    Joey came out after we had a gas leak. He found the issue problem solved and in less than 48 hrs our gas was back on with new pipes. We also had him replace 2 original toilets from the 60s and install a new water heater. Excellent service, fast, professional. Best call we ever made.

    Let me tell you about the over-and-above service I received from Gotelli and your technician, Jason Ralph. We had a major leak under our kitchen sink and couldnt call till after hours (4:30). My first surprise was that someone human answered the phone, took all my information and set me up with an appointment the very next morning! Expecting a time frame between 10-12, Ireceived a call from Laura that morning saying the technician was finished early and could come now (around 9:30). Jason Ralph was in and out of here in less than an hour...during which time he immediately located the leak and identified the fix as a new faucet.....which he had in his truck....and which fit our needs perfectly!!! He was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done! I will have no hesitation in who to call next time we need a plumber. Thank you, Jason!

    Tom did a great job of installing a shut off valve for our refrigeratorā€™s water supply and was excellent at explaining everything. He also replaced our thermal expansion tank after quickly identifying a problem with the old one.

He is the perfect example of hands on experience is vitally important. He arrived, assessed the issue and was transparent and honest in his opinions of how to treat the issue. While I was dissatisfied/frustrated (and still am) with the initial call, the company worked with me thru Tom to find a fair and practical solution for which I am appreciative. He is so kind, calming, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very stressful situation and he kindly walked me through the entire process. They were great in advising on tankless water heaters, and they installed the new tankless system without any problems.Definitely contact Gotelli Plumbing if considering replacing a conventional water heater or switching to tankless.

    Steve was professional, skilled, honest, did not try to up sell etc. He was able to explain the issues causing my sewer backup, suggested multiple options for remediation and ultimately was able to clear my line for a very reasonable charge. I had initially thought a spot repair on the sewer lateral was what was needed and am grateful that Steve was able to fix my issues without incurring the significant costs associated with spot repairs. I would absolutely recommend Gotelli without hesitation!

After completing the original work he fixed several minor problems we had and advised on options for repairing/replacing our two older toilets.     Had to call Gotelli in a pinch one day. They sent out Donte. Now Iā€™ve worked with him three times. Always have a positive experience working with him, who has been out to fix various plumbing and gas line issues on my houseboat. (install water filter, new faucet, hot water tank and shower pressure issues, check gas line problems). The prices are steep, but given he is always highly competent and professional, and gets the job done, no muss no fuss no complaints, positive attitude, itā€™s worth it. I will continue to call on Donte at Gotelli !

    I reached out after 10 PM because of a sewer problem. I literally just filled out the contact us form on their website. I got a call at 7:30 AM and by 8:30 AM Jared showed up. Professional, kind, and competent. My sewage problem was fixed by 10:30 AM, drains cleared, etc. To make things even better, my dog got a new best friend and Jared even helped me pulling up my trashcans the steep driveway. Amazing service - I couldnt be happier!!

    Fernando Lara did a great job working behind the wall to remove a clog, explaining my options and pricing out each option. He also explained clearly a problem associated with a previous whole-house water pipe replacement so that I could keep the situation in mind for our eventual bathroom remodel. The final touch as testament to his skill and professionalism is that he repaired a drain stopper that no previous plumber was able to repair going back 20 years!     I think it was Tina who helped me arrange for service, she was very nice and clear and answered my questions. I was glad the other business I was referred to was not answering their phones.Cory arrived promptly as planned, he was kind, clear and efficient. I was told initially by Tina and by Cory that he would do a full inspection as part of the deal to have him out. That was beneficial to the company as he found a old worn toilet flap that he replaced that cost $82.57. I was glad to have it done yet then my husband came home and said it would have been less, like $10 if I had waited for him to do it. Oh well, I am glad it is done. I appreciate the service.     Helpful and nice, just hope we donā€™t have to revisit the situation any time soon. The only thing I didnā€™t like is that they donā€™t really warranty this work so if the exact same thing happens the next day, you have to pay the same amount to have it re-looked/ or done again.

    Great job. Sam was super professional and explained what he would be doing, then performed expertly.I understand that the pricing may be a bit higher than the usual bids, but they really provide a next level service, from texts keeping us up to date on arrival time, to offering a boutique service for ongoing maintenance that will help with our future plumbing issues and not make every plumbing problem such a huge emergency. Plus, we have a 125 year old house, so getting pros in here really helps as well.

    Had a plumbing issue on a Friday morning with no water coming out of faucets and Forster booster pump continually running with no detectable leak. Had to shut everything down, main water and pump. We called Gotelli and they dispatched Sam Smith immediately, confirmed appt with email and texted when he was on his way. He showed up right on time and took time to figure out the problem. Confirmed there was no leak, flushed all the numerous faucets around the house, explained patiently what was the probable problem (sediment in the unused lines) and saved the day and Week End. It sounds like an easy job but itā€™s a residence with complicated plumbing with lots of different elements. I am impressed and will certainly use and recommend them. Courteous, helpful, and efficient from the dispatchers to the tech, very happy with this business.

    Gotelli came out as a second opinion for a clogged kitchen drain. First plumber was not sure they had a long enough snake to clear the blockage, and suggested the blockage may be from rusting from the old drains that would require opening up the stucco wall to the outside of the house, etc. The plumber from Gotelli came out and cleared the drain in a few minutes, and so far so good.

