    I had my waterline break after 5:00 pm on a Friday and I called Eck Services and they put me in contact with Cody Jarrett one of their plumbers. He got there as soon as he could and had the water line fixed really quick. I was very pleased with the service that we received. I would happily use them again in the future.

    Like all the other ECK technicians I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, Aaron was prompt, polite, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job servicing my HVAC unit and walked me through the process. He explained what issues he found and what needed to be done going forward. I would recommend ECK and Aaron to anyone looking for excellent service.

    I got service the same day of my call. They called and told me when then would be here and were Johnny on the spot. Excellent communication and work quickly and efficiently to get the job done these guys are pros. I know if I call them the service will be top notch.

    So refreshing to do business with professional people. I called Eck for a second opinion on my split unit. I was told the issue was a control board and it was on back order by the local guy. After six weeks of reduced ac in the cafe i had enough. My employees and customers were suffering for no reason. I have switched and now will call Eck for all my refrigeration needs. Thank you.
