    So professional! The replacement installation of my Kohler sink was no easy task. Had challenges.     We have a waterproofing project in our basement and crawl spaces. The contractor brought in Gen3 for plumbing. They were leaps and bounds more attentive and diligent than all the other teams working in the house. One of the only positive experiences so far with the project. Thank you.

    I want to say how pleased I am with Gen3 Plumbing LLC. I own a small business in Sheboygan and had a surprise inspection that resulted in a letter saying I needed to add 2 very expensive backflow prevention devises. The first plumber I contacted quoted me $5,000 to do the job. Gen3 quoted $2,500. But they then contacted the inspector on my behalf and through a lot of back and forth were able to figure out a solution that was acceptable which then brought down the cost to under $1,000. They really went above and beyond to help out a small business and I cant recommend them enough.

    Highly recommend Gen 3 plumbing. I was in town for a week fixing up moms house. I wanted to change out the shower assembly from 35 years ago. Since I don’t have experience with copper etc. I called Gen 3.We were able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. May have been super lucky with scheduling since most plumbers were 3-4 weeks out for an appointment.Paul came out and went above and beyond. Installed the shower hardware and then we decided to change out the drain valve as well.Everything turned out great. I will definitely use Gen 3 for all our plumbing needs.

    Our water heater stopped working. I called Gen3 and John helped me evaluate the situation to determine if my old unit was worth repairing. No pressure, just helped lay out our options. For me, it was time to install new. Once the decision was made, they scheduled the service, arrived when they said they would and completed the job. They did it right, no cut corners, you look at the finished job and you can tell things were done by a professional. Straight, level, nothing looking like patchwork. They cleaned up the space, took the old heater and all old parts, debris etc. away, you could hardly tell they were there, the guys were great! Very happy with my experience.

    Sub contract work to them on several occasions and they have always got the job done no matter what obstacles were thrown there way. Its no exaggeration when I say a few obstacles have been absolutely ugle. I think one of the plumbers boots is barried 6 down....thats was alot of mud! Jon one of the owners always makes sure his guys got what was need to get job done, fast. After 30k+ of work completed, I have but one complaint about an appretice that worked lazily and spoke foolishly to my customer. I dont hold it against them.

    Fantastic business to work with although a bit more expensive than others it is worth it. They do quality work and are very professional. No payment was needed until the work was completed. However, when we asked to get a toilet installed we were not given options as to a make or model. I would have expected a quiet close toilet seat but that was not the case. Also already had to replace the internals on the toilet after a short period of time. That could be improved.

    We had Gen3 do a Kohler re-install for us. The experience at Gen3 from start to finish was exceptional. Customer service and communications direct from owner was fast and on-time. They are Kohler experts. Scott did the work and was fast and knowledgeable. We have an entire house of Kohler fixtures and I would only use Gen3 to service and upgrade when needed. I would highly recommend.
