I cant say enough good things about Mr. Bucy and his company. I discovered him this summer while making phone calls to inquire about a circuit repair. He was actually out of state visiting family but took the call on his cell, and took the time to speak with me and go over my issues in detail, providing advice and a recommendation for another excellent contractor. Even offered his condolences for my mother Keren who I told him had passed away recently. Bucy made such a wonderful impression I knew I had to work with him on my home projects. I have since had him out to do an electrical inspection and now to install several new light fixtures and smoke alarm. Duane is polite, professional, always on time and works quickly but confidently, efficiently and thoroughly. He communicates well and makes things easy to understand, offering fair and honest estimates. He will certainly be my go-to electrician going forward and someone I will recommend to others.

OMG! I will NEVER call anyone else. I called Bucy about installing a backup generator for our rental cabin in the middle of the supply chain issues.- excellent communication. I knew what to expect and when to expect it.- excellent value, he saved me over $1000 compared to another quote- outstanding workmanship. The concrete generator pad had rounded corners that perfectly matched the shape of the generator! Who does that!?- great service. When I needed help on the coldest day of the year he was at the door in less than hourWhy call anyone else?

Duane, the owner, did the estimate. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He took time to listen to what we wanted and even told us to check into a few things that might not need his service, so as to save us money. We had our estimate within 48hrs. He told us that it might be a few weeks before we could have the work done. But about a week later, he called with a cancellation and wanted to know if he could move the work up. The team came out that day. David and Brandon (trainee) were polite, friendly, easy to get along with. Their work was efficient and very detail oriented. We had an old chandelier fixture from my parents house that was particularly difficult to get securely installed. David kept working on it until it was done to his and our satisfaction. Overall we were extremely impressed with this company. We have already recommended them to a neighbor and will continue to recommend them.

Duane Bucy is not only a top notch electrician, but a top notch person. He installed the service on my new pole barn and walked me through the process of doing the interior wiring myself. He also upgraded the service panel on my house and ran a new line for a hot tub. He is always on time, always personable, and always helpful and easy to work with. I’ll never use anyone else. 5 stars all the way!!

We had a hot water heater go out during a guests stay at our cabin which couldnt be repaired but required a replacement. Our plumber asked me to contact Bucy Electric to do the new wiring that would be required . Duane was extremely professional and fully understood the urgency of the situation since I had a week rental at risk if it wasnt fixed. He was kind enough to work us into an already full day and worked seamlessly with our plumber to make it happen. We have used Bucy before as well and I cant say enough about their response and professionalism. Thank you Duane!

Very honest and reliable electrician. We have used Mr. Bucy on a few different occasions and have been very impressed with how he does business and the service he provides. He is always courteous and professional and does great work. Although I hope we don’t have to use him often, we will be a return customer when an electrician is needed. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company without hesitation and will use in the future for any of our electrical needs.My brother had storm damage. A tree knocked down his wires and electrical pole and was out of power for 3 days. We thought electric company would repair and replace pole on our property to find out that we needed to contact an electrician. I called Bucy Electric at 8am on a Monday they had someone out there in one hour. They gave us an estimate at that time. We said they could perform the work and they were out there the next morning and completed the work in 2 hours. They installed a new pole and connected the wires contacted the electric utility company and we were up and running in less than 4 hours. They arrived that morning when they said they would right on time, replaced pole connected us up talked to utility company and they were gone. We had no previous experience with this company, they were courteous, friendly and as responsive as humanly possible. They estimated job and there were no surprises. Very reasonable price. Most importantly my brother is 83 years old without air conditioning in a very hot summer. They treated us like family during an emergency situation without hesitation. We could not have been more pleased.

I would highly recommend Mr. Bucy for any electrical project that you may have. We called for his service, he was at our home within 30 minutes and scheduled the work for a time that was convenient for us. They showed up on time and completed our project to our complete satisfaction. This was our first experience with a Tennessee contractor at our new vacation home and we could not be more pleased with the experience.
