Weve been living in our home for a year and a half and love it! We get compliments all the time. Great quality, great work. Keean is an honest, kind, hard working person and will make sure to meet your expectations. He was always up front about every decision, price, etc. and gave his expertise in everything we asked. Natalie was great to work with too. She spent a lot of time looking to find what I wanted and did a great job! They are a great team.

K Welch builds beautiful homes. Ive been in my home for a little over eight years and still love my home. Ive had countless people stop by and ask who the builder is and take pictures of it. From my front doors, to the rock, to the brick work, the roof and colors, everything was on point. For me it was the attention to detail on the inside that made all the difference. The custom wood work and moldings are beautiful and add so much texture to the house. I have a brother in law that does finish work and he walked around the home admiring and taking pictures when he came to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend K Welch to anyone looking to build a quality home that will last. I have 5 kids running around with their friends through the house and its held up beautifully. My expectations were exceeded and hope to use him again someday.

We LOVE working with K-Welch.. We have done a handful of items with them. Super communicative and happy clients. The quality is high and makes our job much easier for Budget Blinds, Tailored Closet, and Premier Garage. I highly recommend if you are looking. Clients are happy with the end product!!

Had a great experience with K Welch construction. The home turned out great and he captured my wifes vision of what she wanted for the home!!! K Welch has his wife work with us on design and colors of the home which helped make the process go smooth and fast. Way to go K Welch!!!

We relocated from Salt Lake to St George - and built while we were still living in Salt Lake. Keean and his team were amazing at keeping us updated throughout the process with pictures, texts, and emails.Keean and his wife Natalie were always a quick phone call or text away. They provided incredible insight on design ideas and made it all come together. I will tell you, when youre building a custom home, it will naturally take a little longer - BUT ALL WORTH IT IN THE END!Keean is honest, 100% transparent, hardworking, and genuine. Highly recommend!

K Welch Construction did a fantastic job building our home. The finish work is incredible. Any issues we have had with our home since moving in have been taken care of quickly. Highly recommend K Welch Construction for a quality custom home. Keean has been great to work with through the building processs and continues to be responsive almost 3 years after completion.
