I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Brennan came to my house to fix a gas leak that I had from my generator. He replaced the needed parts and got it back working in less than a half hour. Very friendly, fast and efficient, and very fair priced. Called to let me know when he was coming just as I asked. The manager Summer was very friendly over the phone and had no problem fitting me into their busy schedule. Will be recommending this company and using them for any future generator or electrical work I need.

I cannot say enough great things about arket. To start, Summer at the office is an absolute delight in handling matters. Brennan is an incredibly reliable, competent, and caring electrician. Carlos is meticulous and such an amazing knowledgeable electrician. Each person I meet through them is very professional and I feel so lucky to have found them. I have now had them over to do multiple projects and always can count on them to get the job done quickly and done right. Thank you Arket for everything!

After having done a phenomenal job last year to get electricity to my garden shed, add some exterior lights and fixing a few smaller issues, I called Arket Electric back this year to install an EV-Charger and a new panel as we were maxed out. From the contact with Summer to schedule the work to the conversation with and the work done by Mike T everything was no less than fabulous. I know what electrician I will call next time. Cant say enough good things about Arket and the team, from the communication with the office to price and the helpfulness in the field to finish. Arket helped us connect the electric in a modular house and some of the utilities, added some additional lighting, a transfer switch and a camper outlet. Highly recommend for any electrical project that youre taking on. Thanks Arket.

Its not often that a company owner makes the initial trip out to assess and evaluate the job needed, but Mike Arket did just that. We had a delightful conversation and he took his time to explain the current situation and his recommendations in terms a layperson like me could understand.Ethan was sent to put in the panel and he, too, was great - personable and efficient.Finally, what great review would be complete without mentioning the amazing Summer! Her sunny disposition sure matches her name. Shes chock-full of helpful information and she manages her console like its a command Center.We had a great experience. I recommend Arket Electric without reservation and look forward to having them do additional work for us.

She’s a total asset to Arket and the number one reason I recommend their services to friends and colleagues. Every time I call the office she’s very friendly, completely respectful and quick with the kind of technical recommendations that might save me a service call. Her patience in assisting both myself and other family members has made me a customer for life. My service technician Pete is another person that you want to be in business with at Arket. He handled my laundry list of projects with accuracy and efficiency in one appointment. His lifetime of experience and good natured personality showed through in the work he completed and his willingness to answer all my technical questions. For these reasons and many more, Arket is the only choice when it comes to residential electrical service.

When I needed electric service upgrade for my summer home in Adirondacks Mike and his team was my first choice. They have been reliable, on time, courteous and patient. Its hard to find this type of service anymore. If you need an electrician, he and his team should be your choice!

Had GE generator installed 5 yrs ago by Market Electric. They have serviced it regularly. There have been very few problems which have always been dealt with in a timely fashion. The techs are experienced and nice to work with. I recommend Arket Electric if you are interested in purchasing a generator

Wow! I just called as two outlets had failed. After flipping all of the breaker switches, the outlets still did not work. I called and spoke with Summer. She recommended I check the adjacent bathroom outlet reset and, sure enough, it worked! I cant THANK Arket Electric enough. Any other company would have scheduled a service call and, no doubt, charge me an arm and a leg! Thanks so much. Can definitely recommend their services!

Great local business for electrical and generator needs. Showed up right away to diagnose and repair my Generac Generator. Very reasonable priced and offer one year contract for maintenance on Generators. Also you can pay in person or via mail and ladies in the office are extremely nice and helpful, Highly recommend.

The 1st time and 2nd time using this company i was not pleased. i was unaware of the cost of material and national grid had me against the wall so i had to pay the electricians bill in order to have service. Almost a year later Spectrum and National Grid almost burnt my house down and the two companies blamed the Electrical company. My 3rd experience was great and id use them again. the classy lady in the office is very pleasant and the tech they sent was top notch and honest. Arket Electric Inc.
