    Its hard to find a honest company that will do great work for a reasonable price. I called four plumbing companies before I found Carson. All of them gave me outrageous quotes to replace a water heater. Carson was the only one who was fair. Plus, he honored his quote even over 30 days later. They were a great crew who came the next day to swap it out. They kept my house clean, wore booties on their shoes the whole time, and didnt damage my walls or anything else. Before you have ANYTHING done for plumbing in your house, at least call them to get a quote. Will be using them for any problems I have in the future.

    I highly recommend calling Carson Plumbing for any plumbing services. We woke up with no hot water and they were able to send a technician out within the hour. Luckily, our water heater wasnā€™t very old and all we needed was a new heating element. Paul even followed up that evening to make sure that we still had hot water. Itā€™s been over a month and we still have hot water! I am very happy we called Carson and we will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future!

    I needed to replace a 20-year old water heater. Called 6 shops and Carson Plumbing was a standout as the best, by far. The owner, Paul, was able to give me an accurate quote through exchanging a few emails and pictures (the larger companies would not give a quote without an on-site appointment. Cmon, its just replacing a water heater.) In fact, Paul went above all other companies by adding in the expansion tank, a humidifier feed line valve, and a new main shutoff valve; all needed to do the job right. And Pauls price still matched the lowest estimate. Very competitive.On the service date, Tony arrived on-time and got right to work. His helper was extra careful bringing the water heater down the back steps (as seen on my house security cam video). Tony did an awesome job on the water heater installation. Installation looks very neat, and Tony walk me through all of the features. It includes everything that you quoted, and came in at exactly the estimated price (no surprises). And today, nice hot water!Carson Plumbing provides great service at a fair price with very professional workers.

    I contacted Carson when my water heater stopped working and would not relight. They came out the next day. It was just a vac the intake screen and thermal switch reset, but they explained the issue and knocked it out quickly.

    They just replaced my 15 yr old water heater. I got 3 quotes. Carson wasnt the cheapest but very much in line with the others but cheapest does not mean its the best option.Paul (the owner) asked a lot of questions that the other vendors didnt which is why I went with Carson. He really wanted to understand the what all the challenges were. He wanted to knock out all the surprises before doing the job. I was really concerned that Carson could not take out the 65 gallon tank in a tight space but he did it without any issues (at least that I was aware of). Fortunately he was available the day after I called. Paul put in a 50 gallon with a tank booster and now I have hot water again. I hope I dont have to call you back (at least for this issue). Keep doing what you are doing. I will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for a plumber. Thanks for the plumbing education too.

    Called Carson Plumbing to replace our 21-yr old gas water heater. Cost quoted seemed decent and an appointment was scheduled. Tony arrived on-time, assessed the situation, made a plan, and got to work. Paul (Company Owner) arrived shortly after Tony started, helped get the old tank up the stairs and he (Paul) took it away. Tony finished the installation, tested out the new tank, showed us how to increase/decrease the water temperature, cleaned up after himself and departed. Very professional work by this company.The next day we noticed the water pressure in the house was much higher than in the 21-years weve owned the house. Called Carson Plumbing and in just a few hours, Tony arrived to the rescue ... He was up and down the stairs, possibly 12 times, between the flow valve and the outside water bib making small changes and then testing the changes. All was good when he departed.Two days later, water pressure was up again and after a short phone call, there was Tony. Not as many up/down trips this time but he got the pressure back to normal.Excellent and quality service by this company!

    My kitchen sink clogged and I couldnā€™t use it at all. My landlord had to call an emergency plumber out for me, he called multiple companies before finding Carson Plumbing. No one would come out in a timely manor or left us waiting hours for a response. Tony came right out and got right to work as soon as he arrived. He was extremely professional and polite. He made sure all my personal belongings were kept safe and anything he had to move to do his work was put back exactly as I had it. He was very quick and stayed until the job was completed properly. I did not have to ask them back out as I have needed to in the past with other companies. I will definitely use Carson Plumbing if I ever need a plumber again and would highly recommend them to everyone I know! They are amazing! Thanks Tony!

    Our upstairs shower was leaking into our ceiling. I called and spoke on the phone with Paul regarding what was going on. He was friendly and attentive and explained over the phone what he believed the problem was and what he believed it would cost to fix it. We scheduled them to come out shortly after. They arrived on-time and had the job done before noon. They were professional and friendly. They had to cut an access to the shower and left the space clean once they were done. The service was very fairly priced for the job. We are extremely happy with the service provided and thankful for the Carson Plumbing team for fixing our shower for us.

    Highly recommend Carson Plumbing! Professional and fair price for a job well done. Had a cracked toilet flange that was causing a small leak on a downstairs ceiling. Tony at CP repaired/replaced the cracked piece and its working without any problems. They guaranteed the workmanship for a year!

