I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane Boswell with Boswell Construction on an addition to my home, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, care to my vision, craftmanship and attention to detail.The project involved adding on approximately 350 square feet to my home that now has me living in comfort. He was incredibly responsive to all my concerns along the way and kept me informed daily at every stage of the project. The job was completed within the time frame given and within my budget.Shane makes sure that the homeowner is happy and that everything is perfect. He made sure to make sure the exterior on the new addition tied in seamlessly with the existing structure. The front of my house is more aesthetically pleasing now then prior to the addition.I would highly recommend, and have highly recommended several already to Boswell Construction.

I got the home of my dreams with Boswell Construction. The construction is excellent quality and Shane kept us informed throughout construction. He was honest, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the build. This is a great family business with many years experience in St Petersburg. There were challenges along the way, but Shane stayed optimistic and kept us going. He was very respectful and patiently explained the process along the way. We would definitely hire him again.
