    I had a great experience with MSL from beginning to end! I called around 7am with a clogged bathroom sink issue and Stephanie answered the phone almost immediately, she was professional and friendly. She said Matt could come out same day. He arrived within the time frame mentioned. He was a pleasure…professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and taught me some things about pipes and old homes. He really loves what he does and he cares, it shows! He explained what the potential issues could be and cost. Luckily it was a simple clog and he was able to clear it with his wet vac and snake. It drains better than when we first moved in! Pricing was also super reasonable and he gave me a discount because the clog wasn’t that bad which I really appreciated. I wish I found you guys sooner! I will definitely use your services again. Thank you!

    We called MSL on a whim, needing a short notice plumber. Stephanie picked up the call and was SO accommodating. She dispatched Matt to our home and he was at our door within an hour. Matt heard out the problem and asked to see the problem. Within :30 he had our leaking sink fixed and left better than before. Not only did he fix it, but he actually improved it. Explaining what he was doing and why.Sometimes it’s daunting to call a plumber or electrician, because they know things you don’t. Matt at MSL would never take advantage of that and educated us on top of it!So grateful for Matt and MSL plumbing. We plan on using them exclusively and recommending them to anyone who has plumbing needs.Thanks MSL!

    Had the pleasure of working with Matt and Stephanie. Stephanie was very courteous and gave a follow up call exactly within the time frame she initially gave.Although our issues werent a big project, Matt was professional and friendly even with the small scale. We did not feel pressured at all, and he offered options so that we could make an informed decision.Their rates are very competitive and I would not hesitate to call them again.     Stephanie and Matt were super honest, kind and efficient. I called at 1015 on a Thursday night, Matt came out withing 30 mins and saw our issue but realized he wasnt the man for the job and we need the septic people out.     I had an excellent experience. I had a referral to Matt at MSL Plumbing from another trusted business working in the trades. I called, talked with Stephanie who was polite and efficient and Matt was in my home within the hour. I had a number of small plumbing jobs that had been accumulating for some time. Matt took time to listen, educated me well about options and recommendations for the fixes even taking into consideration resale value of my home. He respected my decisions, gave me a fair price and completed all the work in the same day. Amazing!I was in a bit of a hurry at the end of the day and only realized later that I had not received a receipt for my payment and the work done. No need to worry...immediately after sending a text message to Stephanie I received the receipt and a courteous message in my email. Highly recommend!

    Wow!!! I called MSL at 8pm because every toilet and every sink was overflowing or not draining. I expected to pay an arm and a leg for a service call that was not within the normal working hours! Mike came out and took his time to find the problem and explained everything to us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable! I took his card because I plan on using this company for all of our plumbing needs. I figured this work was going to cost at minimum $500 and it ended up being less then half that price! Amazing people.

    I needed some plumbing work done. Spoke to Stephanie and she said Matt would be out to take a look within the hour. In less than an hour, he arrived. Such a nice guy. He thoroughly explained everything and gave me lots of options. We agreed on the work and I had a formal estimate in about an hour. He returned on the date and time promised and did a beautiful job.     First of all, I want to say how nice and polite both Matt and Stephanie are with their customers. Matt showed up on time for the appointment we made. We went over many many things that we wanted done. He gave us a great price, and we told him to go ahead. He stayed on budget, and on time.     Matt and Rob were great! My plumbing issue turned into a bit more of a mess than we initially thought but these guys got it done!     We had a plumbing disaster on a Saturday morning and dreaded having to call a plumber on the weekend because of the higher rates. We called MSL because someone had given us one of their cards. They were not only pleasant to deal with but showed up on time, fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable amount for the work. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again if I have a problem.

    Absolute best people. Its hard to find trust worthy professionals who actually care about the people they do work for and I honestly would be hard pressed to find someone else more pleasant, genuine and kind.     Needed an old drainage pipe (which was about 12 feet underground) removed and replaced and called MSL Plumbing. Spoke with Stephanie who was most helpful and friendly.     I gave MSL a call because my boiler was struggling to provide hot water in the winter. Matt came out and replaced the heater coil and mixing valve. Now no more cold showers and we dont struggle to give our newborn a warm bath. The hot water seems endless and the water pressure also increased.     I would give 20 stars if I could!!! Small business with BIG experience! Only plumber I called in this area who actually answered early in the morning! Matt was out to my house by 8:30am as promised! I had a major kitchen sink clog that was also backing up into my dishwasher. Matt and his helper Anton had it all cleared in under an hour!!!     What did we like about MSL - everything! Our first contact was with Stephanie, she was both pleasant and helpful scheduling a timely appointment. Where I live it’s tough finding reliable contracts but I’m glad Micah and MSL came through for us.     Matt came out on Thanksgiving day to take care of a leaking dishwasher..Within minutes issue taking care of...Since the dishwasher is old and started having issues Im going to replace it b4 more issues come out of it..He checked my water lines in basement showed me what parts should be replaced b4 they cause me another leak issue..Surely visable and I would not have noticed it if it wasnt brought to my attention...Very honest upfront and reasonable..Nice guy in general..     Our sewer backed up into our driveway on a Saturday with three families staying in the house. We were recommended to MSL through our community Facebook group. I called for service and received a call back directly from the plumber Matt within two minutes.     As other reviews have said, Matt was great. We had an old crusty whole house sediment filter that needed to be completely replaced, housing and all. Matt showed up right on time and had the job done in about 25 minutes. He walked me through how the new filter housing works and how to change the filter in about 5 minutes. All in all, he was in and out in about 45 minutes.

