    Very responsible team; definitely dedicated to the NAVIEN water heater. Daniel their owner/CEO is very available and flexible. The technicians are polite and punctual, always take into consideration the cleanliness of the job. They got my water heater issue (spring valve breakdown) taken care of in a day.     Manny and Austin came to fix our Navien water heater. They were both wonderfully nice and got straight to work. Manny diagnosed the issue we had been having to a valve and replaced it (still under warranty which was great). Excellent, smart guys and I’d highly recommend them.

    I called Enviro Plumbing for the first time to replace a pullout hose on a kitchen faucet that was leaking and to repair the Uponor radiant floor heating. The latter turned out to be a faulty thermostat that needed to be replaced. Manny and his assistant arrived the morning after I called for an appointment. They were extraordinary! Manny quickly diagnosed the problem with the Uponor system and explained the possible solutions related to the thermostat. They solved both problems and summarized the problems and solutions with the invoice receipt. They are my plumbers for life!

    Enviro Plumbing is an excellent company. First time out they arrived to fix a toilet the same day I called! The following week they replaced my water heater.     We had an issue with our kitchen sink. The water was not going down. I called Enviro Plumbing and they were at our place with in 2 hours.     I had Enviro Plumbing come out today for annual maintenance service on our Navien tankless water heater. It was very easy to make the appointment. They had great communication with text reminders of the upcoming appointment and when the technician was on his way to the house. Mauricio was awesome. Super friendly, answered all of my many question, and during downtime while waiting for the pump to flush out the system, he walked the property to make sure all basic safety items were in good working order (clear out drain, earthquake valve on gas line, checked the water pressure to the house) and he also made recommendations for annual and semi-annual maintenance to prolong the life of the equipment. I did not like the contractor and plumbing subcontractor who did our house remodel and installed the Navien unit, because I didnt think they were very thorough or detail-oriented. Sure enough, Mauricio pointed out a couple of things that were left off the install, which explains the pool of water with green stains below the unit. Mauricio even called Navien to find out if our unit had been registered and, unsurprisingly, it had not, so he took care of that as well. Very, very pleased with Mauricio and Enviro Plumbing. I will definitely be using them for annual maintenance of the Navien tankless water heater and if/when we have other plumbing needs.

    Scheduled Enviro to look at my Navien tankless as they were listed as a preferred service provider for these products. I think they set the high standard of what service providers should strive for. The phone representative was able to schedule a technician the same day within a 2 hour window. Prior to the tech’s arrival, I received text confirmation of who was visiting alongside a picture for verification. When the tech was 30 minutes out, received another confirmation. This is extremely helpful especially if you’re away and want to time their arrival. Once here, Gustavo asked a few questions, then began his diagnosis all while working in the rain. He was a knowledgeable and courteous professional, that seemed informed on how to handle the issue presented to him. After some time on the phone with Navien’s support tech and on site troubleshooting, he was able to narrow down the issue and provide me with a solution that would involve the gas company. He ensured I knew what was needed to rectify any future issues and on top of all the great service, his boss followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was explained properly. Again, this is top notch service and would highly recommend them.

    I have used Enviro Plumbing in the past and, again, was not disappointed. Not only did they get me same-day service (actually within a few hours of my call), they came earlier than scheduled, which I much appreciated.     We have used Enviro Plumbing several times. Each time we called we were able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time, and each time the plumber arrived on time.     I just switched plumbers to ENVIRO! I had a leaking noisy TOTO toilet. A handyman couldn’t fix it, I tried but failed, so I Googled and found ENVIRO. I called and the phone was answered right away by a very nice and friendly woman. She got me an appointment the same day & answered all my questions.     We were so pleased with Enviro, who came in to take over from our previous plumber. They are extremely professional and organized, which is huge. Their communication is great, with emails, reminder calls, and text letting me know how soon they would arrive. They solved our water heater problem fairly quickly, because our guy was experienced with it in a way that the previous plumber was just futzing about trying to figure out what was wrong. He also identified the problem with our shower handle, because he had the right tools and knowledge, which had befuddled our previous plumber, who thought he should drill through the wall or something extreme.     I had problems with slow draining in my bathtub and a faulty flusher on one of my toilets. I didnt have a regular plumber, so I got on line and looked up plumbers in Santa Monica. Enviro Plumbers had some very good reviews except some said they were rather pricey. What actually caught my attention was their advertising for using Covid virus protections. That was important to me. I called and got an appointment. Manny showed up with a mask, gloves and shoe covers. I was impressed. He got to work and had both jobs completed in very good time. He said he cleaned up after himself and was off. When I looked in the bathroom to see what was done, I was very impressed with how clean and shiny everything was. After a while having a slow drain and faulty toilet flushing, it was fantastic to have everything working correctly.     I have never written a review, but decided that I had such a great experience I must tell others about it. I called Enviro Plumbing with a unique issue on a tankless water system. Although, I was out of their area, the owner called someone he knew in my area and arranged for an expert to come to my home. They showed up on time and fixed a serious issue that no one else was able to fix. I rate them a five star for amazing service and follow up, which is hard to find.

    Enviro Plumbing did a great job. We found a big puddle along the sewage pipe and smelled so bad. I contacted with Enviro Plumbing first time and they came quickly and found the problem, fixed completely, and killed the bacteria smoothly. They did the Hydro Jettting as well.     I have to admit that I was initially skeptical due to the advance minimum charge required before the team would even show up. He worked me into the schedule to have two men come out to do the work within a few days, and even came the evening before to scope out the project.I was replacing my pedestal sink and the new vanity was at odds with the plumbing height, so we agreed that we needed to move the pipes. In addition, when he went into the wall behind the shower, we discovered a leaking copper pipe which would need to be replaced. Throughout the discussion, Daniel was open to my suggestions, understood my hesitations and explained the costs and options. For instance, he explained the different types of pipes we could use and their costs and benefits. Turns out the most expensive is not necessarily the best option - and I appreciated that he didnt oversell me.The plumbers were competent and efficient. There was an issue with fitting the pipe within an area of the vanity, and I wanted it to be a certain way. Daniel stopped by to work out a solution to my satisfaction.Enviro Plumbing is not the cheapest plumbing services around, but I completely trust their advice and work. They will do it the right way - no cutting corners, quality work, and aiming for customer satisfaction. You get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Enviro Plumbing and am happy to discuss their service.

    I truly would give that business 10 stars if possible. Pepe and Gustavo went above and beyond. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. My family and I had a clogged pipe that four prior plumbers had said they had either current fix or we need to completely replace it.     I have been using the services of Environ Plumbing for over a year now. I am a Spa Director and due to all the oils that get put down the drains we have the whole line Hydro-Jetted quarterly.
