself. What more could a woman want?!It was a wonderful experience and Ill definitely call them if I need a plumber again. Plus, if any of my friends and/or family ever needs a plumber, Ill send to 7 Pines Plumbing. Im one happy customer. 😁

    I dont write alot of reviews but these guys really deserve to be known. I hate hiring contractors cause I always feel like I’m getting taken one way or another. Initially spoke with Derick and Jesus Is the one that did the work. Super nice guy who was quick and knew what he was doing. The bill was cheaper than I expected as well with no surprises. I work as a commercial real estate leasing agent and have referred them on to one of my landlords who also was very happy. They are clearly more interested in long-term relationships than one and done moneymakers.

    We had a burst pipe in our garage and the team responded within 30 min. They were able to fit us in same day! Derick was great and even identified a second break in our pipes and fixed it all in a timely manner. They helped us out immensely during the storm and allowed us to stay home with running water.

    I cannot say enough good things about 7 Pines Plumbing! We had what we thought was a clogged drain and they were out the VERY. NEXT. DAY (!) and assessed the situation determining that it wasnt a clogged drain after all -- it was actually a much simpler (and less costly) solution! We had the same problem checked out months earlier by a different local plumber and -- $400 later, the problem was still not fixed.     A pipe burst during this storm after the blackout. Several neighbors had the same situation. Most places said they couldn’t make it out for 3 days! Not only did 7 pines come out and fix the neighbors but also got ours in working way later than what would be expected. Friendly service, reasonably priced and quality work. Absolutely recommend.

    Thank you Derick and 7 Pines Plumbing. I had a broken pipe emergency this weekend from my well to my house. I called 10 other plumbers expecting to pay emergency weekend rate but no one would even come. One company confirmed an appointment but then canceled the next day when they were supposed to arrive. I called 7 Pines Plumbing and Derick said he would be there in the morning to fix it. He arrived on time, was very responsive to the text and emails, and fixed the pipe very fast.

    7 Pines was wonderful to work with. Just bought a new home and received a letter from the city that our water meter was running 30-40 gallons of water per hour 24/7.Called 7 Pines in the morning and they were at my house in the afternoon on the same day to detect the leak. They came back the next day and dug out my water meter and replaced the pipe to fix the leak within a few hours.Price was good saving me a lot of money on the service as well as saving lots more wasted water by acting fast.10/10 recommend this company.     Had a clogged line in my dishwasher (or so I thought). Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. On the day of the service, Jesus called to inform me he was on his way and he arrived right on time. Within about 10 minutes he informed me the motor was shot and since it was an older unit it wasnt worth repairing. Thank you for your honesty.

    I highly recommend these guys. I was in full panic. I had water leaking from the pipe in the wall. This was connected to the washing Machine. The water was leaking into my bedroom from under the wall into the carpet. I called them at 9:30 at night and they were here very quickly and had it fixed within a matter of 15 minutes.     Derrick was great! We had a contractor nightmare before him and ended up being without a shower for weeks which is not ideal in a house of 4 people. We called around and were striking out trying to find someone to come install a bath tub and surround for us when we came across 7 pines plumbing.     Arrived home a little after 4:00pm and noticed a pool of water around our water meter. We turned off water and identified the leak was on our side of the meter. Our water was able to be turned back on by 8:00pm.They were timely, professional, and kind. We have gone through a nightmare situation buying our home and having our inspector fail to catch gas leaks throughout the gas line. It felt like we were constantly finding more failed parts on our gas line. But working with 7 Pines has been really great- Derick, Jana, John and Jesus have just gone above and beyond for us. They maintained a positive attitude even as more problems kept arising. They are all so hardworking and diligent and just really decent people.     Our water meter was leaking, discovered on Thursday, called on Friday. Was willing to clear schedule to come out over the weekend (didnt want to pay emergency prices-didnt ask what that was, just figured it was expensive). They came here Monday morning and it was fixed by noon! Cant believe how fast they worked, super impressed. Have other plumbing issues, will definitely use again.

    Derick and his guy did a fantastic job of installing our tankless water heater. Derick was professional, honest, efficient and showed great care in ensuring our needs were met. He was quick to respond to our texts and calls and took the time to answer any questions we had after completing the job. I highly recommend 7 Pines Plumbing for any plumbing job, big or small!
