We wanted to have a piece of mine on our vacation home and E-Pipe highly recommended to coat the pipes to ensure we would have no leaks.In the beginning Tony and Bob came out to the house to make sure they got everything documented so the team would be ready when they got on site.Jerry and the crew was amazing to work with and was very respectful and made sure they took care of all of our needs.We would highly recommend these guys to anyone that wants a piece of mind to make sure their house has no leaks in the pipes.

Tim Plouffe showed up to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do he really knew what he was doing with the 25+ years the service he provided was excellent he installed a moen flo and gave my pipes and upgrade he answered any questions I had and the quality of work is amazing there was no mess left behind if you get Tim youre in good hands I will be dealing with ePIPE again highly recommend them

They really have pride in their company and providing the best service possible. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and as a woman that is huge for me. Austin and Jose arrived this morning on time. They found the pinprick leak in a pipe behind the water heater. They were thorough, friendly, and cleaned up the area where they worked. I am looking forward to doing a complete epoxy restoration on my copper pipes in June. They deserve five stars for sure.

Mario and his associate were cordial and professional reparing a pinhole leak and installation of a water regulator.He repaired a pinhole leak found on the copper pipe underneath the crawlspace of my home. It was done fast and efficiently.Mario recommended installing a water pressure regulator, which I didnt hesitate to oblige since my water pressure was way above at 90 psi. He updated the connection using copper and brass pipes. Overall, the quality of the job was top-notch. I definitely wouldnt hesitate doing business with Epipe.

My Mom lives in an old mobile home. The old plastic pipes burst. ePIPE responded quickly to our emergency call. It quickly became clear that this was a big problem and all her pipes needed to be replaced! They fixed the leak with a temporary patch free of charge! I called several times in the first few days. ePIPE was always willing to answer my questions. The contract was very clear and easy to understand. And the price was very good. Our plumber, Edgar, showed up on time and explained everything before they started. The work was scheduled for 2 days. They finished right on time and left things cleaner than before they arrived. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

After having several pinhole leaks in our copper pipes, we chose e-pipe to epoxy our complete house. We were impressed from the very beginning. Their pricing is totally clear, objective and fair. They are so professional and expert in the work they do.They protected our home beautifully, met all the challenges in our 90 year old home with smiles and solutions. They were so . pleasant to have in our home for 2 days. They did an amazing job and we could not recommend them more highly.

David Boyd, the lead plumber came with Christian, the assistant to do a single line epoxy repair for the hot water slab leak after Epipe did a temporary by pass 3 weeks ago.They did a great job as I’m trying out Epipe as an option for slab leaks vs traditional reroute. This minimally intrusive pipe repair suits my needs and the crew was knowledgeable when I had questions on their approach as a former engineer.Luis the plumber and Quinn also did a great job on the temporary reroute job.The only downside was the 30 day waiting list after their estimator Thomas came out to the house, but he was very helpful in getting my questions addressed. I was concerned as I had an active slab leak.

Epipe did a wonderful job injecting our leaky copper pipes. They were by far the best crew we have had working in our home. They were meticulous, covering floors, and protecting corners where needed. They were very careful, quiet, and polite. The difference in having them inject the pipes in two days, and leaving our home just as they had found it, versus having our walls torn up for repiping was a great decision. I absolutely recommend Epipe!

I had a plumbing issue and was told that I needed thousands of dollars to fix it by Rooter. I called epipe cos I has used their services before. Mario and Julian came and performed a miracle. Mario unclogged a rosted pipe and went above by purchasing an extra substance to pour into the drain for better and longer performance. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Very professional and really cares.

Everything from the initial discussions, to soliciting input from previous customs, quoting, through the epipe process itself was top shelf. Everyone weve met was great. I cant recommend this enough.The alternative, a complete replumbing along with the demolition of drywall, is even more of a reason to engage epipe.

This is the second time working with ePipe – Pipe Restoration, Inc. for our commercial office and we are more than grateful for their expertise and most importantly, their honesty!The first time, we had them come to do a hydro jetting job. They provided top-notch service, expert plumbing knowledge, showed up on time and were also very efficient. We originally had another plumber come out to give us a quote, and they had tried to convince us that we needed to put in a sewer liner for over $10k. Our wonderful general contractor highly recommended to get a 2nd opinion and referred us to ePipe – Pipe Resotration, Inc. They sent out their supervisor (Tim), along with his team of guys (Miguel and Mario), and quoted us only $1,650 to do the job. When they finished the job, they discovered that there was no requirement for the liner, so the original plumber was trying to sell us something that we really didn’t need.Recently, we had a big waterline leak in our plumbing in the parking lot. Immediately, I called ePipe to see if they could come out. They mentioned they could rush out in the afternoon. At the same time, I called another plumber to come earlier that day just to stop the leak. The plumber just did a quick walk through and tried to tell us that all of our pipes were getting old and that we needed to replace ALL OF THE PIPES WITH A QUOTE OF $60,000! Being a woman-owned business, we sensed that this plumber thought he could really rip us off, and we were not convinced by his findings.Thank goodness ePipe was able to come give us their opinion that same afternoon. Their original team (Tim Plouffe, Miguel Reyes and Mario Torres) arrived to help us diagnose the leak. They spent about 30 minutes investigating and digging underground. They discovered a big tree had overgrown roots and one of the large roots had damaged our pipe. Tim and his guys were able to fix it for $3,450, and not price gouge us and try to oversell replacing all pipes for $60,000 like the other plumber.We truly appreciate the solid training, excellent customer service and most importantly trustworthiness of this team! They will certainly be our go-to plumbers.We have already referred them to our clients, family and friends, as they service both residential and commercial plumbing. Thank you to Tim, Miguel and Mario for their hard work and service. We appreciate all that you do, and thank you again for being honest people.

