    Excellent work by the Gundlach team of Lou & Devon. I cant be happier with their craftsmanship. They obviously take pride in their work. We had a new Combi-Boiler installed which replaced an old failing boiler unit. The previous pipe work was like a plate of spaghetti. The photo of the new work shows the excellent craftsmanship. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. I would not hesitate to use Gundlach again.

They even called the office and told them we didnt need this certain part and the office called me that same morning to tell me that they are knocking $150 off my bill because of that. That cinched it for me, honest guys and company. Will definitely be a repeat customer, honest and timely, very happy with the whole process.

    I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the service and results from the work Charlie and his team at Gundlach. They have replaced my furness and now my air conditioning unit. They were quick to reply and set up the work. Bob, Lou, Devon and Ryan were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and worked unbelievably hard to get the job done. They did not cut corners. When they saw something that wasn’t right with the duct work they took the time to fix it so that the new equipment would run as it should. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

    Replaced the full system at my vacation rental condo. Sales staff was effective, installation timely and all within reason. This even involved a crane lift for the unit on the roof. They did an amazing job keeping everything tidy. The other was on my personal home and again, tidy work and amazing customer service.

    I can’t thank Gundlach HVAC enough for their help. Another HVAC service previously claimed my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. They told me I at least needed the heat exchanger replaced, but more likely, a whole new furnace. I contacted Charlie Moorehead for a second quote and he suggested having one of their technicians check it out. A special thank you must go to Jessie Lynch for his tenacity in finding a solution and repair without my needing a new heat exchanger or furnace. We are grateful for Jessie and the Gundlach organization. Obviously All other HVAC companies are no longer be in my vocabulary.

    We had a coil, in our a/c unit, go out from a previous installer, who put in the wrong serial number when they sent in the warranty. The folks at Gundlach went above and beyond to get that taken care of to no extra cost to us! When the two guys came to install the new coil, they were really professional and left no stone unturned, as far as making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly before they left. Its hard to find someone you can trust in a field you know nothing about! I highly recommend the folks at Gundlach!

    My drain line heading to my septic tank had disintegrated over the years. Replacing the line was not an option I wanted to take as it would have meant tearing up a new patio I just had poured 18 months back. Paul came out and help me figure out a plan by connecting to another drain line within the walls of my house meaning no excavation was needed.The next business day Erich came out and did an amazing job. He was professional, neat and very kind. In the process they also helped fix an air entrapment problem that was causing loud noises to come from my sink every time my sump pump ran. So they fixed two problems at once and we could not be happier and more grateful for Paul and Erichs service. I highly recommend these guys.

    Im not joking when I say the serviceman for Gundlach saved mine and my sons life. He found a crack in a component in my furnace that was leaking carbon monoxide and a bunch of flare marks. One big fire hazard and silent killing machine. He condemned the furnace and called my landlord himself. My landlord is replacing the furnace as I type. I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude towards this company and the serviceman. I will never call another company, ever!!

    The entire Gundlach Team was great to work with and were very helped in identifying the various HVAC equipment options associated with a set of various projects over the last year. Charlie worked with me to help assure I understood the various options and features that were available, and also followed up quickly with any questions that I may have had.The install crew started in late December to install our home’s HVAC system. They worked quickly with a focused level of attention to detail. We updated a fully functioning electric heating system to a new gas heating system and this was likely a bit more involved than a like for like install. Lou, Devon and Charlie all worked together to get everything completed just in time for the Christmas holiday.Charley even followed up over the holiday just to be sure everything was working and to see if anything was needed. This clearly exceed my expectations and demonstrates the Gundlach Team understands the intersection of commitment and professionalism equals customer satisfaction.This is same level of commitment and effort I experienced with Paul and the plumbing crew earlier in the spring regarding a new gas line installation.We also just added two new heating systems for the garage in early January and it was easy to know who to call and again Charlie, Seth and Ryan exceeded expectations regarding the install efforts.If it is true that the third time is a charm, the Gundlach Team was truly charming to work with, all three times. Their technicians are on time, very courteous and sociable, detailed in their tune-ups and the necessary business needed to complete their tasks.     Our sump pump died, leaving four inches of water in the basement and knocking out our water heater. A Gundlach plumber installed a new sump pump, and water drained out of the basement. Another staff person came the next day to assure things were working well and to check the water heater. After allowing the bottom of the water heater to dry another day, the second plumber came back and relit the pilot light. Within a few hours, we were washing dishes and taking showers again!

Whenever we need service or the standard maintenance check-ups, I request her. The staff at Gundlach is wonderful to deal with when we call in for scheduling.Sherita is also a military veteran which is admirable and I thank her for her service to our country.
