    I needed the heating elements on my water heater replaced. I called them, they promptly called back and I got a next day appointment. They sent Chris out who diagnosed the issue, was patient and answered all my questions. While here, I also showed him an issue I was having with a water pressure regulator which he replaced as well. The prices were good and worth it. Given that there are some others issues that we discussed, I look forward to doing business with this company in the future. Good plumbers are hard to find.

    Whittaker water tech absolutely blew it out of the water. (Pun intended) these guys were so affordable, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained all of my issues to me thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand for someone who’s not a professional in the water treatment field. This is the only company I will ever have taking care of my plumbing and water treatment needs. 5 stars is not enough I wish I could give them ten.

    Part Owner of Maggies Tavern here. Woke up to a hot water line leak in the bar bathroom that when shut off it also shut down the bars kitchen. I called Aaron, he responded in 20 minutes and had it repaired within an hour. I was able to open up on time! A week or so later, I noticed a pin hole leak further down the line. He reponded the very next morning, repaired it as well as replacing two shut off valves. I cant say enough on how impressed I was with his rapid response, courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend his company to anyone in need of full service plumbing attention.

    I highly recommend Whittaker Water Tech. On Sunday night, we had no water. On Monday, Whittaker came out, dropped our well pump from 80 feet to 112 feet (the water table is at 100 feet) and we have water again. They avoided drilling, which would’ve costed a small fortune.     Excellent service! Would give 6 stars if I could. Had an appointment scheduled to fix issue with the shower & the night before the appointment, I noticed my hot water heater was slowly leaking. I texted (on a holiday) asking if hed be able to handle that first. Aaron texted back saying itd be no problem & he could take care of both issues the same day. The next day when he saw the hot water heater, he immediately called an electrician because it wasnt hooked up safely. That was a problem I didnt even know I had that he also solved! This is 3rd time Ive used Whittaker Water Tech. I highly recommend them.

    Aaron was fantastic! We moved here from Texas and have not had a well before. I was unsure what these tanks were in my basement. He got our filtration system PMed and set up to work correctly and explained everything so I would understand haha. While he was here doing that service, I asked him about our water heater which had started leaking. He recommended we get it changed and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I set up an appointment to have it installed. He arrived and had it switched out in no time at all.I would highly recommend Aaron for any plumbing service needs.     I have to say Aaron Whittaker is a great guy. I am glad and appreciative I was referred to him by a friend. From the moment I called he answered and set me up for a visit quickly. He came and explained everything thoroughly about my water heater and my fleck 5600sxt air injection system. Explained how the correct settings should be done to prevent sediment in my tanks from building up. He was able to replace the anode rod to my water heater tank, and programmed my air injection system correctly. Thank you Aaron; I definitely recommend him for water heater repairs, replacements, and servicing water softener tanks, air injection tank servicing as well. I look forward to having him come and service my fleck 5600sxt air injection tank at a later time.

    Recently, my hot water heater stopped working properly. My wife called multiple local well known companies . The first thing they do is to quote a price for a new hot water heater (anywhere from 4k to 6k) without diagnosing the problem. Finally, my wife got a hold of Aaron. Aaron came out the same day, diagnosed the problem (faulty heating element), explained to my wife our options and ended up replacing the faulty heating element for a fraction of what other companies had quoted us to replace the water heater. Aaron was very professional, dependable, very reasonably priced and very honest (hard to find nowadays). I will be using his services for future needs.     DEPENDABLE AND HONEST! Our water stopped working yesterday and Aaron came right over to assess the issue. He determined it was the well pump and it would need to be replaced. He came back today to replace it. When he pulled it out, he realized it was just the wiring that needed to be replaced and not the whole pump. He replaced the wiring and charged us accordingly. Thankfully he is honest and professional. He could have very well told us the pump needed to be replaced and we wouldnt have known any better.

    Called Aaron about a leak we had under our sink and he switched some appointments around and was able squeeze me in the same day!     So my sump pump shut off this morning at 7:00 am. I tried to figure out the problem myself, but I couldn’t. So who do I call? You guessed it, Aaron. He had a busy schedule already set up for the day but realized my finished basement would be a swimming pool in a matter of an hour or so with all of the rain we have had the past two days.     My hot water heater started leaking a few days ago I called Whittaker ( never used this company before) he came over the next day looked at it but a bid together we agreed on it he changed his schedule around to get my issue fixed by Thanksgiving showed up a little ahead of time and got right on it and in no time it was replaced and checked for working correctly and cleaned up the area neatly, This is a 5 star on all levels but what I thought was very impressive was that he changed around his work schedule to fit me in quickly..

    Whitaker plumbing has been my go to plumber for years. They installed an industrial water filtration system for us as well as well pumps, plumbing repairs and just about anything else we through at them.
