    Our washing machine broke down and was leaking water from the bottom. My husband and I went to Warner’s Stellian because we’ve had good luck with their service and products in the past. We were not let down. Our sales person was knowledgeable and efficient. When the delivery team arrived they called an hour ahead of time and let me know they were on their way. When the team showed up, they were very professional, kind, and very careful to not bump into any walls and to take their shoes off. The delivery process was very fast and they were in and out of my house taking out an old broken down appliance in about 15 minutes. We are very happy choosing Warner’s Stellian.

    Removal & installation of new washer & Dryer in under 45 mins. Even arrived earlier than initially expected, but with Notice!Made ever effort to keep area clean, especially with sloppy/snow conditions outside. Great communication with installers, even gave me a chance to clean up under the old machines (that probably hadnt been moved in 10 yrs) before putting in the new ones.

    People think of WS as the high price appliance store, but they beat the hardware stores by hundreds of dollars on our purchase. Our refrigerator is great, and the salesperson and delivery team were top notch.

    2nd purchase with Warners’. First a dishwasher, now a stacked washer/dryer, both LG. Jodi was very helpful in answering questions and making sure we had the right venting and spacing. Even though we were looking at a red tag special, she didn’t try to sell us into anything else and explained why it was marked down. Make sure you check your measurements though, even after going home and measuring, our space wasn’t quite deep enough (my fault) but the installers were great about inspecting the area and making sure we were aware of the space issues before doing any work. We honestly didn’t care because we were going from a 1.3 cubic foot washer to a 4.5! They also kept the appointment for the morning after a blizzard! The venting we chose also wouldn’t work due to poor configuration in our house, but they brought along 2 other options that we were able to make work. I never knew I could be so excited to do laundry, but it is amazing how many loads and how much time this will save us!

    We got a Frigidaire refrigerator for our 2nd refrigerator from Warner Stellian and love it. The salesman was great and the service we received was excellent.     We had a wonderful experience with Jodi in Shakopee. She is knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to guide us based upon questions asked to get a feel for our/my cooking style. She took her time answering all our questions and laid out a realistic delivery time frame. From the order many onto ago to now, she kept us informed and updated about the delivery.The delivery guys just left, they were courtesy and quick. They unwrapped everything and took all the garbage with them!We had a great experience and will shop here again!

    It was a great experience from shopping to garage delivery. However, they did not allow me to unpackaged the dishwasher and a screw is missing that screws the bottom plate in the front of dishwasher. I also was told there would be 2 or 3 other mounting brackets included in case the countertop was not made out of wood but granite. So it could be something to pick from when mounting dishwasher in place. Only 1 set of brackets were inside the dishwasher.

    Ive bought 3 appliances and an HVAC system from this store. The delivery and installation for each went well. The HVAC sales rep was particularly knowledgeable and friendly. The only bad thing I can say is that a sales rep told us that we can use multiple rebate offers per item but you can only use one. Id still recommend this store but make sure you understand the rebate program and read all the fine print yourself.

    We had a GREAT experience with Lisa O. in Shakopee. The delivery process is also the best. They email, text and call you which is so appreciated. Great communication. Unfortunately, my first dryer came with a large dent. Zach the delivery driver called it in right away while I was on the phone with Laura at the Shakopee store. Luckily, they had more in stock and I received my new dryer 5 days later! Chad was my next delivery driver and they all were very professional and careful when bringing in my appliances. I would definitely recommend Warners Stellian and have purchased from them several times myself.

    Great customer service. I ordered a full kitchen about 4 years ago. The LG dishwasher racks started to loose their protective coating and rust. The warranty was for 5 years. I was able to text the company and they looked into getting me another receipt. It ended up being on an old system, but they communicated with me and worked with me and emailed me what I need so LG will cover their warranty. Thank you to Rachel F from the Shakopee store. It is very much appreciated.

