    I have been a customer for 5 years. When I bought this house it had a number of issues so they have been out here many times. Everyone in the company: the owner, the plumbers and the people who answer the phones in the office are fantastic. They always show up on time, theyve come right out when Ive had a couple of emergency problems and theyve fixed things that others have installed improperly. I am extremely happy with their customer service and professionalism and I highly recommend them.

    I bought a dishwasher from Costco that included installation and was cancelled on several times. I completed Kimme plumbings online form at night and less than 12 hours later I got a call, quote, and part of their team arrived and completed installation and removed old dishwasher. I could not believe how quick and easy it was to work with Kimme plumbing, not to mention affordable! The 2 staff that came out to my house were professional, friendly, and efficient.     Sewer drain backed up last night and started leaking water and the other yuck all over my basement floor and out of the drains. Called Kimme They were so professional, answering the phone on a Sunday afternoon with me calling back two different times saying the blockage was getting worse. Sent over wonder their great plumbers and he had the issue taken care of in 30 minutes. I knew I was gonna be paying a lot being a Sunday emergency call but actually thought it was pretty Reasonable for what they charge. We have used Kimme in the past for a lot And will continue to do so for all of our plumbing needs. We’ve Never been disappointed with your service, and they certainly went above and beyond again yesterday. Call them for any of your issues because you will not be disappointed with the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.

    I called Kimme Plumbing around noon about a leaking water connection in my bathroom, and they were able to send someone over 30 minutes later. He not only fixed the leaking issue but was able to change out all the other water lines and connections in both my bathrooms and add shut-off valves to all as there were none and install 2 new faucets.... i was extremely happy he could do all of that on short notice and that i didnt have to make a 2nd appointment. Will definitely be calling them again for any future jobs. Thanks Again !!

    Icalled on Thanksgiving morning. My drain was backing up in the basement. I was having a house full of people and within an hour someone was at my house clearing the problem. He was fast and efficient. It was a holiday so I expected to pay alot but it was definitely reasonable. A week later same problem. I called back they again were back quickly and stood by their work. The man did a great job and cleared a bunch of stuff out. I will definitely be using them for any and all of my plumbing issues in the future. Thank you for dealing with the yuck so I dont have to.

    Highly recommend Kimmee Plumbing. Weve had them help with multiple issues in our home and they always provide friendly service and quality work.     I called on a Monday morning @ 10:15 (in early April when the pump was running almost every 15 minutes) because my sump pump was not working. I asked if by an chance someone could be out that same day. She told me yes but couldnt say just when but sometime before 4p. I was thrilled just to know someone would be there the same day. Well about 30 minutes later, Chad called and said he was 10 minutes away. He was in and out in 20 minutes. He was professional, friendly, clean and was helpful to explain some things to me for future reference. I will certainly be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.     They fix replace one of my outside faucet and fix the other faucet that was leaking water. It was leaking water even though it wasnt being used. Im happy they responded as soon as possible to get it taken care of, so my water bills wont go high over time. The billing I believe is reasonable and I believe their service is great. The company I will more likely to call again. The person that picks up the call does a great job at responding right away.

    Recently had a dishwasher, garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installed. Mike arrived promptly within time frame advised. Installed all items quickly and came in well under quoted price. He also explained the operation of the new appliance to my wife, as well and moved the old dishwasher out into our garage for us. Cleaned up all of this mess, and took garbage with him. Very reliable and professional company, and I would highly recommend Kimme Plumbing for your plumbing needs.     Jason Kimme was awesome. Recently I needed help with a plumbing matter. I needed a centuri pump. He helped to connect me with the city to find out if it was legal. I have a spring under my house and burnt out several sump pumps over the years. He was awesome to help research and get me connected within a two week period. There was no urgency in this but wanted it prior to a vacation. Jason and his crew came to my home and did a great job. I have never used Kimme before, but I assure you I will in the future. He was on time, he and his crew cleaned up and was very informative to help me to understand this pump and how it worked. I will now be able to leave my home without worrying about losing electricity and having my basement flood. Thank You Jason and your lovely wife for all of her assistance.     Greetings, I called a few places before I selected Kimme Plumbing. My kitchen drain was plugged and it was a Saturday. My hubby tried to fix the issue, but the clog was way deeper than 25 feet and the snake we had didnt solve it. They responded quickly and had the issue fixed in about an hour.     Kimme plumbing was there for us when we needed them. A competitor wanted us to wait 2 weeks for a new water heater. Jason’s team installed it the same day and at a great price.     You might have to schedule a week or two out because they get busy but its only because they have great plumbers that really know what theyre doing. They make sure to give you the full story of your issue and options on what they can do and what they recommend you do.Definitely worth the wait and they charge of a fair rate for labor. If I have any other plumbing problems Ill definitely be going back to Kimme!
