We just finished building a custom home in Paradise Valley, AZ with Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes. We could not be happier with the entire process. You hear nightmares regarding building a new home in this environment. We did not experience any of that. There were challenges associated with the supply chain but Calvis Wyant was so organized and detailed that they were able to build us a quality home on time and on budget. You can not ask for more that that. The project manager and superintendent were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional and service oriented. If we had questions or wanted to change something, they never replied with it cant be done and always found a way to make it happen. We highly recommend Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes!!!

Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes designed and built our dream home at Mirabel. The entire process was managed, designed and built to exceed our expectations and matched with their quality reputation. We moved into the house 3/2019 on budget and before all the cost went crazy.For most builders it would stop there and everyone would be happy. Four years later after a driving rain storm we had a small leak around our bedroom fireplace. The Calvis Wyant home management team, who maintains our home, addreesed the issue. First brought out the roofer but couldnt find the cause other then the driving rain somehow got under the flashing. Since rain storms are few and far between we waited before we did any internal repairs. The next storm, it happened again. Still no real signs what was causing it even after testing the area. It was finely determined it could be coming from the top of the chimney. The solution was to cap the chimeny with a copper cap.Calvis Wyant didnt stop there and capped all of my chimenys to insure it doesnt happen in another location. Great service, but even better they covered the cost. Thank Calvis Wyant and your team, it wasnt expected but greatly appreciated. They care as much about our home as we do. The team here all believes in and loves what they do and it shows. Properties are incredible, quality is like no other builder in the Valley, and the process is actually fun rather than stressful because they have it down to a science.

Working with Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes has been nothing but amazing since the first meeting we had with them. Although we did not end up doing a custom build with them due to timing, Calvis Wyant helped us find a beautiful newly-built home that we are very happy with. We will be working with CW to add an additional bedroom, plus a few interior changes to the new home and we are confident it will go just as smoothly as the house purchase because CW has such an wonderful, organized and efficient staff. Both my husband and I HIGHLY recommend working with Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes!!!

First time building on our own and couldn’t have picked a better partner. Walked us through every step and everything turned out exactly how they said it would.The best part was that the project managers had the most critical eye with the trade groups and they often found things that we would have never noticed.Building after Covid was tough but Calvis Wyant made it as painless as possible.

If you are looking to custom build your dream home, go with Calvis Wyant. I spent a great amount of time doing research on firms to go with. I easily spent a year meeting with builders and architects in an effort to find the perfect people to go with. Calvis Wyant impressed me with the entire experience. The information they shared, the sincere interest in making sure my home will be perfect, the honesty, the creativity, and much more. I can keep going on with the compliments.The decision on who to go with was not something I took lightly. I wanted to take my time and put myself in the best hands. Having met with firms from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, New York and Miami - I can tell you that Calvis Wyant came out on top and I am happy with my choice. Thank you.