I work for a large General Contractor. I needed a recorded camera inspection and hydro-jetting for a large commercial new build project in Long Beach. I had been using Roto Rooter but had x2 no call no shows in a row. The second time they gave me an 8-hour window and didn’t show up. Terrible service!!!Then I found ePIPE the epoxy specialists. I learned that they have a new service plumbing division, so I tentatively scheduled an appointment.The Operations Manager, Shandy, gave me a 2-hour window the same day!! Their field supervisor, Tim Plouffe, arrived and was super knowledgeable/professional. I only heard great things from the superintendent working that shift.They returned the next day first thing to hydro-jet 100’ of mainline sewer and give a recorded video. They arrived on time and got right to work. They gave my superintendent a flash drive of the recording and even uploaded the video via email which made my job easier.Going forward I will be using them for similar projects because they are dependable, the price was competitive, and they are very well equipped. More importantly this company delivered selfless old school customer service.Thanks, ePIPE! I highly recommend this company and especially their field supervisor Tim Plouffe.

EPIPE restoration is the BEST.We discovered a gas leak in a high end home in a South Orange county neighborhood. the gas smell was not constant and very faint when we did smell it. The only reason we knew there was a leak was because the bill went from $40 to $ 240.Gas company came out, spent between 5 - 10 minutes, shut the gas to the house and left. We were left with no hot water and no cooking facilities and no heat to the house in the middle of the rains and freezing nights. He did not bother to speak to anybody or go thru the house. Just Tagged the house. Great customer service.We called expert # 1., spent 4 hours and found nothing. All he did was run a pressure test which confirmed the leak. He wanted $ 1500.00 with no guarantee he could find the leak. BUT if we allowed him to open all the walls and the exterior stucco there was a possibility. He called his office. Their suggestion repipe gas lines for the whole house. Gave an instant estimate $20K.Called the gas company again. This time we leaned on the guy that showed up. We had to force him to check each of the appliance. He reluctantly spent an hour. Found nothing and left.still no gas, no hot water and no stove and no heat.We called expert # 2 .. # 3 . # 4 ... These guys wanted all the money in the world, ran the pressure tests which we told them was a waste of time. They would promise to bring all their advanced equipment but never did and had no clue how to find the leak. One company even made a big hole in the stucco about 18 X 18 . found nothing and left. Weird all of them wanted to repipe the house .. estimate between $ 8500 - 20,000Finally, we called ePIPE, obviously desperate and extremely skeptical. The lady on the phone was exactly like all the other attendants. YES we can find & fix the gas leak. This time I insisted on speaking to a Manager. Thankfully she agreed and connected me to Shandy. Being in the construction & Development business for over 40 years, I figured out that he had all the lingo and knew what he was talking about. But could he find the LEAKShandy said he had Tim, a 25 year superstar who has never ever not found the problem and will not come back, no matter how long it takes. He will find the leak. period. WoW !!We are in this mess for 2 weeks, in the middle of Thanksgiving and Christmas, desperate and freezing. I am not about to chase Shandy away even if I had no clue if he was bragging or legit. So I offered to pay nothing if he found nothing and fixed nothing. He accepted. But we would have to wait 5 days for Tim as they do not work on weekends and are completely booked.Tim took all day, but DID FIND THE LEAK. he patiently eliminated one appliance and area at a time and then finally by default .. bingo. Shandy, the manager came over to help as well. He wanted to make sure his guarantee was going to stand.At the end of the day... These people are pros. You could just look at the way they work, the style, the system and ultimately the result. If You want a headache less process, knowledgeable people with absolute results .. call them.

Incredibly professional. Thomas was our sales person and he was fabulous. Thomas was clear about the pricing and walked us through the entire process. The true measure of a GREAT company is what they do when something goes wrong. After the job was complete we noticed a small amount of water under the sink. The line from the dish washer came loose. Epipe immediately sent someone out and remedied the situation. NO HASSLE. Jason followed up, he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. EXCEPTIONAL Service along with a quality product earned my 5 star review. Highest recommendation.
