I cannot recommend Jeff and the Pernikoff team highly enough! We worked with them on a two phase project - first an interior renovation of our 1940 brick colonial (new kitchen, removing interior walls, multiple updated bathrooms, painting & flooring), then on a back 2nd story addition with a new primary suite). Jeff is a great communicator, and worked with us closely on budgets, timelines, design choices, and more. I’ve recommended Pernikoff to multiple friends & family members already, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for more projects!

I cannot say enough good things about Pernikoff Construction. They were professional, timely, organized and incredibly pleasant to work with. They kept the lines of communication open at all times and every single person they sent out to work on our job were gracious and knowledgeable professionals. They each had their own little speciality areas they were there to work on and every single one of them worked with us to keep the noise to a minimum when we had in-house client meetings as we continued to run regular business hours throughout our renovation. I could not have asked for a better construction company to complete my office renovation. I would highly recommend them for any project that you will want completed in a timely and professional manner!

We recently had the pleasure of working (once again) with Jeff and his team at Pernikoff Construction, who transformed our kitchen and first floor into a space that exceeded our expectations. Pernikoff already renovated two of our bathrooms and finished our basement, and we had no interest in using anyone else. The team delivered again on our latest project to leave us with no regret in choosing Pernikoff once again.Most of all, Jeff is responsive. You can rest assured that if you have a question or concern, you will not only talk to Jeff quickly but he will resolve to address your concerns quickly. But overall, communication was excellent throughout the project. We were continuously updated regarding progress, unforeseen challenges, and any questions we had. Jeff worked seamlessly with our designer to bring our design to life, which featured a number of detailed, custom elements. And his subcontractors are so integrated with his team that you hardly notice that they are not part of the Pernikoff operation.The primary carpenter assigned to our project, John, demonstrated a deep understanding of design concepts and construction techniques. He carried out the designer’s plans, and when faced with any hurdles, he and Jeff offered helpful solutions to preserve the designer’s vision. Pernikoff’s solutions were creative but practical. I credit the Pernikoff team with employing great carpenters like John who are skilled craftsmen who treat your home with care and take pride in their work.When it comes to cost, Jeff provided a transparent and detailed estimate. As many projects do, there were some unforeseen challenges that necessitated change orders. The change orders were provided promptly, and the updated costs were fair.The Pernikoff team (including subcontractors) made the renovation process as stress-free as possible, and it was clear that everyone’s goal was to deliver a quality work product. We can confidently recommend Pernikoff Construction (three times now) to work hand-in-hand with you to deliver exceptional renovation results.

Worked with Jeff and his group on a Medical build out in St Louis and they knocked it out of the park. Great to work with. Terrific communication. Nearly hands-free for me as he managed the entire thing through to completion. Looking forward to the next one!

The final product of our kitchen, front room, bathrooms and master suite turned out better than expected. Jeff and his team finished everything to our satisfaction. We have a wonderful cupola which makes the room rather unique. This was a complicated project as the octagon roof was collapsing into the living area.

We recently moved into a new house the the kitchen badly needed an update. Pernikoff Construction was great at working with us on the structural changes to open up the kitchen, and they stood behind their work once they got completed. Jeff was great to deal with and always made you feel comfortable with the progress of the work. I would recommend for future work.

Pernikoff Construction was everything I had dreamed for adn more. They were professional, friendly, always cleaned up after each days work and they would often suggest ways we could save money or do something better than was designed by the architect. I highly recommend them.
