Ellington replaced our A/C & Furnace last year. We got the No Worries service. Choosing Ellington to replace our unit (and the company we had been dealing with) was one of the best decisions we ever made. Cody is the Tech that usually comes out. We love how Ellington send you a detailed text message about who and when they are coming. It includes a picture of the service representative along with a description about how long they have been with the company. Our service tech was Curtis and he was amazing. We always recommend Ellington to our friends and family.

Abraham, the technician, was outstanding at performing the tasks at hand: Remove, clean, and reinstall the evaporator coils and blower motor, also inspect the entire system (air handler and outsiside compressor), check capacitors, other electrical components and complete refrigerant fill. Very polite young man and knowledgeable!As all service calls, dont be surprised by the price...

Corey went above and beyond to help us. We needed a second opinion on our AC unit, because our landlord does not believe anything is wrong with an AC unit that wont cool a home below 78 degrees. Corey diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. We will never use anyone besides Ellington from here on out.

Ellington was highly recommended by my neighbors in Satellite Beach and they are big fans of their monthly fee no worries program.I am leaving a review on the Satellite Beach page because there were only 55 reviews and the last review was left 3 years ago(!), which resulted in me not calling them originally for a quote (until my neighbors recommended them). So dont be deterred by the low number of reviews and age of them on this business account. Ellington directs most folks to their Rockledge location account to leave reviews. So, if you are Beachside and would like to read the recent Ellington reviews, google their Rockledge location.We had Ellington come out for a quote (thank you Ryan!), and I could tell that they are a top tier company. Its apparent they are thoughtful about their business strategy and invest a lot of money in their branding, technology, vehicles/equipment, sales and customer service team, training, etc. and give their customers A+ service. All of that comes at a cost, so unfortunately the price was a little too rich for our blood, but we have much respect for Ellington and will consider them again in the future. I know there are many people that would rather pay the extra money for the better quality and service levels. I compare it to Toyota vs BMW. They are both good choices, but one comes with more bells and whistles and catered customer service. I am a Toyota girl myself, but I know a lot of people that drive and love their Beemers! Its worth calling them for a quote to see for yourself.

Came home from work to a 90 degree house and the ac unit wouldn’t kick on. After trying to reset breakers with no luck I called Ellington and was advised a technician named Curtis would be reaching out and on his way shortly. About 20 minutes later Curtis arrived and diagnosed the issue right away, a worn out capacitor. Curtis took time after the replacement to go over potential issues and proactive steps I could take to get the most life out of our ac system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking all the other aspects of the system to make sure it was in top shape. Even late in the day, around 7:45-8pm at this point, Curtis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of completely. I hope we don’t have any issues with the system anytime soon, but it puts us at ease knowing we can count on people like Curtis when needed. Thanks again!

We purchased a new air conditioner from Ellington on 11/19, we signed up for The No Worries problem and are very glad we did. We recently a problem with the unit which required a replacement part, Jeffrey ordered it the same day. The unit was working but not at 100% so Jeffrey stopped by every morning for a couple of days to check on the unit. Jeffrey and Joey Diaz decided to bring in two portable AC units while we waited for the part to arrive. The heat index was 105+ for the past two weeks and we wouldve been very uncomfortable without the portable units. Everyone at Ellington has been very professional and great to work with, from the installation, the front office...always very pleasant...the after hours call center, Joey Diaz who kept me updated and Jeffrey a professional technician, he knows his trade to be certain. I wasnt sure i wanted the No Worries when I purchased the unit but am so glad I did! Among other things you get priority service if you have a problem and portable AC units should you need them at no charge. Because of covid19 we had to wait a bit for the part but Jeffrey installed it the same day it arrived. The replacement part which was covered under warranty, two portable units set up for sliding patio doors. several stops here to check on things, total cost to me...zero and not once did i have to call to complain. Ive never been satisfied enough with a contractor/company to leave a review, Ellingtons the first...and Ive been around for a while.
