Professional, personable, responsive, accountable, and high-value.I called Collins Plumbing Services and was answered right away. We talked about the job, and once I established that it wasnt an emergency he said hed be able to get out to me in two days, which in my experience is pretty good!Ryan came to my property and was quick, efficient, and responsible. He even went out of his way to replace my sewer cap cover.

We have been using Collins Plumbing for the remodel of our lake house in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Ryan and his team have been great to work with. They do very clean work and give suggestions to make your project go smoothly. They have always been on time and on budget. If a problem arises they respond immediately. I highly recommend using them for your pluming needs big or small.

I cant recommend Collins enough! I called after hours on a Tuesday and Ryan was out to my house Wednesday morning. I needed plumbing work done on my 120+ year old house for a leak that had been going on for a while. He very quickly diagnosed the issue which was originating from old pipes behind the wall and had all the repairs done in about 90 minutes while I went off to a dentist appointment. Trust me, it was a lot of work done in no time at all! He put everything back the way it was when he was done and left no mess. Very reasonably priced, I should have called them sooner and I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks Ryan!

The most recent service, toilet installation, was just one of a number of jobs Collins Plumbing Service has done for us and our family. I texted at 9 p.m. and had my new Kohler toilet installed before noon the next morning. Ryan is consistently efficient, helpful, friendly, and professional. His service is excellent and reasonably priced. Even when asked to find a very old-fashioned faucet for my claw foot tub in the past, he went above and beyond to find the fitting I wanted and get it installed quickly. I highly recommend Collins Plumbing LLC for home plumbing needs.

I am a remodeling contractor, and I would recommend Collins Plumbing Services to anyone. This is the only Plumber that we will use, and we have gone through a couple of them. They are great to work with and are also just good people. I would not recommend anyone else to get the job done.
