    I called them for a leak at 8:15 am and they said they could be out mid morning. They showed up at 9:30 am and had the leak repaired in just a few minutes. They provided fast and excellent service.

    I left a message about a repair and Jeff called me back within an hour. He said he had a guy nearby(Cole) and that they could be at my home in about an hour. Cole got there in just about an hour as promised. He was respectful, quick and the job was done well, both physically and cosmetically. I thought the fee for the service call was very reasonable and the folks were very honest and delivered. Thank you guys.

    I have not needed anyone other than Salado Plumbing since 2018. Jeff Kelley is the one that always takes the phone calls, communicates in a timely fashion, sets up appointments, and knows how to handle the unexpected.I personally like working with the same person(s) so I know I can rely on consistency with Salado Plumbing. Even the outstanding crew is still there. I don’t know many other businesses like this. Thank you ALL for being constant, professional, courteous, and experienced in this field.

    Jeff, Parker and team here at Salado Plumbing are top notch guys! We have had them out now 3 times in less than a year (bought an older home and have been remodeling and finding issues) and they have taken care of us each time. Pricing is fair and reasonable. We trust each employee that has been dispatched and they honor their word and warranties. I wouldn’t trust any other plumber and will continue to use Jeff and the company he has built for future jobs.They have installed a new hot water heater, brought our plumbing up to code and came out on a weekend when our pipes burst!! Thanks Jeff! I highly recommend!

    I called Salado Plumbing this morning, day after Thanksgiving, because our kitchen faucet had started leaking. We figured its a good time to upgrade the faucet. Parker stated he had available today. I had already purchased a faucet. Parker sent a text stating what time hed be arriving & sent a text when he was 5 minutes away. Took out the old faucet and installed the new one, checked to make sure it worked & didnt leak. Took about 30 minutes. He didnt leave a mess, very professional & was very polite. We will be using him again & I would recommend them to all. Price was reasonable!

    Juan and Jerry came out and fixed my shower drain within an hour of of a call and had it fixed within an hour and the price was very acceptable. I highly recommend Salado plumbing theyre punctual, and they do excellent work!!!

    We were trying to finish up a new house build (Armstrong Estates) and could not get anyone to help. Jeff said he would try his best. No joke next day they were out saving the day and did an outstanding job. ! Serious super heroes. Thank you Ed and Jeff for saving us.

    I called Salado Plumbing after my neighbor suggested them. We had water running down our wall and figured out there was leak in the upstairs toilet. They answered immediately and sent Parker out the same evening! He was so professional and addressed the problem quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes. He tested my walls to see how much moisture had gotten in and recommended we replace the sheetrock. I am so grateful for their service. I would highly recommend this company!

    Jeff did a great job for us. He came out to our house on short notice (we had a house full of people coming, and he worked with us on the time) and helped with our water pressure and water heater.     Jeff and his crew were awesome! Came the next morning after I called in my shower problem. Jeff explained everything he did and why before he did it. He investigated every possibility step by step. Resolved the problem in one hour. His price was more than fair. Hands down best plumber Ive ever used.

    At 8:28 pm, Ed from Salado Plumbing just completed the replacement of the cord on my hot water heater. I appreciated their attention to detail, as they also caulked around a part that required it, even though it wasnt part of the initial service call. Salado Plumbing consistently goes above and beyond, whether its for major projects or minor repairs. Jeff ensures excellent communication with homeowners, providing updates and explanations about plumbing issues whenever needed. Overall, Salado Plumbing delivers reliable and exemplary service every time, consistently.
