    I needed power restored to an outside light fixture after someone else’s shoddy work caused a break in the line. Ray was able to complete the job without having to remove siding or drywall, saving me time and money. Ray also diagnosed and repaired a shower light that wasn’t working. The job site was left spotless after his repairs and he communicated with me throughout the process. He completed the work very quickly and his pricing was very fair. Clearly Ray has the experience and mindset to do business right. He will be my first call for any future electrical work, and should be yours too. I’m glad I’ve found a “ray” of sunshine in the darkness of home repairs.

    Both Ray and Justin should be acknowledged for their top rate electrical work.After seeing the job they did at my girlfriend’s home, I asked them to install ceiling lights, a fan and outlets on a my porch and deck. They were very responsive and listened to my ideas and made excellent suggestions based on their experience. They are the consummate professionals and I would not hesitate hiring them again in the future. I feel absolutely confident recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

    Being new to the area Ray Lam was recommended by a third party to my wife and I, to correct a number of inherited electrical issues and upgrades we needed at our new address. Interviewed several companies and easily decided on Ray. Best decision we made! Knowledgable, experienced, fair priced and attentive to all of our needs.     We recently upgraded our residential service to 400 amps and converted an overhead service drop to underground. Ray and Justin installed and connected the new meter base, panel boxes, a generator outlet and all above- and underground conduit. The quality of their workmanship was consistently solid, they were exceptionally well-organized and they displayed excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, they were on time, on budget, completely transparent and responsive in their dealings with us, and easy to be around. Finally, Ray (and the crew from our electric co-op) did a fantastic job of coordinating the replacement of our pole and transformer, new service drop, load-side work and county inspection so as to minimize the amount of time our house was without power (a few hours). Highly recommended.

    Ray and his son Justin did an excellent job at my residence. They did all the electric for a complete remodel of the basement, as well as additional work that we asked them to perform.     Called with an issue with our kitchen lights tripping the breaker. Justin was at our place within 24 hours and found the issue quickly. He solved a potentially dangerous situation with our wiring and was very polite and professional. We highly recommend Justin and Ray Lam for all your electrical needs!

    I have had Lam electric out to my house twice now. Once to run electrical out to my green house, and a second time to finish the job of installing a heater and fan with independent thermostats I naively thought I could handle on my own. Each time he did a fantastic job, accomplishing in hours what would have taken me weeks to finish. His years of experience shows in the quality of his work, and I will make sure everyone in my family calls Lam first when they need electrical work done.

    Ray and Justin did an outstanding job installing the panel, meter, outlets switches and lights for our garage. It was a fairly large job and it took them several very hot days to get it done.     Ray and Justin did a great job replacing dangerous, old charred wires in our house. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. they even brought their own trash bin! Ray will be the first person I call next time we need an electrician. I would highly recommend him!

    Right after we closed on our new house, we noticed an issue with the electricity in the kitchen. Any time we used the lights (and sometimes even when they were off) there was a popping sound in the wall and after a couple of days, the breaker turned off entirely. We immediately contacted our warranty company and they set us up with a nearby electrician who came and supposedly solved the problem (opening up a panel on our wall and moving one wire) only... the next day, the breaker went out again and when I turned it on, the popping resumed. We wound up being without kitchen lights for about a month straight, while we dealt with obnoxious back-and-forth with a warranty company who wouldnt help us out at all.Eventually, I decided to take things into my own hands, and after a quick Google search for electricians in my area, I spoke with Ray and he came to take a look in the same day. He was respectful, efficient, and explained exactly what he was doing while he was doing it - which instantly put me at ease. The issue was fixed within 30 minutes and weve successfully been using our kitchen lights for several days now! I really appreciated Ray and Justin and how they not only corrected the issue, but maintained their cheerful demeanors throughout the visit. If I ever need electrical work done again, I will 100% be hiring Ray for the job!

    Had a short in my dehumidifier which they found it took care of that and alerted me that my well pump was cutting off on constantly. And recommended a plumber who could take care of the problem. The plumber was very efficient and had my problem solve in no. I would recommend lam electric for your electrical work anytime. Very polite and knowledgeable.

    I called on a Wednesday but he wasnt available until Monday. He contacted me on Friday, his schedule had up. He not only installed 2 outlets for my electric range and microwave but also removed the wooden platform cabinet that needed to be removed in order for the appliances to be installed.