    Gotelli Plumbing Co. is my go to plumbing vendor. They are amazing to work with and their technicians are the best I have ever worked with.     I chose Gotelli Plumbing because I was pleased with them when I last had plumbing needs seven years ago. Jeff was very straightforward in discussing repair vs. replace options. As I had already incurred a service charge for diagnosis, I opted to replace off-brand, leaking toilet. He returned the next day, installed the new toilet, disposed of the old one, left everything clean and satisfactory -- in less than one hour. Additionally, he was very pleasant to deal with. Im still a bit stunned by costs, but understand that Marin is expensive. I trust I got what I paid for. Overall, Im a happy camper!

    We had to replace our tankless water heater. I checked a few plumbers.Gotelli has provided excellent service for years. This time the company,front office, and the service tech were EXCEPTIONAL. Jeff provided allof the service---selecting best value and company, installing the unit, andlater, following-up with a malfunction of the circulating feature that did not work. Jeff and I made calls to the manufacturer, Navien, and they realized it was not an obvious fix.     11/2018Jared, like every Gotelli serviceman that has come over, was very professional and pleasant to work with. He quickly addressed todayā€™s issue and was in and out within the allotted hour.2017Apparently our pressure release valve had failed and was causing our water pipes to shake violently every time we turned on the water. Tom from Gotelli Pluming, quickly diagnosed the problem and did a pro job in repairing. He also called out some other issues that he had spotted.     We had a really messy problem with a broken sewage pipe and this company really helped us get it resolved quickly. The person that answered the phone was super professional and helped get someone out to our house the next morning. Cory did an excellent job trying to figure out the problem and stayed practically all day until we at least knew what needed to be done. We had to have a pretty big hole dug around the pipe so that it could be repaired which I asked my gardeners to do the next morning since they came on Thursday anyway. Cory had already called to check in early in the morning and once the hole was finished, I called him and he came out as soon as he was off his other job.     Called on Monday morning and service tech Cory was dispatched same business day to repair a leaking copper pipe on my water heater.     Water heater died just in time for Thanksgiving company to arrive. Gotelli sent Joey out first thing this morning. Not only was Joey a super nice guy, he fixed our heater quickly and for $450 less than a competitors bid. Will be going to these guys for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

    I called same day on what I thought was a sewage leak(after trying many of Gotelliā€™s competitors), and they sent Jared out within hours. Jared was on time, informative, and professional. He found 3 leaks within minutes of being under the house that were not sewage-related. Other plumbers in the area wouldnā€™t even show up without me hiring a clean up crew without knowing any details. Jared repaired everything within a couple of hours. He explained that it was just a kitchen sink leak. Total professional, and problem solved.

    Such a quick and efficient company ! We called in and let them know we had a toilet leak. They let us know that they would arrive between 12-3. They showed up exactly at 12, So amazing ! Within the hour they found and fixed the problem! We will definitely be working with them next time we run into a problem!

    Wow! We had saved up numerous plumbing problems and finally decided to confront them head on. Turned out Jared was able to take care of most of them ON THE INITIAL VISIT. Now perhaps it was a coincidence he had with him a couple of obscure cartridges and other items, but needless to say, we were thrilled. He also did a complimentary safety inspection, and alerted us to potentially unsafe situations at our house. Were now looking forward to the followup visit to replace a length of ancient galvanized pipe draining a bath sink that has been a problem for years. We found this company to be reasonably priced (if that can be said of any plumbers these days), courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsible. Well definitely call on them again for plumbing needs.

    I want to thank Gotelli Plumbing for doing exactly what they said they would do. I live in another state for part of the year and when my neighbor called about an issue with our property in Mill Valley, we called them to help. They handled the job while we were not even in town and they came in at the low price they quoted me.Thank you for your wonderful service.

    Roto Rooter past the 2hr window they gave me cancelled to let me know theyll show up 24hrs later w/in 2hr window. So I searched and called Gotelli. Everything from interaction from the nice lady that answered the phone to arrange the visit with promise to have someone in 30min (which it did) to Steves work/service...Outstanding! Couldnt have been happier. No more Roto Rooter. I am switching to those guys from now.

    Cory fixed my clogged sink today and fixed my cold water faucet that hasnt worked well in eight years (event w/ a couple plumbers later)! Im thrilled. Love and highly recommend Gotelli Plumbing.

    Called Gotelli and another plumber and left messages. The other plumber called back first, didnt have time today, and then recommended that i call Gotelli. Very happy when Gotelli called back and had time.Cory, the technician, did a great job cleaning out our sewer lines. Highly recommended.

    I cant say enough about this Gotellis Plumbing. I have used two prior companies and the last one tried to tell me that the small bathroom tub leak was going to cost $3000 (they also wanted to knock out a wall). They had stated that they changed the washers for both hot and cold fixtures. Well, they hadnt. Gotellis Plumbing was honest, showed the parts and actually changed the hot water washer which stopped the leak at a cost of a couple of hundred.Today, Cory was my technician for our semi-annual tree root removal. He was extremely prompt and very courteous. During the process, he made time to explain what he was doing and how the pipes were situated, how far the city line was from the house and gave a tip for future ease/safety.Thank you very much Cory, I felt safe with your honest answers.
