I really dont have enough great things to say about Cove Creek Plumbing!We were dealing with a huge mess after our cleaners let us know there was no water pressure at our cabin on Friday.We had the city turn the water off at our meter after discovering it was spilling 12 gallons/minute.Two plumbers and a leak detection co had already been out looking with no results Friday & Saturday.My husband and I drove down to our cabin and to look for the leak and had initially consulted Cove Creek Plumbing to give us a quote to run new lines.Tucker with Cove Creek met us at our place on Sunday.After a quick chat with our neighbor we actually located the leak!Tucker had it repaired in 20 minutes!Weve never been so greatful.

I called Cove Creek to repair what should have been a simple toilet wax ring seal that was leaking. Jason came out & repaired it in a timely manner & not only fixed it, but he showed me where the last plumber had repaired it & they broke the flange & screwed the broken flange into the floor & didnt tell us, just left it like that & it only lasted 3 years. Jason not only went out of his way to provide outstanding service, but he was very friendly & professional. Im not from Townsend & dont know anyone here plumber wise, so I just called them randomly from Google & read their reviews. I will never call anyone else from now own except Cove Creek from now own. Great Service with reasonable rates are hard to find these days & Cove Creek just won a new customer for life. This is how you get repeat business. So, if anyone needs a plumber anywhere in their service are, I highly recommend you calling Cove Creek Plumbing for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I was very impressed when I called Cove Creek Plumbing regarding a busted pipe in our downstairs bathroom, that happened over a holiday weekend. After calling several plumbers, Cove Creek Plumbing was the only company to respond to us immediately. Within a couple hours, Tucker came out, looked at the problem, diagnosed it and repaired it in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Called them after a recommendation from a Facebook group. My technician, Tucker, did a very thorough inspection of my plumbing system and actually discovered I had a gas leak from my water heater. Very impressed with his attention to detail and the price was fair as well.

I normally dont leave reviews even though I sometimes use them to make a decision between vendors. This time I felt I had to. I tried to replace the cartridge in my shower, but ran into problems getting it apart. After struggling I finally called Cove Creek Plumbing. They Said they could be out same day, but would be after hours charge. I Said I could wait and set up an 11am appointment, but at 8:30 they called and asked if I would want earlier. I said absolutely. Jake showed up within 30 minutes. After watching him struggle with the faucet where I had left off, I was glad I had called for service. Shortly after this he was able to get the stuck cartridge out and went to his truck. I then received an estimate by text at which time I agreed to the very reasonable cost. Jake then came back in and reassembled the faucet. After turning on the water and checking for leaks, he finished up and cleaned up. Jakes professionalism was outstanding and he did not mind me watching while he worked and even explained everything he was doing as he worked. Next time I will not bother trying to do Plumbing repair by myself. Im calling Cove Creek and asking if Jake can be scheduled.

100% Five Stars…the staff is super friendly and helpful, the techs are prompt, professional and very communicative (and also very friendly!)…I haven’t had anything but positive experiences with Cove Creek and would highly recommend them. I own several vacation homes, so things come up every so often that need repair or attention, and Cove Creek is always my first call. I’m so glad to have a company that not only does quality work, but is a joy to work with as well! :)

Cove Creek Plumbing.had a leak below washer and dryer pipes, call them, they scheduled me in, they showed up, assess the situation, they gave me a estimate for the services, showed up on time, went straight to to work , their communication was very well. Finished the job , told me there going to be here for an hour, then can open the lines to make sure that it wasn’t leaking. Everything was good no leaks. I’ll tell you what, they’re awesome guys thank you Logan and Andrew you guys did a awesome job!!! And the company gives a good warranty of their work highly recommended!!!

After the great Freeze of Christmas 2022, we came across Cove Creek Plumbing through a Google search and took a chance that the great reviews were true. They were. After the backup cleared, we were able to get them to come out and do an evaluation of our plumbing under our cabin and to see if there was a way to prevent the main waterline from freezing up again. They gave us a quote and set up a time to come and do the updates within the week. Jake was great to work with and took great care of our place. I received a referral for these folks and called with little time to affect a repair at a rental location with incoming guests. They were extremely professional and efficient s editing a same day service on the front end.On the repair side, they were hours earlier than expected, found additional issues that averted future emergencies, communicated everything clearly on the phone and on an estimate and completed everything well before my guests arrived. They also provided helpful pictures that save us much time on our septic servicing the following day.Highly recommend!

Back in January of this year when we hit single digit temperatures, one of our properties suffered what was thought to be a main line pipe failure. Their attention to detail found where nearly every pipe in our property had completely shattered. They replaced, insulated and fixed everything in less than a day. If you want excellent work done call these folks. Amber was a joy to talk with when I first called to set up the job. I had two issues a slow draining kitchen sink, and a leaking bathroom sink. Jacob was the TEC that was sent. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. Explained that the leak was in the faucet and showed me that he couldnt fix it. HAD to get a new one and they would come and install it. He went to the kitchen sink found that the pipes were full of grease! (Dont put grease down your sink). The owners before must have done that for years. Because the lines were plugged in the wall. He tried to snake the plug out but didnt work so he then presser blew out the line. When I got my new bathroom sinks faucets Tim was the one that came out and installed. Tim also was very nice and knew his job and very friendly. After he left I noticed a line had a little dripping going on called and Tim was right back and took care of it. Two days later I noticed kitchen sink was a little slow draining called and Jacob came back out checked it and repressed blew the lines again. All under there warranty made sure it was not clogged anymore. They take great care of you and take pride of there work. On time let you know when there on the way to the house. I highly recommend Cove Creek plumbing. Fast service friendly, experienced, and fair charges. If I ever need a plumber again I would call them immediately. Good people!!!!!

Cove creek came through big for us tonight. We had a guest in our cabin send us photos of a leak behind the shower @about 5pm on a Friday. Our usual company could not make it out. We called about 20 places with either no response or they couldn’t make it. Cove Creek answered and got out to our cabin within an hour. They got everything fixed quickly, professionally and were extremely pleasant with our guest. We now have a new go to plumbing company and will recommend them to any other home owners or cabin hosts. 5 stars is not enough.

I had a water main break 4ft underground at 4am on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend that was pouring water in from outside my basement wall. Called them after cleaning up the mess and they were ready to help. They do require an upfront deposit, but theyre a legitimate service so dont let that put you off. Very fast response, especially considering Im located 45mins east of their office. Water main was back on within 4 hours of calling and they send text updates to keep you in the loop. Jake was very professional and an all around great guy to talk to during this whole event. Thank you!
