    I had such a good experience with this business. They were so accommodating and understanding when I unintentionally missed my appointment. They are punctual, professional and very informative. I had back flow testing on my sprinkler system. Once completed, they immediately reported my results to the county.     These guys are incredible. As capable (if not more) than the major plumbing companies but half the price. Professional, kind, intelligent workers.     We were referred here by a close friend who said they were excellent plumbers and easy to work with - they were correct. They answered the call in two rings and after determining it was not an emergency call, we were quickly scheduled for a replacement ejector pump. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and was excellent to work with. We will be using him soon again for other plumbing issues. Definitely recommend!!

    After an outrageous estimate from Mr. Rooter I decided to look at other companies and Gary from Slo-flo answered my texts late at night about a clogged drain. He came out five days later at $895 for two hours in a timely, professional manner. The drain was clogged due to grease and they were able to glue new piping on. I will recommend to my friends!

    Had an emergency water leak at 8pm on a weekend. Luckily found SLO-FLO on google. Gary talked me through what I saw, what I could do for the issue then, and told me he would could come over first thing in the morning on a Sunday.He was extremely professional, and skilled. Found the problem immediately, and informed me he could repair it right then or, since the problem was not an issue if we didnt use the sink, wait till the next and have it done during normal business hours and save myself some money.I was educated on the problem and the solution before hand, and felt very good about the whole experience. 100% would use them again.

    Professional and responsive are the two words that comes to mind. I called on Thursday and Gary was at my house on Friday.     Gary and his assistant arrived on time amd was very pleasant. They thoroughly checked the dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink for issues.     Needed an annual Backflow Testing done with my due date approaching shortly. I didn’t know where to look so I searched plumbers near my area and came across SLOFLOPLUMBING first.I was in such a hurry that I called late that evening and in a matter of minutes, I got a response via text on my cell.     We called Gary shortly after we discovered we had a leaking water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. He arrived about 20 minutes after we called. He was able to replace the part of the pipe that was leaking. He was very good about explaining everything to us and seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. The price was reasonable.     Gary at Slowflo is my first call for plumbing issues. I’ve used him for both a clogged drain and a water heater replacement. We saw the water heater had cracked on a Sunday afternoon and he had the new one in, and the old one removed by 9am the next day.     Fantastic service. I had a few pin hole leaks and they were quick to contact me after the request was put in. After arriving they assessed the leak and replaced about 2 feet of copper. The whole time they were at my house the were courteous and once they finished up they left the area clean.

    Gary and his team were great! Toy stuck in the toilet couldn’t get it out so he replaced the toilet for only $25 more than the agreed upon fee of $275 for the service!The toilet cost alone would have been at least $100 easily. But my final total was only $300!!!And when they were all done he asked about the clog I also had with a bathroom sink. I said I would get that fixed next time, he said he could probably fix it real quick no problem. So, I showed him where it was…He literally fixed it in less than 5 minutes free of charge!!!You have to go with SLO-FLO plumbing for all your plumbing needs!     SloFlo is an awesome company to use!     I needed to replace an outdoor spigot in front of house that needed to be cut out from inside the home in the basement. Also had an issue with spigot in back yard that had some a diversion with pvc piping that had cracked from poor drainage in winter that caused it to freeze and crack the pipes. They had everything needed to repair everything right on their truck so no need to make special trip to hardware store.

    SloFlo helped us with a basement remodeling. They supplied plumbing for the vanity and shower and had to dig through the concrete floor to install drains for both. The house is very old, so they had to tap into the cast iron sewer pipes. Everything came out great - they were on time, on budget, and completely cleaned up at the end. Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable.

    In the last six or so years weve had the ac and the heater, and now the water heater replaced by three different companies. By a wide margin SLO-FLO was the best all-around experience. They gave a good estimate on-line that was hundreds lower than other plumbers. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in only a few hours (in spite of needing to replace a broken valve). The final tab was less than the original estimate with the first time user 10% discount factored in. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
