    Eric and his crew did an excellent job installing our gutters and downspouts. Eric charges very reasonable fees. He and his crew are courteous and know what they are doing. That is why I have engaged their services to do the pressure washing and painting of our deck. I am most likely to continue to engage their services for more home improvement projects in our house. I highly recommend them to others.

    So glad we took a chance. My husband and I contacted Erick based on his online reviews. We did not know him nor knew anyone that he had completed work for. We have had bad luck with contractors here in Sanford so we were a little nervous at first. From the very beginning we were happy. He was very responsive, honest, provided us feedback of what he thought needed to be done and did exactly what he said he would do. I would hire him again in a minute for any project we need done.He put support under the house to level our living room floor, put new flooring in the living room and bedroom, fixed the drywall in the kitchen ceiling, installed 2 new doors to our screened in porch, re-screened our porch, replaced several pieces of rotten wood on the outside of the house, fixed the roof line, fixed 2 leeks in the roof along with new flashing and redid the metal poles that act as supports to our screened in porch. It was a very large job and in the end we added a knee wall in the living room and a new door to the living room. He did the additional work and didnt miss a beat. He was there when he said he would be, worked hard and cleaned up when finished. I would completely trust him and his crew in my home. Completely reasonable.Would highly recommend!

    Needed gutters installed. Outreached to Erick who responded quickly. Was able to install gutters within a week. Erick and his crew were very professional and hard workers. They did an exceptional job!! Could not be happier with their work. They also cleaned work areas before leaving. Highly recommend this company. Will be calling them for future projects.

    Erick and his team did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters. While they were here they also added splash guards in the corners and sealed any holes on the gutters. We have original gutters on a historic home, and they took care to keep them in the best condition possible. They we were reasonably priced and did quality work. Would highly recommend for any gutter work!

    Let’s get to the point…if you have the chance to hire Mr. Garcia and Garier Construction, sign on the dotted line!No one likes to have repairs made to their home. It disrupts your life and it’s expensive. We contracted with Mr. Garcia to do four extensive items but we were so impressed with his work, pricing, and integrity that we added on work before he could leave! We cannot recommend him highly enough! His work ethic and his sense of customer service is so impressive. It’s a pleasure to know him and his crew. We look forward to a relationship for many years…until the house stops needing repairs!😂

    I had contacted Erick on 4th of July weekend about installing gutters. He said he would come out the following Monday and give us an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable so we agreed for the job. Erick said he would likely be coming on Friday or Saturday to do the job. Wednesday rolls around and Erick says he can install the gutters on Thursday. Him and his team were here promptly at 8 am and finished by 11 am. The gutters look fantastic and I will definitely be referring Erick to others who need work done on their homes. He is extremely professional, friendly, and quick to complete his job. If youre reading this trying to find someone to do work on your home, Garier Construction is the place to call!

    We used Garier Construction for removal of old gutter guards, cleaning of existing gutters and downspouts, repair of damaged gutter, and installation of new runs of gutter.The team was professional and respectful of our property, did an excellent job of cleaning up in between days of project and at the end of the project. They even blew the leaves and pine needles away from our front door to make everything look clean.The new gutters have performed well and we are no longer having overflow around the perimeter of the property - also the new downspout now has a leaf filter at the bottom which was a nice added touch.Erick is thoughtful, professional, and honest, and he knows what hes doing. Well recommended.

    Erick and his crew came to our house to do a repair that was caused by a leaky gutter. I requested an estimate online and was immediately contacted for them to come out to see the job. The next weekend they showed up to take care of the repair. That is fast! They are very hard working men, courteous and do excellent work. They have a range of specialties.     Originally called them out to look at a leak coming through our ceiling. After calling five different places, they were one of the only ones to call us back, and they came out the same day. They have since installed gutters for us as well. They are always on time, courteous and friendly. Very reasonable prices too! I would highly recommend and will do business with them again.

    This has by far been one of the best services I have ever come into contact with. I called about 3 different local gutter cleaning guys— all were unresponsive or too high priced. I then reached out to Erick and his team & it was immediately very clear how much they value their customers. They were super responsive & had very reasonable prices.     We did two projects with Garier. They did beautiful gutters with gutter guards. We then asked to have large new privacy fence (280 feet one side) water proofed inside and outside. Both jobs were completed perfectly. We gave our specifications which were followed to the letter. Both estimates were very reasonable. The work was completed to the estimate both times. The work was done in a timely manner. Scheduling the jobs was very easy to our schedule. Communication was very good. Erick was very responsive. They can do nearly every job you can imagine. If you have a job you should definitely call them for an estimate. I am looking for more jobs that they can do. They are very impressive. Above all, they are honest.

    Eric and associate really helped us out by putting a long run of gutter that had been off quite sometime, back on the house. He replaced rotten wood and made sure the gutter was secure.
