    Kristian and his team overall did a fantastic job. Very communicative and responsive to our requests. We had multiple jobs done - opened up and patched a water damaged wall, diagnosed the issue and repaired said window trim, installed overhead light fixtures in various rooms, fixed a door in the basement to allow for better air flow, fixed the missing rodent proofing on the roof and chimney flashing, and even installed a Ring camera for us. Price points all seemed very fair too. Thanks for the hard work!

    Kristian and his crew did an outstanding job demoing our entire bathroom and rebuilding it from the ground up. The whole process was only 5 weeks from start to finish and this was a major remodel which involved removing and adding walls. The quality of the finished room is top notch! Before was a horribly cramped, single vanity, tiny stall shower with separate tub, ugly 1950’s bathroom. New photos are the curbless slate shower, open concept room, and double vanity.

    We needed to replace our front porch railing. Kristian and his crew came on time in the morning and completed the job in a day as he said. The railing came out sturdy and amazing. We are so happy that we found Kristian and his crew.

    Kristian was very easy to work with and showed up always when he said he would. Kristian made sure to get us all the proper permits and made sure everything was under contract which just enforced his reliability. We had our entire upstairs gutted and redone. New framing, insulation, electrical, drywall and paint. All of his employees were kind and very professional. They made sure we were happy with everything and stressed that it was very important to them. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend him to others and we look forward to more projects being done with them in the future.

    Ive got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasnt properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldnt even return my call because I wasnt looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasnt overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, theyll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer.

    Kristian and his team were so professional. I can’t even begin to describe the amazing job they did with my master bathroom. My original contractor left us hanging and K&X really came and saved the day. As a new homeowner it’s hard putting your trust into a company to make your vision become a reality.     I had a floor joisting issue and had broken joists. I feel he provided the correct solution instead of a solution that would only be a bandaid. Kristian was so helpful and patient. Any concern I had he addressed immediately and professionally. His team was efficient and thorough and was also very patient to answer any questions I had throughout the job. I was pleased to see his team go over their work and make any wanted (probably unnecessary) adjustments just to ensure the job was nice and tight. My favorite part: they cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave a mess in my house, as many contractors do. Not only will I ask them to help me again with any work I might need, but I would recommend them.

    Kristian & team had good communication and responsiveness. They came out to give a free quote and then again when the scope changed. The demolition of my garage and new construction of a home/office shed plus car port was done to a professional standard. They take the time to get things right (including pulling building permits) and work closely with you to get your project to match your vision. I would recommend K&X and look forward to hiring them again in the future.

    Kristian and his team are exceptionally reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. The quality of the work was really above and beyond. We especially appreciated the care they took in making sure everything looked perfect before they left - all the trim matched the other trim; two coats of paint on everything; all the dust was cleaned up. Another thing I appreciated was while our walls were opened up, they saw our plumbing was super old so they just updated it to the modern standard. It’s thoughtful and smart decisions like this that made the project so successful. We have a very old and often surprising house and they did an amazing job with it.

    After having contacted multiple contractors and getting slow responses, no responses, non-committal timelines and widely fluctuating pricing I finally found K&X Construction. They completely gutted and remodeled our original 1948 cape bathroom and made it absolutely beautiful. From the start they constantly kept in contact via phone/text and email which is already a win when dealing with contractors. Their first acts were to pull the necessary permits from the town, post their licenses on the front door and arrange inspection for the electrical/plumbing at the midway point all without having to be asked. If youve ever had to deal with contractors for your home before you know how bad things can be and with how professional this company is I had to take the 5 minutes out to type this long winded positive review. Thanks for the bathroom guys, we love it.