    I used Carson to replace my water heater. My tech was Tony C. He was on time and couldnā€™t have been any more friendly and professional than he was. The price was well below other estimates I had received. The service was amazing and the job was finished in no time.     Paul scheduled the visit to accommodate my elderly Momā€™s schedule.     Called around to plumbers in the area I live (Elkridge)and no one could come out for an emergency. Clogged toilets, tub, etc.. Called Carson plumbing and Paul was at my house within 1/2 hr. Fixed problem immediately and then scheduled additional work that needed to be done also. I would highly recommend Carson plumbing for your plumbing needs. Very reasonable $$.

    Carson Plumbing saves the day again! Had a very short notice issue with a new dishwasher and Carson Plumbing was at my house within 24 hrs.     I called for two issues, garbage disposal seemed to go out and my tub was also backing up with water and draining very slow. They were very responsive and available to come at a time that worked with my schedule. Tony gave me notice of when he would arrive to assure I could be there. I was certain I needed to replace the disposal, however he got out some things that were backing up the disposal that my son must have been putting in the sink. Along with the tub( which I attempted to fix a few times with self help products with no success). He went to work at and when all was said and done the water drained fantastically. He then gave me some tips to help my family and I avoid this from happening again. Would absolutely call this company first if any other issues were to come. Greatly appreciate the professionalism of the company and Tony who was more helpful than I could have imagined.

    Sunday morning (4.18.21) found a pipe leaking in furnace closet from basement ceiling requiring the need to shut down the main water line. After being totally disappointed by 2 so-called big name reputable companies and being without water for over 24 hours, I luckily found Carson Plumbing by a Google search. Called them on Monday 4.19 left a message and Paul the owner responded right away. Despite his busy schedule and not being an existing customer he managed to send out Tony to us. Tony listened to our description of what happened, evaluated the situation and began methodically to search for the leak. He found the leak source quickly....all the while explaining everything he was doing. Sam another plumber from Carson arrived as well and together as a team the pipe was accessed, repaired, tested and job complete before blinking an eye! I am not easily impressed and it takes alot for me to give a 5 star rating but this company deserves it. Tony and Sam are not only skilled but professional, courteous, and personable. My husband and I are so pleased and highly recommend them. Paul, you and your team are exceptional. Again...Thank you so much!

    I have not yet used their service, but wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation regarding a call I placed. I started hearing gurgling sounds in the pipes when flushing my toilet. I called the company and Paul gave me steps to first try and resolve the issue without a service call. The steps worked so I didnā€™t need a service call. Some companies may have tried to take advantage and come out and charge me for something that turned out to be easily fixable on my own. I appreciate the integrity and if I ever need plumbing service in the future l would call Carson Plumbing again.

    Yes, I appreciate the pleasant and professional personality from the person answering to the technician that came to our home. The technician was attentive to our issue and even talked with my husband answering his many questions. They worked with us to deliver a far price for the work they performed. Our homeowners insurance company had sent another company out initially to diagnose the problem, but I wanted a second opinion. I would definitely use Carson again for any plumbing issues.

    Same day service, friendly, and professional. My regular plumber was away and recommended Carson Plumbing. Paul from Carson took my call and kept me informed as he was on his way over. He arrived with mask and shoe covers without me having to ask and kept appropriate distance. I lucked out that my leaking kitchen sick was a quick fix.     Paul and his team helped with replacing a gas line in my house - they were able to get to start quickly, and the team was very professional and friendly.     Excellent Service with affordable prices! Gave us a great price on replacing our hot water heater. Very professional, compliant with State COVID standards, and finish their great work in a timely manner. More importantly very impressed with the integrity and helpfulness of the owner Paul. He had come out early last year and provided us with honest feedback on some work that we thought needed to be done. We had received an unethical estimate on some plumbing work that was not needed. He also had no problem with answering questions on other minor issues around the house at no charge. He said just call me when you are ready. After Sam replaced our water heater we were so impressed by his work that we had them come back out two days later to our replace our sump pump and an outside water faucet. I highly recommend these gentleman and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues!

    I highly recommend Tony!! He has fixed multiple plumbing issues throughout my house (shower drains, toilet installation, and completely repiping my kitchen sink/disposal). My hair kept clogging up the shower drain so Tony recommended different products and maintenance/preventative practices to avoid the clogs from reoccurring. I also started putting blue toilet cleaners inside my tank; ultimately dropped the lid and split my toilet base in half. Tony was there next day with a brand new toilet from Loweā€™s. He even disposed the broken parts from the old toilet. Lastly, as a FTHB, my garbage disposal was shooting food a foot into the air and food particles were leaking into my dishwasher. Tony completely rerouted my entire sink/disposal plumbing, effortlessly. I have never had an issue with any of his repairs. He is super responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable! He will definitely be receiving all my future business!

