My sump broke and wasnt draining water from my crawl space. They came within 30 minutes of my call (new years eve). The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had my sump fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. Would 1000% recommend!

My fiancé and I have had to make two emergency calls after hours due to our basement flooding, and both times Adam showed up and helped us right away. The first time our basement flooded, it ruined our hot water heater, and he installed a brand new one for us, it works great! He even referred us to an electrician when he noticed there was a problem that would require one. Were extremely happy with the service we received, if we need any work done we know who to call. 🙂

Have used Klenow twice. Great experiences with both. First time, moved our laundry room from first floor to second. Second time was for water heater install. Both times, couldnt be happier. Quality, price, professionalism, time...all what you expect. Ive hired a few contractors over the last few years for projects like gutter repair, small dirt excavation, etc; and sad to say Klenow is the only one that didnt disappoint. Its refreshing to have a GOOD experience.

Called this company to come look at a leaky toilet/clogged drain. They called and came over before their scheduled time, were very professional and diagnosed my problem right away. They didn’t charge for the service because it ended up being a larger drain issue, so they said to have the sewer company do the whole job so I wouldn’t have to pay them to do half and pay the sewer place to do the other half. I feel like I just saved money! It was great how honest they were and not just out to make a buck. Highly recommend!!
