I cant express enough how amazing Maximum is. Family owned, and fully invested on whats best for you. From the office to tech, you are in the best care needed for all your plumbing needs. Its the little things they can even give insight on. Which comes from again, the care they have for you. Josh works fast, efficient, and harder than most. Not only that, he is a pleasure to have around. Ive had him here twice for work Ive needed on my new home. I couldnt be happier with the service, and results. I had an old pipe leaking in two places in the basement ceiling. Being unknowledgeable about any of this homeowner stuff, I was just so worried that no one would be able to access and fix it. Josh came out to give me an estimate and assured me it was most definitely fixable. He came out, earlier than was scheduled (yay!) and was done in no time! My basement floor is finally dry again! Josh was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had basement floor drains backing up into my house after a heavy rain. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He didnt mind me looking over his shoulder. He spent about 4 hours here figuring out and fixing the problem. I communicated mostly through text with them which was really cool. Prompt replies and scheduling. Great pricing. I will be calling them again if I have any other issues. I highly recommend them.

Sump pump gave out over the weekend during heavy rain and no one gave the time of day to come out, until I got ahold of Maximum Flush the next day. They got someone out right away and Josh was incredibly efficient installing a new pump. He was friendly and very helpful answering any questions. Also, they didnt charge me any additional unreasonable premium for assistance on the weekend.

We’ve had to use Maximum Flush multiple times since January, when we moved into a new home. Josh is accommodating, flexible, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to get the job done. He helped us with our toilets, faucets, and found a pretty bad leak in our home when we first moved in. This past week, he disconnected our sink when we got new countertops, installed a new sink, faucet, disposal and hot water dispenser with less than 24 hr notice. He also came to dislodge a clog in our plumbing system within a couple hours. His prices are reasonable. We will definitely be using Maximum Flush for our plumbing needs in the future.
