Very thankful for the team at Pestingers. Had issues with our heater. They came to fix it weeks ago while it was still cold out. Told us we would need to do a pretty expensive replacement but were able to make sure we had heat safely until we could do that. Did the replacement but after they left our laundry room door wouldnt open all the way. Came back next day we were home and fixed that plus hung the door.They have all been super friendly and great to work with!

Excellent service!! I had to get a line run from a breaker box on the far side of my kids detached garage, out the back wall, 30 & 20 feet trenched and a post and plug installed for my RV.Called on Monday and here it is Friday afternoon and I have power!! Im SO pleased.Todd did an excellent job, even had to pick up the slack that a certain power company wouldnt take care of. His assistant helped with the trenching so it went faster.Next time I need electrical work, I *know* who Im calling! Great work Pestingers!! Thank you!!

Pestingers did a fantastic job repairing my 37year old central air conditioner that had stopped working .There was a $95 service call and then they needed to add 21/2 pounds of refrigerant and now it works great. I was able to get an appointment for the day after i called in and the technician was professional and fast and friendly. It was a good experience all around .

We had Pestingers install a new heating unit in our home and they did a fantastic job. Mikael did a great job diagnosing the problem and informing us about what was wrong. Dylan and Jason installed the new unit and it was up and running when we got home from work that evening. Jacob did the start up installation, he was very knowledgeable and explained how to use the thermostat and gave us tips on upkeep. All of the technicians were very professional. The office staff kept us updated on the progress and made sure to call when a technician was on his way. We immediately could tell a difference in the quietness of the unit and the effiency of how our home was heated. Thank you Pestingers for the great experience.

This business does everything right! I have been with them 23 years and never been unhappy with them. I had a noise in my new a/c unit so I told them about it and in less than 30 minutes they were at my house and I feel they fixed the problem! Customer satisfaction is a #1 priority to them. I have and always will recommend all my friends to them. Sad that very few businesses are like them!!

Great local owned company. Service is great. Not only used them for my home AC and heading needs, used them where I worked before I retired. Installed two complete units in 1991 that were still running fine when I had them replaced in 2017. Just wanted more efficient units. Lenox is a great brand.

I never have to worry when I call Pestingers. They always complete the work in a timely fashion. And, maintain top quality work. My furnace stopped working during the coldest day this year. It ended up being a slightly plugged orifice that would have already been cleaned if I had not tried to save a few dollars by not having them clean my furnace this fall. Lesson learned, and after my call to them, they had a service man out to my house in 30 minutes, had it fixed; along with several other checks and cleaning. It was $120. Not bad for an emergency call. I would have paid less if I had them clean in the fall. Again, lesson learned. They may not be the cheapest in town. However, neither is the quality of their employees and the work they do. Thanks Pestingers. In my opinion, Youre the best!

Excellent! The tech was knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was doing to me. I have been having trouble with my heat pump short cycling since I bought my house 4 years ago. Callabresi Heating and Cooling installed the unit originally for the previous owner. When they installed the unit, they left a drain pan, insulation, and a baffle in the air handler that were supposed to be removed during install, causing a low airflow, as well as overcharging my unit with 3 lbs. too much freon on the last visit. I will only deal with Pestinger from now on!

We had pestinger install all new ducts and units in our upstairs and downstairs of our old farmhouse. Not only did they do exactly what we asked but they exceeded our expectations! The crew was very polite and did an excellent job in answering all our questions and even checking with us before performing certain task. Our Geothermal unit quit cooling a Sunday night during a week-long August Kansas heatwave. I called pestingers at 6:40 AM Monday morning, just hoping to leave a voicemail for the service department. I was very surprised. When can the service manager Ken answer the phone. I explained the situation going on to him. He said they would get a technician scheduled that morning, and have them out shortly. The technician arrived before 9 AM and Found a bad capacitor on the unit. He went back to the shop to get parts and had it up and running before 10 AM. My wife runs a home based childcare center, so keeping the house cool is very important. If she cant open her business for the day, the childrens parents cant go to work! Thanks so much to Pestingers for promp, reliable and dependable service!
