    Ben did an excellent job of replacing my kitchen faucet and drain pipe. I originally thought that a $200 faucet, which I bought, should cost around $200 to install, barring any issues, which there were not. Well, the total was $403 for installation. He was here 2.5 hours and did supply the pvc drain pipe. Also gave me a $25 discount. So just like everything else, prices are outrageous in my opinion. But, well done Ben, so far so good.

    I had called them Friday evening about my bathtub and no hot water. They showed up an hr early, checked my problem, and fixed it right then and there.     Ben and Jesse were on time, cleaned up the mess, and were able to deliver and install a new hot water heater the same day as I had called, as our old one had failed. They did a Professional installation to say the least. Would highly recommend these guys for plumbing anytime. They came recommended by a former competitor, and they could not have done a better job in my mind. They use quality materials, and this is the second time we have used them for a plumbing issue, and they hit it out of the park.

    I called Roto-Rooter to install an under-the-sink water heater. They arrived, assessed the job and got started. They were here and gone in under an hour and a half. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely call them again when the need arises. Great job!

Called on Monday and the phone was answered and service call scheduled.

Tom dug around in our flower garden for the lid of our septic tank and took care of the problem. I called the Roto-Rooter office as soon as Tom left and told them how happy we were with Tom and their company. Thank you again Tom!

    Had them replace the working enters of a toilet that just wore out due to age. When they came to look at my problem, they quoted me the price, parts and labor. They completed the project within a few minutes after I gave them the ok.Nice neat uniformed workmen and a very nice truck with their company name on it. Make you feel good theyre not just sending a subcontractor to do the work.Very professional company from the start to the finish.     This was the second time I called this company and the service was excellent. This was a very simple job to tighten a loosened kitchen faucet. Getting under the sink myself or asking my husband to do it was not a consideration as we are not as nimble as we once were. Plumber Tom got under the sink and tightened the nuts while I held the faucet in place for him on top. Easy. Of course, I was a bit stunned that I had to cough up a flat rate of $150 for what I considered to be $75 job at the most. In all fairness though, Tom did mention the rate while he was under the sink and asked if he should go ahead. Was I going to say, no? Tom was already in the area and didnt have to go out of his way... but, oh well... the high cost of everything in this economy eats away at all of us... :0(Update: The good people at Roto-Rooter agreed with me after reading my review, and called to say as much. They promptly sent me a check for $75. It is nice to know common sense and decency prevail in some establishments! Thanks so much, Roto-Rooter, for being one of the good guys! :0)

    Roto-Rooter just left my place. They did a wonderful job. They were polite, left no mess, and were very professional. They cleaned the tree Roots out of my sewer pipes and unclogged my bathroom sink. I called to schedule them this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find out they could be at my place the same day. They even covered their shoes to make sure they did not track a mess into my home and made sure to close the gate to my yard for my dog.

    They quoted me one price and without another word almost doubled what I had to pay. The gentle men that showed up were very efficient, on time, and answered any questions I had. But like I said, the cost was almost double that of what I was quoted without any other thing mentioned about the cost. I stand corrected.     I have been battling issues with my well pump system for over a year now. Ive had multiple plumbers at my home working on it, and everytime it seemed to get worse and even stopped working completely at one point. A friend of mine recommended roto rooter, and the technician Zak came out and spent a fair amount of time trying to diagnose the problem and got it up and running. My water quality has never been this good in the almost 3 years that Ive lived here. He made a call to one of his coworkers and spoke with Ben who gave me a very fair price on rural water installation. Since I have a very shallow well and can be unreliable, which I knew when I purchased the home. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