    Noticed that a copper pipe was starting to show signs of a leak, contacted them through Yelp and got an immediate response. They found time to see me that day and showed up in the time frame given. Prices were reasonable. They were extremely friendly, personable, helpful, and professional. They even went out of their way to explain my water heater (Just bought the house recently) , gauged my water pressure, and fixed my original issue quickly.     Paul is quick to respond to any questions or problems I have. I was able to easily set appointments by email. He helped recommend a new toilet and even went to the store to pick it up.     Paul and Tony came to install a new sewer line injector pump and pit lid for our downstairs. Itā€™s not glamorous or fun work, but they put in the extra time and effort to ensure the job was done correctly. They also fixed a few pinhole leaks in our water heater while they were here.     Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Paul and Eli came out promptly when we had some water pooling in the ceiling of our master br under the upstairs bathroom. They came out on time and were able to diagnose the issue (sweating HVAC) and recommended an HVAC pro and even a DIY solution to try. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs, and highly recommended.

    On Friday, August 27, 2021 about 3pm I discovered my bathroom tub faucet was leaking hot water very fast. Over the weekend, the leaking noise was very loud at night and the bathroom felt like a sauna. I called Carson Plumbing about 9 am on Monday, August 30 and was able to communicate with Paul. I explained the problem and sent video and pic. Paul was able to give me a ā€œrough estimateā€ of the costs and time of arrival. Paul is a man of his word! Not only did Paul arrive within window timeframe, he also texted when 10 mins away. Paul and Joel arrived and fixed the issue within 45 mins. The cost was within quoted estimate and Paul and Joel were very professional. Paul and Joel kept me updated regarding the issue at hand. Would definitely recommend Carson Plumbing for expertise and professionalism. I just hope Paul and Joel will be available for my next plumbing issue. Much appreciated!

    These guys are great! Very quick, knowledgeable and responsive! I had a back up in my basement, July 2019, and they came to assess the damage. I also purchased the video view but strangely nothing was clogging on my end as it was a tree roots on county side so I had to call the county to fix (not sure they did). Carsonā€™s pricing was reasonable and Iā€™d use them again. Sorry it took me so long to do a review, but Iā€™m just realizing that I didnā€™t since Iā€™ll be calling you all again for service.     I called Carson for a leak in the bathroom, and they were at my house within 30 minutes. The leak was in the wall behind our tub, and as a result the water had leaked into the adjacent bedroom leaving a large area of the carpet soaked. Not only did they repair the leak, they pulled the carpet up, removed the padding, and set up an industrial type fan blowing on the carpet to help dry it out. Way above and beyond what the job called for. They are awesome, and are now my go to plumber.

    Iā€™ve had a lingering issue with the master bathroom toilet, shower and tub not draining properly and backing up. Previously had another plumber come out and snake it which temporarily solved the problem, but it came back.Called Carsonā€™s and Sam got back to me same day and was out to my house within the hour.     Sam and crew did a great job repairing a leaky copper pipe in an older home that was not in the most ideal location over some kitchen cabinets and behind a washing machine. They used their expertise to determine the exact location of the leak and promptly made all of the required repairs using new copper pipe and compression fittings (no soldering required ..... nice ). Respected property by wearing shoe coverings and cleaned up after completing work. Constantly provided information on what they found and how they went about making the repairs. Will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

    AMAZING SERVICE. They showed up in masks and put on shoe coverings which made us feel safe. They truly cared about delivering great service and tried to maintain their distance. I had called in a panic because I thought we had a sewage leak. They arrived almost immediately, took a thorough look at everything and determined that it wasnt a sewage leak but just a damp basement smell (Im from Vegas, I know nothing about humid climates). They recommended a few things (that have worked!) and didnt charge us anything for their time! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    Carson Plumbing is an impressive plumbing company. Tony completed a project for me this week. He went straight to work replacing my copper hot water pipe that was leaking and installed two new valves. Excellent customer service, responsiveness and obvious technical skills. Repairs include: replacement of a temperature regulator (shower); unclogging a washer drain; installing a new garbage disposal and replacing leaking copper pipes that are original to the house.

    Carson Plumbing is a small company I would highly recommend. Paul, the owner and Sam, a certified plumber who serviced my home were outstanding in every way. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and very interested in solving my problem. They used the latest tools and equipment to identify and solve my plumbing problem. My problem needed a high tech camera and special sewer augers to clear the blockage in my sewer line. They solved the problem which a previous employed plumber was not able to do. Carsonā€™s fees seemed very reasonable to me considering the hours involved in my situation and the use of a video camera. I was most pleased with Carson Plumbing and would call upon them again to address any future plumbing need.

    We noticed our hot water smelled like sulfur and our dishwasher was leaving a filmy substance on our dishes, even after multiple washes. We knew our hot water heater was old, but didnt fully attribute that to being the problem. We called and they sent someone out the next day and within 30 minutes, informed us that it was our hot water heater. Not only did they schedule us to replace it within 5 days, they finished the job quickly. Took them around 2 hours to take out the old one and replace it with our new water heater, including pipes and gas line adapters. They were reasonably priced and extremely professional. We also really liked how they took proper Covid precautions and wore shoe coverings when they needed to come through the house.If youre needing someone to get the job done right and quickly, this is definitely the place to call!