    Matt was recommended to us from a trusted source. Our chimney backed up, causing our entire boiler to fill with soot. Matt fit us in even on a full day to make sure he could do his part for the boiler cleaning. He also realized that we needed to have our chimney cleared, as there were 16 gallons of soot stuck inside, blocking the airflow & backing up into the boiler. Matt and MSL went above and beyond making sure no turn was left unturned. He didn’t pack on extra charges or look to keep making more money off us. He was honest, very knowledgeable and reliable. I am very happy with the service Matt provided. He was extremely helpful and upfront about any possible parts needed. He was very thorough with the cleaning of the boiler and very helpful by guiding us to get the chimney serviced. If not for his recommendation, there could’ve been potentially catastrophic results if we had tried to run our boiler after the initial cleaning due to the soot. Upon having our Chimney cleared, Matt came back, free of charge to make sure everything was working properly and he ensured it was running at its most efficient.I will definitely be calling Matt back for my plumbing and heating needs in the future. And I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family for any of their plumbing heating needs! Thank you for your honest work and help!

    Service - Boiler RepairMatt is an absolute life savor, he came out to repair my boiler on Thanksgiving day on less then an hours notice. He is an absolute professional, and was able to have my heat restored quickly and for an amazing price that was more then fair.     We just had the MSL team (specifical Mr. Matt) come and fix our kitchen faucet assembly today and he did a wonderful job!     The worst possible timing just found us our new plumber. Doing a renovation in the main bathroom and I pulled the bone head move of drilling a screw into a water line. It was Sunday on Labor Day weekend and I called around to everyone. Not only did MSL pick up the phone... Matt was out to our place a few hours later. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. Considering the day & emergency nature, I fully expected to be hit with a huge bill... but his pricing was, by large, the most reasonable Ive seen through multiple companies over the years.     Ive struggled finding a good plumber in the Lehigh Valley since I moved here 3 years ago. MSL was recommended to me through a friend and I couldnt be happier. I called Matt a few weeks back about a few non-urgent projects that I had (replace water main valve and remove excess plumbing and install a new slop sink in basement) and he came down the same day to give me a quote, which was a great price, compared to another bigger company that came out a few weeks prior. We had the project booked before he left my house. Once the new sink arrived aa few days later, Matt came by and knocked both projects out very quickly and he did an amazing job. About 2 weeks later, my bathroom sink (which was already cracked) started leaking from the pipes, so I called Matt and we set up a time for him to come back to replace my pedestal sink. Again, he did an amazing job, and I am so glad that I found a reliable, available, knowledgeable, and affordable plumber. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!!

    Just wow. Someone answered the phone at the business. They showed up the same day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. This is almost unheard of in the Poconos.Matt came at night and had to go get a part and came back and fixed it. Explained things about my furnace that NO ONE had ever told us in 20+ years.     MSL Plumbing is the best! Quick response, professional, and most importantly no price gouging. I have a 22 yr old manufactured home that needed faucet and shower items replaced due to age. As all items needed were Moen, Matt advised me to reach out direct to Moen for replacements as these have a lifetime warranty. In doing so, Moen replaced said items free of charge and shipped direct to me saving me hundreds. After receiving everything, we notified Matt. He arrived on time, completed all the replacements and installed 4 needed shut-off valves for the showers. While here he completed a water test (free of charge) and we are now looking to have additional work completed including installation of a Moen Flo that would automatically shut off the water main in the case of a line break. Had we not met Matt we would never known this was available. All I can say is MSL Plumbing and Heating is our go to from now on. Matt and his wife are the best!!!

    I turned my water on in my house after being off all winter. Water the started pouring out of the walls and ceiling. Matt came out quickly, and found & fixed the leak quickly.Matt has handled several other jobs in helping me turn around a botched home renovation.