    We have been loyal to Warner Stellian for many years and continue to have this as our first place to shop for appliances. Staff at Shakopee very helpful, direct and to the point. We were able to make a decision on a new refrigerator in a reasonable amount of time. I also found that the pricing was the best for the model we looked at. They did have a very exaggerated presale value listed compared to what Home Depot lists it at. So a bit misleading but the final price was spot on.

    Purchased a floor model refrigerator on their yearly clearance sale. Unit was shipped and arrived with 2 dents that were not on the unit when I purchased. Happy to say that Warner Stellian stepped up and agreed to replace the dented refrigerator door as well as the dented handle on the freezer door. Great customer service! Mary was great to work with as well!

    UPDATE: Rob Neal, the repair department manager, finally heard about it and after hearing from him, we had the part to amend the problem within hours as he drove it from St. Paul to Shakopee for us... Thank you!Bought a gas grill in May from this company. In June a part quit working. Called and it took about 3 weeks for anyone to respond. Once someone responded, it has taken another 3 weeks and we still have no part. We requested them to take it back and they dont know who works in that department. We will never purchase or recommend this company to anyone.

    I purchased my appliances in August. Several delays due to Covid. Shipping and manufacturing are slow due to the pandemic.     Great deals so we purchased two appliances we needed to replace. We were reimbursed for delivery & installation, $140 worth. Bought Bosch dishwasher & Frigidaire convection/standard glass top stove. I love them both! One star off because salesperson was rude, but did her job. Update: The day after I posted this I heard from the management. They said they would talk to this person immediately. Thats Stellar, Warner Stellan! Thank you kindly!

    First time I shopped this store on line. Great fast experience. Nice I did not have to go to the warehouse for this purchase. The last 2 I had to go there. But the price was right, So why not and I got it same day by going to the warehouse.

    I had a wonderful buying experience here! The whole process was easy, including arranging the delivery and install; all I had to do was let them in to do their work! I shopped around and their prices were the same as big box store and other appliance stores. Other stores coulnt match Warner Stellians selection or service, either! I will be back!

    We were in the market for a washer and dryer. Our 9 year old set was beginning to show its age and was in need of a repair. We went to the home improvement stores to just browse at what they had and was nervous when they said they had no stock and it was going to be 8 weeks out. Another appliance store was in the same situation. I called Warner Stellian in Shakopee talked to Lisa. I was so happy to hear they had stock, price, install, removal and delivery was cheaper too.     Ive worked with Marty (Store Manager) for several years through the Edina location, and just purchased a new range from him at the Shakopee location.Customer service is very important to me, and Marty has always been fantastic at it. He always listens to what you want and need, and makes sure that is what you get. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied when we had warranty issues with a manufacturer.Now that hes managing the new store location, Im sure that same focus will be evident throughout the store.

    Purchased entire kitchen suite. It was nice going somewhere that the sales folks just presented the products and what they offer. They also try to help Maximize rebates or whatever manufacturer sales are going on. Ask for Jeff. Their service after sale could use a little better communication. All in all a good experience.

    We had ordered a fridge from another supplier during black friday and we were sold a fridge on backorder. There was no estimate on timing and we started to feel discouraged. We reached out to Warmer Stallian, who was sold out during black friday, and they had several in stock! They were able to get close on price and it was shipped and in our kitchen within a week! Great service, especially the delivery team.

    I purchased a Dishwasher in May 2019---had several issues with it over the past 5 months. Unfortunately, the service repair were unable to permanently fix it. Warners made it right for us! They were very nice and helped us pick a new brand and returned the old one. We have purchased from the before and will continue to do so as we are now in need of a new range. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

    My husband and I have made several purchases from Warners’ Stellian and the service has always surpassed our expectations. Recently we have been experiencing issues with our refrigerator. Good thing we purchased an extended warranty because in the policy once we had three repairs on the unit we got it replaced with a new model as the problem continued. We understand service can be expected in this day and age but we greatly appreciate Warners’ Stellian standing behind their warranty and replacing the unit when trying to fix the defective unit didn’t fix the problem.
