    Jason was wonderful! He found out the electrical problem where two other electricians could not. He was polite and friendly. He was professional and excellent in fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company. They service the Flint area (48504 zip code), which a couple of other companies would not, although they said they served Genesee County. Kayla, the receptionist, was very friendly and accommodating. Great company!

    I called Mr. Electric for old wiring that sparked and blew out all the power in over 1/2 my house. I called Mr. Electric they came out, surveyed the problem, gave me an estimate and started the next day. Within two days they rewired 1/2 my house and completed the job in 2 days within the budget. Tracy and his assistant were cordial and kept me informed rd every step of the way . They were professional, easy to talk with and went above and beyond. I feel I have a great go to in the future.     I had an electrical issue in my barn. I called Mr Electric, the lady who answered was friendly and got me scheduled. Jeremy showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had me back up and running in just a few minutes. Prices are fair and the service is fast, friendly, and professional. Ill definitely be using them again.

    I finally got to have Richard and Gavin of Mr. Electric out to my house to install a new porch light that needed new wiring pulled because the old wiring had rotted out from the fixture and down into the brick wall. It was a few hours work to get it done and Im extremely happy with how it turned out. I loved having the guys here. They were honestly happy at their job and spoke highly of their company. I agree as the the office workers Ive dealt with on the phone have all been super lovely people. Im so happy with my porch light. Its been just awful getting up and down my steep steps in the dark. Im always afraid of someone tripping because they cant see, well not any more! I have many mpre projects for Richard and Gavin if theyre willing to brave it and come back over when I get some more funds for projects saved up. LOL! Honestly really great guys, excellent work, and I do have more work for them later on. Ill admit, Mr. Electric is not cheap. They are more middle to high range. But they are doing electrical work and that is not something you want to cheap out on. I definitely defend theyre prices and the work is warrantied for I think 3 years. For the plan I choose. But seeing the work they did, I dont see the need for the warranty. Also, 10 or 15% any future work done by them in that 3 year mark as well, so it will save me some cash down the road. I highly recommend Mr. Electric if youre looking to get some electrical work done in the Saginaw area.

    Richard and his buddy lasco or sorry if I spelt that wrong my guy came out this morning for a ceiling light installation quote but was able to install it as well under 2 hours. Extremely professional and love the fact they put little booties on to cover their shoes really means a lot considering I have new carpet 😂. They did a free inspection and Richard explain it extremely well . If I could give them ten stars I would highly recommend and extremely thankful I found this company. Will use them again in a heartbeat

    Recently hired Mr. Electric to do some work in our home and I must say I was pleased with the work done. We had all a new panel installed, some wiring done, smoke detectors, and switches replaced. Decent pricing and very knowledgeable Technician.     Very good experience for porch lights, let me shortly share it. They were very good with initial communication and confident how they would do it. We had to do fresh drilling and require everything bc of faulty stuff. I wanted other qoutes but every company took weeks for communication or they wanted me to remove drywall. I denied mr electric at first but called them back when I realized how competent and good at communicating they were, they were back within days. It was expensive, but it was a good day and a half dob bc of the old electrical and all brick amd mortor. I didnt know how indepth it would be. They even held the vacumm to suck drywall dust and cleaned up very well. Very respectfull ppl.

    Mr. Electric Personnel,The electrician who served me was very nice and professional. He fixed my electrical issue, which was simply bad fuses going from the panel to water heater. The diagnostic fee was pricey, but it was fixed. The only thing I did not like was he went out to my garage to find one of my circuit breakers, but didnt tell me he was going to do it. He just did it. I caught him going out there and told him it was off to the right. I would have felt more comfortable if he would have asked first before going out to the garage. Also, electrician needs to explain and educate on things to customers as well before he does things. I am not an electrical expert. Also, it was nice that he was available on Wednesday with short notice because I had the day off. Other than that, the service and professional were good.Thanks,Jodi Barnes

    Used their services many many times in the last 10 years. Installed overhead lighting where there was none. New breakers in box. Changed fixtures when styles changed. Installed new fixtures when remodeled. Added 220 so new dryer could go in, etc etc etc. Wonderful professional staff, always prompt and friendly. Always clean up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

    Great job! They were prompt in the midst of a flood disaster. The employees were respectful, fast, and thoroughThey had to replace and update my main panel and replace all my electrical systems in my recently flooded basement. They also installed a generator plug and 30 amp service to my RVThey worked in 90 F heat without AC for 2 days and the work was excellent. I signed up for their maintenance program and they performed a full safety inspection! Very happy with this company and have recommended them to all my friends!

    They did a lot of work upgrading to 200A, fixing a few old messes, tracing some bad circuits and running a new line. I appreciate the explanation of each step along the way. The new panel is great but figuring out how to get that crazy wiring in the dining room to work was the most impressive. Ill definitely be calling them back when it comes time to hook up my workshop.

    Jack Warner was our electrician and he was great. Professional, on time, and got the job done faster than we expected! We actually called another company for a quote to see if we could compare and get a better deal, and Im glad we went with Mr. Electric! The other company was a few hours late just go even do a walk through, very unprofessional and pretty rude, said he would email me a quote and I still havent received it! I called Mr. Electric right after that guy left and said we wanted to hire Jack and get started on the work. The receptionist was always nice and helpful any time I called and we got it all set up and scheduled pretty quickly. We are happy with all the work he did and will call Mr. Electric for any electrical services we need in the future!

    Great service. Their quote was great, and they went the extra mile. Instead of telling me what they could do, Jerry Burhans listened to what I needed accomplished (outbuilding wired for light and use as a workshop) and a few hopeful goals (spring dig of decorative ponds that will need pumps powered) and made a quote perfectly tailored with even economic proposals to get us started and the most for our money.Definitely calling them first for our next electrical project in the coming years (basement plugs, outdoor outlets).

    I had my service panel upgraded back in 2019. At that time, I had a surge protector installed for my service panel as a CYA in case anything happens. We had a bad storm a week ago and I had a power surge that not only knocked out the power in the neighborhood in the weirdest way (some people had power, some had partial power, and others - myself included - had no power) as well as blew out my surge protector. I called their number around 9pm, honestly not expecting an answer, because I had no power in my home, but my surge protector would not stop buzzing and I didnt know how to turn it off, even after shutting off the breakers in my basement. Well, someone did answer. They were very professional, friendly, and assisted me when I was freaking out when my basement lights started smoking before they blew and I shut off the power to my basement.I spoke to technician Richard, who not only told me how to shut the protector off, but also saved me the after hours service call by offering to come out the following morning. I called first thing when they opened and they were out at my home by 11am. They replaced the surge protector, and even stayed to be sure everything in my home was working before they left. Just today, I received a call from Richard. He let me know that because my previous protector was under warranty, they were refunding the cost to replace the new one. That was totally unexpected and some very welcome news. I do have some other projects I need to have done to my home, and will definitely use them when Im ready to have that work done. Ive even expressed my gratitude on social media and recommended Mr. Electric if any of my friends need electrical work done.
