    Unexpectedly needed a new water heater. Service Today dispatched Dan who was a very informative and a pleasant technician. Each step of the way he explained what he was going to do.     Thomas arrived right on time and then his team came shortly there after. Very polite and explained what he would be doing. They were here all day working. When the work was completed they came in and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Great work and highly recommend Service Today.

    Dan arrived within a few hours of my call and provided a heads-up when he was within 20 minutes of arrival. My drain was fixed within 40 minutes and ended up being less expensive after determining the clog was fixed relatively easy. Appreciate the quick response and fix especially before the Thanksgiving holiday!

    Zach came to my home to do a routine HVAC maintenance. I was very impressed with a checklist he used to review my systems.He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found many issues with my 18yo system. Unfortunately for me I will need to replace things but thankful I can take the time to research a new system, without it being an emergency.I would highly recommend him!Carlos came to check my plumbing- he also use a comprehensive checklist, and found a few things that needed attention and he was able to take care of it while on this call. He is knowledgeable and does excellent work. I would also highly recommend him!!

    Xavier was the most valued representative for your company he was kind and respectful he explained everything to detail and I mean there wasn’t one thing on the water heater that he installed that was not explained to me.     This is the third time that I have used Service Today. Like the other two times the Service was outstanding. Ron advised me when he was 20 min out. Ron was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the repar in detail and cost. Ron shared with me he had been with Service Today 11 years. Says alot about the company and Ron as an employee. Would definitely recommend this brand to friends.

    Nathaniel did a great job. He arrived promptly and we discussed the issue with my mini split system. He went to work and performed necessary tests and fixed my unit. It has been running perfectly going on the 3rd day. Somewhat pricey total but I’m very satisfied overall. I’d recommend him and the company to anyone needing HVAC service & repairs. They did respond on a Friday afternoon on top of everything !

    Joshua and Mason were pleasant and knowledgeable. It was the weekend before Christmas, and they could have been resentful, but they were professional the entire time. The water heater they first got was defective , so they were in the process of replacing ours for hours. But I didn’t hear any complaining. I would certainly use your service again!

    I had a Plumber by the name of Shawn come to do a plumbing inspection and flush of my water heater. He went above and beyond to help me out. As he was doing his inspection, he noticed my propane gas was leaking. He shut the gas off and informed me of what needed to be done and who needed to be called as well as gave me a quote for their company with what needed to be fixed. He was incredibly kind and informative and has a great amount of professionalism and pride in his work. Cannot recommend him more.

    I found Service Today, Inc., online looking for an electrician, and they popped up first! Im so glad they did. When they say Service Today they mean it!! I called, explained the problem and Mr. Travis S. White called me a couple hours later saying hed be here in 30 minutes!! What, not a week from now When you can fit me in!! He showed up in exactly 30 minutes!! I explained the problem he asked a couple questions and went to work on the problem!! We had him scratching his head, but he figured it out!! I now have light again! Thank you Travis White!!

    Service Today is well-named. Even though they are in Federalsburg and I am between Ocean City and Salisbury, they have consistently been able to get someone out to address a HVAC issue or plumbing issue on the same day that I called them.     Very professional, took his time to explain everything. I thought I just needed a dripping faucet fixed but asked if he could give me an estimate on replacement of my hot water heater and it went from there. So I gave a $500 deposit today for job over 9k. I have a few things on my end to get done before I schedule the work but I really want Shawn on my project. I am requesting him because I trust him. You should be proud to have someone of his caliber working for you!

    Great company! They been serving my HVAC system for about three years. My AC, which was 20 years old, died on Friday afternoon. Called Service Today and they sent tech (David) to my house that evening. He said needed new AC unit, so arranged for sales tech to come Saturday. After meeting Brandon he arranged for install on the next Tuesday. Price was reasonable and no over sell. Service tech Tim showed up at 6:30am and had job completed by noon. He was great, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Really appreciated his hard work. Would recommend Service Today for any of your AC, Heating needs.

    The fact they could send someone the same day was huge for us. Septic pipe was completely clogged outside. Jimmy was very friendly and professional and clearly knowledgeable. He got us fixed and cleaned up quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the price list he showed me was very high. It was over $600 to clear the obstruction with a snake. But I expected to pay extra for the same day response. However it’s over $400 to replace the wax seal under a toilet! That’s too expensive even on an emergency call. Overall a good experience thanks to quick response and a great service person.

    We called Service Today just before the July 4th holiday weekend and they had a tech on-site Wednesday evening and Nathan diagnosed our old unit as a grounded compressor. The old system was also mismatched and was not properly installed which contributed to its relatively short lifespan. (We just bought the house this May and the old Heat Pump was at least 10 years old.) We setup an appointment for a Home Comfort Specialist to review our options on Friday and Zach stepped us through the options explaining the pros and cons of the options. Fortunately, the model we wanted was in-stock and we scheduled the installation for Monday.Service Today arrived on-time on Monday as promised (they were actually early but not a problem) and replaced my entire HVAC (Heat Pump, Heat Exchanger and Air Handler) in just over 9 hours. There were 2 minor complications with the original air handler being slightly too big for the crawl space but that was swapped out with a comparable unit that fit. Service Today also replaced the old breaker switches from the previous unit as they were stripped and not up to code.Overall, I am very satisfied with the immediate response from Service Today, the professionalism of everyone we worked with and my AC is now working as expected with a full 10-year warranty!

    Ryan carefully inspected all my pipes and found my shutoff valve did not work. He also inspected my old builder grade toilets and felt they should be replaced. Ryan installed my new toilets but had to come back because one did not fit. I also had to order handles to match my faucets, etc. So Ryan had to come back. I received a call to schedule my next appointment but decided to wait for Ryan be cause he did such a nice neat job. Work was expensive but done right.

    Darvin did a great job! My only complaint is about your office. Your company name is Same Day Service, but it ended up being 2 1/2 days. I was an emergency call and they told me.they couldnt get there until after 6, even though I called b4 noon and told me they most likely wouldnt be there until 8:00 or 9:00 pm which would have them working in the dark AND said it would be $100.00 more for after hours. So, I asked for a morning appt on Thursday, and she said I would be the 2nd in line and would be in the am. I waited... only to call mid day and was told they couldnt tell me when someone was coming and that the young gal on the phone the prior day when I made the appt, that she shouldnt have told me the morning! So I called a couple of hours later and another gal said but you were short on staff due to the guy who was coming got into a car accident and there were 3 other calls ahead of me, and it was unlikely they would be here thay day. SO, she assured me I would be 1st on the list the next day... and she was right. It woukd have been nice if your company would have warned me on that Thursday that thwre was a back up.But I was very happy woth Darvin. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice!

He concreted around the pipe and sealed the concrete wall.     Fantastic job. I could not have asked for better. My furnace started to go, called Service Today and they were out the same day. The furnace actually up and died, and I’m so lucky that I called when I did as there was a storm coming that weekend.The technician Nate gave it to me straight, and told me it could be a $1,300 repair but recommended replacing the whole system. I appreciated his thoroughness as he also checked the AC, and it didn’t look great. Both were old, so I knew it was coming. Two days later I had a brand new system that meets my needs entirely. My house is more efficient and comfortable just when we need it! Less than a day to install, and I am so happy with the results.Other local companies have only now just gotten back to me on coming out to see about the repair, but Service Today had me squared away last week!     Ive been using Service Today for HVAC maintenance the last several years...after my recent winter inspection my homes 2nd LEVEL builder installed heat pump was diagnosed with multiple issues that fixing one by one was not the monetary or logical thing to do. I chose to replace the unit ( yes more expensive but also less chance of a non-working unit).
