Its perplexing that there are so many negative reviews because I witnessed a man who was genuinely interested in solving my homes problem, not in taking my money. Scott responded quickly to an emergency Sunday call and he didnt act as though I was an interruption to his day off. This was, by far, the friendliest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. The Payless phone number is now a permanent part of my phones contact list--I wont be calling anyone else. Thank you, Scott, for being a phenomenal public servant!!

We have been working with other plumbers in the area to get a drain problem resolved. Several visits and fixes later we still had the same problem. We had Payless come and replace our water heater and had them look at our drain problem. They instantly found the problem and told us exactly what needed to be done. They also advocated for us with the home warranty company to get it fixed right and got the job done. Very honest and professional! Will definitely be using them for future needs!

I dont usually leave reviews but I thought these guys did a good enough of a job to leave one. They came out while I was at work, cleaned out my main sewer line (tree roots about 110 ft from the clean out) and let me pay over the phone. The price was reasonable and not outrageous. Great customer service as well, will do business with again.
