    Pinkston Plumbing is truly an exceptional business that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber! I was out of town and found my family in an emergency situation with my elderly motherā€™s plumbing completely backed upā€¦ Weā€™re talking toilets wouldnā€™t even flush and it was after hours!     This is the second time weve used Pinkston Plumbing and they again delivered excellent service. Yesterday they installed a new pressure regulator and a water expansion tank to our heater and our water finally works! It only took them a couple of hours.

    Pinkston Plumbing installed our tankless water heater. Showed up on time. Removed the old one. Answered the insane amount of questions we hadā€¦all in an attic when it was a bazillion degrees. I donā€™t hesitate to recommend them, and weā€™re using them again to cap off a gas line.

    Paul worked us in in less than 24 hrs.We were having some issues with our toilets. They showed up and spent at least 30 minutes troubleshooting both toilets, they made some adjustments and toilets were good to go!When I asked him what payment method he preferred he responded ā€œIā€™m not going to charge you our $60 dollar service fee!!ā€I canā€™t guarantee heā€™ll knock money off your bill, but heā€™s got to be a pretty good guy to waive the fee anytime!He was very professional, knew what he was doing, listened to our concerns, and was just a really nice guy, and who doesnā€™t want a little more ā€œniceā€ these days?!     Just but a stroke of luck l saw their truck driving by. 2 days later they installed my water heater at half the cost of some installers. Very prompt professional and did an excellent job. For your plumbing needs give them a call you will regret it.

    On Monday evening I noticed water flowing from my garage. As my water tank is located in the garage I knew it couldnt be good. A hose to the tank had burst, it was after hours and I didnt know what to do. I phoned Pinkston Plumbing and Paul said hed be out in about 30 minutes. He assessed the issue, shut the water off and stated he would be back first thing on Tuesday morning to repair as he didnt have the proper size hose on his truck. He was prompt, professional and personable. The repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pinkston Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

    Paul Pinkston answered my call about fixing the faucet in my bathtub ā€” he asked me a few questions, told me I should get a new faucet, then instructed me on exactly how to remove and replace it myself super-easily. I now have much better water pressure from my shower head (I love that!) because thereā€™s no water escaping from the faucet now. I followed his instructions, bought a new faucet at Home Depot for $25, replaced it myself, and I have to give Paul a shout-out for his kind attention that saved me no doubt at least $80-100 to have him (or some other random plumber) do this very simple job. Thatā€™s five stars for honesty and plain old neighborly kindness ā€” much appreciated!

    Paul came out today to flush out my tankless hot water heater and fix a faucet in the shower. Curious about the process, he graciously explained what he was doing. He also checked my water pressure, offered some suggestions (water well related). Pinkston was recommended by a neighbor. I will now use Pinkston as my go to plumbing resource. Responsive, prompt and easy to work with and not afraid to tell you a particular issue is not something they do rather than taking a chance and having it end badly.

    I could not recommend this company enough! My water heater went out suddenly so I needed my new one installed and my old one taken out, and Pinkston Plumbing was the perfect company for the job. Paul was amazing! He was super efficient, professional, and took the stress out of a stressful situation by making what would seemingly take a long time quick and easy. He was in and out in less than 2 hrs, and that includes the time he took to clean up. He even took all the trash and my old water heater with him so I didnā€™t have to worry about disposal, and it was all at a great and affordable price.     I would just like to thank Pinkston Plumming for their quick response, to come out and fix a water main leak. The city had to turn the water off, because my main water line was leaking like a water hose. Pinkston was recommended by a friend on facebook. Paul fit me in a day early.     Flawless execution with superb results!! MASTER PLUMBER Paul arrived on time to swap out my old drop-in incredibly shallow double bowl kitchen sink for a 10in deep single bowl, install a new faucet as well as replace the garbage disposal. After accessing the old equipment and patiently answering all my questions, he got to work and within 90 minutes the job was done. His attention to detail was impressive.....from ensuring the new sink was centered perfectly and that the lip covered up any scars on the countertop.....even the clear bead of caulk used around said lip....it is so tiny you can only see it if the light hits it a certain way. Oooooh and the new disposal (identical unit to old one)....I dont know what sort of plumbing magic Paul did but you cant hear it.........it just sort of whispers a lovely hum.....as opposed to the old one that leaked, shook the foundation and blew your hair back every single time you flipped the switch. I had no idea that disposals could be so quiet (what right looks like). Meanwhile, as Paul was finishing up, his colleagues dropped in as they were in the area so I got to meet his whole team. Every single person was very polite and had great energy. Not to mention they all cleaned up the area and removed every piece of debris from old equipment to shipping boxes. Truly the BEST and cleanest EXPERIENCE I have ever had in terms of needing a plumber. I would not hesitate to call Paul for future jobs and/or recommend his company to friends and family. Pricing is also reasonable and fair.

He came out to my house and provided an estimate then helped me select a softener that met my needs.     I would give Pinkston plumbing 10 stars if I could. Our hot water heater was out. I called Paul. He came out the same day diagnosed the cause correctly and did the repairs the following day.
